Never took classes, but held my son's 3rd birthday party here and it was awesome! I just wish the time spent here was longer than 1.5 hours. Service: Excellent. The instructors prepped everything and kept the kids entertained which was great for us. There is a separate area where parents can chill while the kids run amuck on the other side of the glass. It was nice to enjoy the peace and quiet. Facility: Clean and colorful. Some of the gym equipment was a bit worn, but the kids didn't care. Parking: Decent amount. It's part of larger shopping center and is set off to the side where not a lot of people seem to park. It was hard to find at first. Package includes partyware and cutlery. Food and drinks can be coordinated through them or you can bring your own which is nice. They are very organized and coordinated all the details via email. read more

Our five year old just celebrated her birthday at the Fairfax location and it was incredible. She had 20 of her preschool friends come. She got to choose between a number of themes. Dora, pirates, princess, etc. She chose "superhero" and it couldn't have gone better. The staff was fantastic. They took over as soon as we walked in the door and we never had to lift a finger. The kids were given enough time for free play and organized activity. The staff even cut the cake for us. When the party was over, parents were told to drop everything because the staff would clean up. We couldn't recommend this plane enough for a kids birthday. We've had a great experience here. We do a toddler class and often come to a freebie mid-week playtime. Each session starts with songs and a name game, then the kids can run free and participate in "skill of the week" activities with the instructor. We've been in Alicia's classes and really recommend her! She knows all the kids by name and makes it a fun experience. It's not cheap ($45 for membership and then $90ish a month), but it's fun to see the kids' skills develop and it's the perfect place for them to run off steam and have a lot of fun. read more

Terribly unimpressed with this place. I paid for a full year upfront and due to COVID wasn't able to attend the classes. We have since moved out of state and for months on end I've been attempting to get a refund only to be told time and time again that my request as been submitted but not approved. I'm sure they're waiting for me to forget about it but that wont be happening. Next up is a dispute with my credit card. Don't waste time doing business here. If you do, don't prepay. At least if I had done month to month my payments would have stopped when they stopped classes back in March. read more

All these little gyms need to sanitize all of their equipment after every class. And yes if it means to wipe every little ball part of there play grounds. This is freakin ridicules. All of these gyms we took our son to he keeps getting sick after every visit. Things need to be sanitized better. Bt are not taking our child here anymore. read more

My son has been enrolled at the Little Gym for a few months and he loves going to gymnastics! The teachers and administrators are very sweet and it is a great place to take your children. My daughter participated in a Parent Survival Night and we were extremely disappointed. When my husband picked up my daughter six children were gathered around an iPad watching a movie. She said they didn't do much and seemed bored. The staff are consistently disorganized and aloof. We plan not to use their services again. read more

I love this place. I have had my kids enrolled for almost a year now and have never felt unsafe, unwelcome, or like I was paying for something I wasn't getting. It helps that my kids love their classes too. Most of the teachers are very helpful and I trust them completely with my kids. It is very pricey however, there is a rewards points system where you can get discounts on camps and classes which is great. They offer parents night out which is nice too but I haven't been able to take advantage yet! All and all I am very pleased with The Little Gym. read more

The instructors work closely with both our children. Their programs are age appropriate and fun! We have been members for more than 6 years.

My 2 y.o daughter used to go to the Little Gym in Fairfax when they were in the Fairfax Corner location & then they moved so did we to DC. my child was very happy to attend the ballet class & would not wanna skip one.a lot of fun activities for kids, very gentle instructors. everything is just about a child here. all the staff members are great&attentive. we still go to the Little Gym but closer to our house. read more

This gym has changed my daughter and the staff at this gym are a big part of that change. Most gyms for a 3 to 4 year old are similar - you have some equipment, you do some movement and the kid burns some energy off. I didn't expect the staff to be this awesome, this dedicated, this professional. Kaitlyn and her staff go above and beyond for all the kids. They see the kids as their own kids, they love all the children wholeheartedly. I have seen so many kids blossom because of the one on one attention and care the staff give. I have been to quite a few gyms in the area and can confidently say these guys are amazing! I rarely write reviews online but will always speak up for this Little Gym. They are awesome and I encourage you to take a trial class...promise you won't regret it! read more

If I could could give this place a negative rating I would. Had to switch a class this week and was told I could come to the weekend class. When I showed up with my 2 yr old I was turned away. The front desk ladies were extremely rude. They said you can't join this class it's full. Who turns away a little kid? I explained that I was told I could make it up and they never even apologized for the the misinformation. They basically gave me a too bad attitude. The girl at the front desk named Adrianna didn't know the answers to any of my questions so she kept turning around to ask a reddish blonde haired lady (usually wears it up in a ponytail)who was too busy surfing her phone to deliver any sort of reasonable response. It was apparent she didn't even want to be bothered because it took away from her screen time. She rudely told me I need to come back, it's full. By the way this isn't the first time I've experienced the staff more focused on reading a magazine or surfing the internet on the desk computer than attend to the customers. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager's not here. I said I will definitely speak with the manager about all this and she rolled her eyes and said that's fine. I was extremely taken back and upset because it's not easy to get a toddler ready and out of the house to get to the class but then turned away AND on top of it to be treated so rudely. I expect some professionalism from a place that charges what they do for the type of classes offered. I will not return to this establishment. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

The teachers are great. The freedom of movement and ability to really experience gymnastics is awesome. The owner is such a kind, warm person and so great with all the kids. We love it when he brings out his guitar. :-) We look forward to it every week and have met some great people there too! read more

The owner, Chad, is a wonderful class instructor for young toddlers. He always has a smile on his face, engaging with the kids, and structures class time with lesson plans and free play. This place was great for years, but quality has suffered since hiring a new manager (previous manager left after having a baby). They are increasingly bottom-line oriented at the expense of customer satisfaction. Some of their recent decisions have included changing class schedules without consulting parents, getting rid of some of the best teachers who had great rapport with the kids, and scheduling large grade-school level classes with only one instructor (no assistant). They have also lumped beginners in with advanced kids, just so they can combine classes and cut costs. My son complains about spending a lot of time "waiting my turn" and when I have watched the class, I see that this is true (no fault of the teacher, just poor management). Their customer base is dwindling and I personally know three families who just left for these very reasons. I have been a fan for a long-time but have had to change my opinion. read more
