While slightly higher than average on price, I believe the convenience factor is what counts here for those living in or near the Conejo area. I found older Goose Island stouts here, several anniversary Firestone editions, Duckhorn and Parker wines, Parkers Heritage bourbons, Four Roses limited (annual), Pappy van Winkle (several varieties), and almost any Glen you could name. What I did find for my purpose was an Old Fitzgerald, something I had been hunting for a while. The bottle is unique and it's a flagship bourbon that rarely finds its way, in small batches, outside of Kentucky. I had to buy a bottle of Larceny (an old Fitz bourbon) to qualify to get it. I believe you will have to do this to get most of their top shelf items. If anything, opt out to the cool walk in beer frig. You'll find ample parking and a pool hall next door, along with a steady flow of folks from the adjacent park. I think this little shop boasts far more than most offer as a local liquor market. I give the owners a great deal of credit for their dedication to keep it so, and in remaining dedicated to the culture of finding rare brews and spirits.
