She is a kind and friendly person who took the time to explain how to make reservations for the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. The Yirgacheffe coffee was incredible, so smooth! It is from Ethiopia--the birthplace of coffee. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. In the restroom, the toilet was a bidet. I wish the menu were in a larger font to make it easier to read. I feel coffee shops in general need ample storage to keep supplies and clutter out of sight of customers.

Like a wine has to breathe a bit after opening its bottle, my coffee had to sit until the spice was well mixed in it. Now let's move on to the sambusas. Both Beef and Veggie ones were delicious. I couldn't remember which one but one of them had a little kick in it so the spiciness lingered in my mouth for good 10 minutes after I ate it.
