Instead of poliseno sending 4 calzones poliseno sent 4 barbecue chicken subs that were so small a baby would not have filled up off of it. I call them to inform them of the error and was told poliseno could not eat the error. I was told if I would have called the order in directly to the store instead of the online representative the store could have done something about the mistake. So I'm stuck with four miniature subs that cost me $65.00. Poliseno has lost a good paying customer. I will never order anything from there again and I will tell anyone who ask to never order from poliseno on-line because the store workers feels it's okay to take advantage of its customers who order online.

It has all been pretty good. Several things I think could use improvement. The fresh bread is not so fresh. I like pumpernickel but it seems the sell by date is always the following day. I have bought it several times anyway only to find mold on it two days later. In addition, I stumbled across shrimp with spiral noodle frozen meals which I absolutely loved but they do not carry it anymore. When I asked one of the workers they said they sell whatever is shipped to them, that they have no control over what they offer. They have not had that since. I wish they were open on Sundays because that's when I do most of my grocery shopping. Lastly, the cashiers always seem so miserable!
