Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. While smells from the grill were amazing & the hot dog loaded with all the toppings simply delicious, the best part of my experience was with Melvin & Tyler themselves. We chatted as we set up our areas & got to know each other a bit before the crowds came. Unfortunately, about half way through the event, it started POURING rain. All the vendors scrambled to disassemble their tents and pack up ASAP!!! I was working my booth alone, but these guys helped me take stuff down & load up my van. I appreciate that more than words can say. I love supporting small businesses, but when a small business is run by good people like Melvin, ya gotta give a shout out for not only the product or service, but for the business owner as well!!! She said they were in a hurry, she wanted a refund, and she did not have time to wait. Multiple people had to be called over. I was glad that the counter was empty because I could at least lean against the front. The temperature outside was dropping those so, FYI - your friends with chronic pain and/or inflammation like MS, lupus anything... rapid temperature drops or rains etc... we go into incapable of moving VERY fast. He was super apologetic by the time I got to the window. I ordered and it was pretty fast. I definitely appreciated being able to sit in my car right there. I was also very glad I got in when I did, because there was suddenly a line of people ordering as I had started eating my food! I had never had a hamburger before that had zero flavor... I ordered the mushroom swiss and there was not an ounce of seasoning which was pretty insane, because it looked amazing! Those sweet potato waffle fries are out of this world!
