I feel like The Lego store at Valleyfair Mall has bigger selection that other Lego stores around the area. My family likes coming to this store even with the crazy parking situation at the mall. We came in on a very busy day, and the store was packed. There were only a few staff members on the floor and they were trying their best to help everyone. We knew what we wanted to get but the line was still pretty long for purchasing. When we got to the front, the cashier was still friendly, apologized for the long wait, and made sure we got everything we needed. The even with that many people in the store, the shelves still had sets and legos on display but they were going fast. Buying legos are the legos store is a good value since you can build up points if you're a registered member and the price is the same as other stores. Eventually as we were leaving, a staff member was able to gate the customers into the store so that it's not so crowded. The store was still organized and staff was still friendly when we left. This location is great.

Come on Lego do better generations build and love but now the play build center is just a lame cardbox stand???? staff is friendly and good selection but come on - let the kids play a little

A sweet spot in Westfield! Absolutely love their 90th anniversary activities. You can spin the wheel and design something based on the spin. They do not enforce the rules (2-4 minutes I believe?), but you can definitely try to build a cool robot within that time, and then keep building. They always have a solid selection of items for children and adults alike. Employees are all nice and willing to help if you have any questions.

IMHO - Covid Edition Me, go into the Lego store? Nah. What lured me in yesterday was the window display of a Harry Potter village. I'm not a HP fan but I know a few in my family... So in I went. Jarrod greeted us from afar, "friendly-yelling" the Covid protocols while we were in the store. (Personally I couldn't understand what he was saying behind his Lego face mask, but got the gist.) Not only do they allow a limited amount of customers in the store, they have the usual plastic partitions between you and the cashier, plus hand sanitizers. Jarrod was most talkative, sharing about the Harry Potter collection that I was looking at. Something caught my eye, and he opened the display case to demonstrate the moving mechanics of it. This particular item when purchased also came with a free gift, HP-related. Since it's October, I was in Christmas shopping mode, and decided to buy it, pending what the return policy was. Jarrod said 90 days, and that works for me. He also suggested getting a gift receipt. Quality customer service from Jarrod, Jeff and Raf.

Scored some amazing finds: George Perez Crisis, the last Superman story by Alan Moore, Art Adams Longshot, George Perez giant sized wedding issue (Want your wedding to look amazing? Have George Perez draw your wedding. I assure you, your wedding will look amazing) Keith Griffin Ambush Bug, Question #1, Indiana Jones punching N@zis, ROM. They even gave me a free sticker (I collect Bay Area stickers from the underground / geek culture so Thank You) I will absolutely be back the next time I hear about another $1 sale. Good times.

The store has heating probably AC too. The owners are friendly and welcoming and willing to let you take a closer look at items, etc. My brother and I had fun window shopping here. Possibly looking for items to add to our collection. It was nice to see old toys or TV shows we grew up watching like Ultraman, GI Joe, Starbucks Wars, Starbucks Trek, Hotwheels, Battlestar Galactica, X-Men, Transformers, Macross/Robotech, etc. Come support your local business.

Came in today to find out that they were selling etbs for 100, pin box for 25, pikachu box for 55, and tins for 50. I told them I did a pre order (which was told I was paying 50 a box) and they told me that they cant do the preorders bc they are still waiting for more shipment. So to not bitch I waited in line to buy a etb box for 100 bc it's still lower than market. Right when I get to the front of the line, the worker shuts off the register after getting a call from the boss. He then tells me boss will be here in an hour to fix the register. I wait another hour and the owner walks in with 5 more cases. Checks off my name on the list and says I can only buy one etb for 150*** like I was getting a deal or some shit. I shit you not, he changed all the prices right in front of me telling me the other prices were messed up and wasn't suppose to sell for 100. He then changes all the other prices. Etbs- 150 Pin box- 35 Tin - 60 Pikachu box - 55 He goes on saying he only gets 10% of the profit and that the are low on shipment. Which is bull shit bc he gets it straight from the vendor. I then get kicked out and was told to not come back bc I lit that place up. Toys N Motion located in Milpitas Great Mall if you want to take it raw. Bad business and greedy owner.
