Experience: My bestfriend Justin was given an opportunity to interview with short notice and definitely needed a haircut. We happened to be driving by and decided to give this shop a try. I walked in and asked if there was availability, as the shop seemed to be busy. They were able to squeeze us in, and Anthony was our barber. My buddy's haircuts over the last year and a half have ranged from "It's okay" to "Wow, your haircut has no symmetry". Anthony is by far the best barber have cut his hair. He not only did a great job, but asked all the important questions, "Do you want the fade a little higher up ? / Do you want a sharp line here? Would you like it shaped in the back here? / etc.". He truly gave Justin exactly the haircut he wanted. Working in the service industry is not always easy, so I don't expect every person to be friendly, but Anthony was very welcoming and attentive to his customer's needs. I would highly recommend him. Shop: The shop itself very nice. It's a medium size unit with a traditional look with modern touches. They have the old-school looking barber chairs and tool-bench style stations. The shop smelled expensive; maybe a combination of cologne, suavecito pomade, and just enough of a touch of sterility alcohol that you only get at a doctors office. Floors were clean, staff was friendly, and they even had cute Halloween decorations up. Overall: I highly recommend this Barber Shop. Especially Anthony. p.s. I must say this barber shop definitely has the exclusive vibe to it. It definitely gives you a feeling of a unique santuary, where it might be difficult to find at just any barbershop. When i walked in i was greeted by one of the barbers, then came Anthony he quickly seated me for my appointment and to my surprise he was the owner, and its nice to see that he was so invested in his barbershop, you can definitely tell he puts in alot of work for shop. This business is completely unprofessional. After asking Anthony to correct my boyfriends fade 3 times he simply could not do it. He is awful at blending and did not even know what a taper is. Booked an appointment here a couple days ago and was super disappointed with the service. It was my first time in so I was assigned to Anthony. After I was sat down and I explained what I wanted and showed him multiple pictures of the front and back of the head he went ahead and just did whatever he wanted to do. He did not listen to a word I said in regard to how I wanted the cut. He was trying have me out of the chair after 10 minutes when he not only botched the cut, he didn't even address half of the hair on my head! I had to ask him to go over parts two different times before I realized that he wasn't capable of doing what I had originally asked because he took too much hair off of the wrong areas. One of the worst haircut experiences I have ever had. After I went home and had a change to see what was done I had to go back to ask for a refund and and Anthony would not listen to me. He refused to take any responsibility and blamed it all on me. This place is not worth the money. It's a $5 haircut at best. read more
