Service was amazing. Food is great. The Korean portal is spicy and tasty. Burger is done to perfection. Fries are good as well. Would highly recommend.

Had to call multiple Mad Ducks to find Honey Pot in stock as they are again struggling to stock beer. Was excited to find Clovis had it. Surprised to find the new service fee they are charging...... where is the discount for every-time we dine and can't get the beer we wanted because it's out of stock? Come on guys no one is coming in for the food. We come in for the beer.

One of my favorite places to enjoy some very tasty food and beverage, living close by is a convenient bonus ;-) This day I treated myself to a fantastic lunch because of a healthy update from the doctor sooo I ordered something special, the tacos were very delicious and the Pub Ale was and is my current favorite, service was quick (I sat at the bar) and being familiar with the menu aided in my ordering, they had sports and movies rolling and the decor is reflective of the diversity of those who regular this business...I like it here

I've been frequenting Baby Duck since they first opened. I love the personalities of each of the locations but I like this one most if I'm in between meetings but don't want to go home...I pop into this location to grab a bite, cocktail, and work on my laptop. I enjoy ordering off the monthly specials menu to switch it up. This visit I had the ceviche with plantain chips. It was the perfect amount for me to finish there without feeling like I had too much. The flavors were so good and I loved the combination with the plantain chips! The bartenders are always friendly and although I didn't get a cocktail this time, I feel like I've tried most of that list and you can't go wrong with anything :)

Goat cheese plate 7-27-23

Came here with a group of 5 for drinks and some food. I ordered a pineapple passionfruit milk punch. It was pretty good. I then ordered a pretzel for an appetizer and bread pudding to share. Coworkers got the goat cheese plate and calamari. The pretzel tasted stale. Like it had been in the freezer awhile. But I still ate it! The calamari was quite generous portion from my previous experiences of ordering it at the Marks/Herndon location. And the goat cheese plate looked amazing. I tried a few pieces of the dried apricots. They primarily have beer for drinks but they had a few wines available. I wish more breweries would take us wine drinkers into consideration. They did not have any Moscato on menu and no sangria. Their only margarita was not a blended one, just on the rocks. But the pineapple drink I got was sweet enough for me. Bread pudding was heated through and tasty. Are servers were prompt and friendly. They made sure our drinks and water were full.

Came here after two cities marathon. Service and food were fantastic. Loved the ambiance and the waitress let our kids sit at their own kids table! 10/10 recommend.

I always love coming to Mad Duck. I have been a patron for years now! I just saw there's a second location, which is awesome. I highly recommend everything on the menu. You can't go wrong!

Parking is exactly what you'd expect for downtown, so just make sure you lock your car and don't leave anything visible. We went around 5 PM on a Thursday. It started fairly quiet and gradually got busier throughout the evening, but it never felt overcrowded. They do have a rule that if there's a waitlist, your time may be limited to about two hours so they can seat other guests, which is reasonable for a place like this. The drinks were fantastic. I honestly didn't have a bad drink all night. They offer cold drinks, room temperature drinks, hot drinks, and just about every type of spirit you can think of. The cocktails are very creative, and the bartenders will actually warn you ahead of time if a drink has flavors they think you might not like, which I appreciated. The bartenders were excellent and really knew what they were doing. We had a spicy margarita, mojito, whiskey smash, an ube cocktail, and a few others, and all of them were great. Prices were fair for the quality, creativity, and overall experience. Not cheap, but definitely not overpriced either. One thing I really respected was that they had Narcan and fentanyl test strips available on-site. You don't see that often, and it shows they actually care about people's safety. If you're looking for craft cocktails in Fresno, this place is definitely worth visiting. I'll definitely be coming back.

The bar staff was incredibly friendly--someone came up to us right away, introduced themselves, and ran through all the offerings for the evening, including happy hour (which we lucked into!). One thing I really appreciated about sitting at the bar was the setup. The seats aren't crammed together, so we had plenty of space. There are hooks underneath for bags and jackets, and even outlets if you need to charge your phone. The bar also has multiple TVs showing different sports, which added to the fun, lively vibe. We ordered off the happy hour menu and were honestly blown away. I got an Old Fashioned, and they even offer a whole burger and fries on happy hour, which is amazing. We also shared the nachos. Everything tasted great, and the drinks were excellent--I ended up ordering another cocktail, the Spa Day Margarita, and loved it just as much as the first one. The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the staff stayed attentive the whole time without hovering. It was a really easy, enjoyable dinner that didn't break the bank. We'll definitely be back!

I've been to the other location and knew a good night was in store, parking was a snap and upon entering was seated immediately. I chose to sit indoors and was escorted to a table by a window. Service was prompt and courteous and with a clearly defined menu we ordered drinks quickly along with an appetizer (see picture) I do appreciate having a little time to navigate the menu and look for specials. The waitress was considerate and knowledgeable of the menu (I could tell you some stories) with a humorous spirit we ordered and enjoyed our drinks and bites until we were served with our order. I ordered my hamburger medium and it was perfect! I also chose to have onion rings with is not a regular thing for me, some aren't crispy enough, this was the case tonight but good nonetheless. All and all a good experience for sure and the price wasn't a deal breaker for my next visit, give it a try and see if you agree.

Idk. *shrugs* This time we got: Pad Kra Pao, Pad Se-Ew (beef), Yellow Curry (chicken), and Thai Style Papaya Salad for dinner. We each had a different favorite dish out of the three entrees... Pad Se-Ew was mine (noodle head), followed by the Pad Kra Pao (perfect flavor, not too strong on the basil, egg fried just right), then the curry last (I prefer green or red more). The salad was good, refreshing. No spice whatsoever, but we knew that (one of the girls can't handle as much spice). The winner of our dinner? The Thai Tea Flight! I love the option of flights anywhere I go. It gives you the chance to try all the flavors you're curious about without committing to one that you may or may not like. Man... these were amazing. If I had to rank the flavors-- it was a toss-up between the Original Thai Tea and the Ube but since this is the battle of the Thai Teas... the OG gets a slight edge. Both freaking amazing though (we ordered full sizes of these after). Obviously Thai Iced Coffee comes next but coffee should be it's own category. It wins on its own as coffee. The Green Thai Tea came in last for all 3 of us, I believe. It's good, just not as good as the other three... and it's definitely more fragrant? Idk the right word for it. Anyway, I'd make more stops here just for these drinks alone now that i know how good they are. Staff was amazing. Friendly. Attentive. Restaurant still very aesthetic. Their plating of the meals? A+. It was a very good dinner.

We were greeted immediately and asked for a reservation as this place was packed! It thinned out about 10 minutes to closing as they were still seating people. Anywho, our server was ever attentive. As a vegetarian I miss kung pow chicken. And they were able to make Kung pow tofu for me. Which is probably the best hospitality ever!! They just had to check with the chef and it was a GO! The compound tofu was very flavorful. It wasn't mushy. The tofu was firm and all the seasonings paired well with it. The dude enjoyed his meal with the steak and purple rice. The rice was pretty good. I did not try the steak as I'm not vegetarian. But he really enjoyed it as it was butterfly pea rice. Our cocktails were delicious. Balanced not too sweet. It hit the spot. We were very impressed with this place and really enjoyed our time here all the flavors popped in every dish we had was delicious even the appetizer of the spring rolls. Very crunchy light and not greasy. Overall, this was a great spot to grab a delicious meal, date night, or celebrate. I would come just to come again definitely will be back.
