I wish Yelp would stop filtering so many great reviews. 3.5 stars for this restaurant do not do it justice. Their pizza is the best I have EVER had, the burgers are mouthwatering, and the fresh cut fries are the tops. The atmosphere is more than you can hope for from ANY restaurant. I've been going here for the past year, and the staff has ALWAYS been great! I'm not sure what the guy who rated it 1 star is talking about. They should have filtered out his review considering it is the only one he has ever posted. The Line is a great restaurant with non-stop entertainment and a welcoming feel. We heard about this place by a friend who lives in the area. We have had Pizza Villa, which is a little salty for me, and were told this is the only other establishment with unique pizza in the area. I eat lots of pizza so trying new pizza is a no-brainer. My wife and I were greeted with a friendly face and our experience only got better as the evening continued. They have a Campisis style thin crust that was substantially better than Campisis. The service was friendly and helpful. What we didn't know was that on this particular night.....they had Karaoke. This place recently opened up, and I discovered it when I was coming out of the restaurant next door last week. Going in, I discovered a place that has nice decor, affordable drinks, and restaurant quality food at bar and grill prices. I've never had such a good time watching the Mavs lose; the manager (who was also tending bar) was exceedingly polite and took care of us like we were VIP. I'm glad to have such a high-quality place that's close to where I live. Bottom line (haha), The Line is the best sports bar you never heard of, and you should come in and experience it before word-of-mouth spreads and the place gets packed. read more

My wife and I have come into this restaurant/bar for dinner twice now. We ordered the pizza both times. It is a thin crust style and full of flavor. We have also tried the potato skins and jack daniels pecan pie. We would recommend all of those items to anyone. What we like most about this place is the cleanliness, attentive staff and smoke free environment. The management is very friendly and makes sure that you are well taken care of. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I don't believe anyone is perfect. This is close to home and rapidly becoming a normal stop for us. read more

What a great place! First of all, they are non-smoking in an area dominated by smoke filled bars.....genius. The service is spot on. So far we have met Chris, Amy and Austin and all three checked on us to make sure we were happy. We ordered pizza, a burger and the chop salad to split. I love this pizza! Seriously, I'm obsessed. I get it with jalapenos and tomatoes, and it's the perfect amount of spicy. It's thin crust, which is great because I prefer the flavor of the sauce, cheese and toppings. I'm a vegetarian, and most of the food options have meat but I don't even care because I could eat the pizza every time. Also, Sierra Nevada on tap for $1.50 during happy hour doesn't exist anywhere else, and that pretty much seals the deal for me. read more

This is probably the greatest bar I've been to in 20 years. The service is awesome, the food is fantastic, and the environment and entertainment is enjoyable. I felt very comfortable because it seemed like everyone got along with eachother. Almost like friends just hanging out together at someone's house. This is a new staple for us. A restaurant in Richardson that has a good bar theme, is clean, has very good food and a soul. Staff is very friendly, the pizza and burgers are the best in Richardson, and maybe Plano. And yes, I am standing by that statement. I frequent this restaurant weekly and love everything about it. The pizza is the best in Dallas and the fried pickles are delicious. The fries are made from scratch as is the ranch and Italian dressing. My husband, and son and I eat for $25. I highly recommend this restaurant. Relaxed environment with a friendly staff, good food (I had and enjoyed the meat pie pizza with added smokey mozzarella!) and hands-on owners explains why this is a popular establishment. I love this place! Great atmosphere! Safe environment! We discovered this place by total accident. My wife and I just walked in one afternoon and had the manager Chris introduce himself. He gave us a rundown of the fare but pushed the pizza. Have shown up here on two consecutive Friday nights kind of late. The kitchen was still open so we had pizza that was excellent. Fresh and kind of square like Campisi's? Very reasonable bar bill. Their Angus Burger rules all things burger! It's a clean and fun place to hang out with friends. The size of their big screen is outrageous and there's plenty of space to feel right at home. The awesome waitstaff fills my drinks without asking, which is a must. read more
