I ordered the Piquillo Chicken Ciabatta, which comes with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and piquillo pepper aioli on toasted ciabatta. It was pretty good! I got the Cajun fries on the side and they were seasoned really well. I also ordered a Shirley Temple. When it first came out, the soda didn't taste right, so I asked if they could take it back and remake it. They were nice about it, and when they brought the new one back, they explained that they actually had to change out the Sprite in the soda machine. I appreciated that they took accountability, fixed the issue, and explained what happened. The remake was much better! My food and drink came out to $33.45, which I do think is a little pricey for one person, but I understand you're also paying for the dine-in movie theater experience and the convenience of having everything brought directly to your seat. One thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the cleanup. After I finished my drink, I asked one of the workers if they could take my cup and they did. Later, when another worker came by with my receipt, I politely asked if she could also take my empty plate because it was getting in the way of my view of the screen. She told me that the plates would be taken at the end of the movie. I understand that may be their normal process, but since the plate was blocking part of my view, I would've appreciated having it taken away when I was finished. Overall, I'm giving my first experience 4/5 stars. I really enjoyed the comfortable reclining seats, the food, and the whole dine-in movie concept. Eating in the dark can be a little difficult , but it's still a fun experience. Hopefully next time everything goes a little smoother, because I would definitely come back and give it another try!

We were seated on the lower level at a table with another couple, they really try to squeeze everyone in there. There is a rule, where you gotta order a couple items per ticket I believe, not sure how strict that rule is to be honest. We ordered a Shirley temple, the rum affair, fried pickles and sliders which all came out to almost $70. So, get ready to spend some money. Regardless, we both enjoyed our night. The couple we sat with was friendly, service was nice, drinks and food were fine, we can't complain. Also, the show was so much fun! I was enjoying the show and using the table's QR code to order a sugar-free Red Bull, a key lime dessert, and water. The dessert was taking so long that staff came over to apologize and explain that it needed to thaw. Then a staff member--a bald man who appeared to be in his 50s and came across as angry--tapped me on the shoulder and told me to grab my belongings. I followed him outside, where he said, "Have a good night." When I asked what was happening and why I was being made to leave, he slammed the door in my face. No warning. No explanation. No opportunity to address whatever he thought the issue was. I wasn't recording, heckling, or causing a disturbance. I was laughing and enjoying the show. When I used my phone, it was to place orders through the venue's own QR system. This wasn't just a local night out. I invested time, airfare, and a hotel stay into a weekend centered on this show. Being treated this way ruined the experience I traveled for and overshadowed my entire weekend. This complaint is about the venue's treatment of a customer, not Kam Patterson. A ticket refund would not make this right. I believe management should invite me back and cover the airfare, hotel, and show for a replacement weekend. This is about accountability and restoring the experience I planned and paid for--not needing their money. I expect management to investigate what happened, provide an explanation, and offer a genuine apology. You cannot give someone back their time, but you can take responsibility for how your staff treated them and make a meaningful effort to put it right.

One time, I recall getting the chilaquiles and asking for extra habaneros and asking if their chef had a secret hot sauce that was stronger than "white people spicy." Miriam brought me a little ramekin of a pepper sauce puree that the chef prepared - and it was EPIC. I don't ask for that every time, but you know whoever was on the line took the request seriously and actually had some fun making my mouth burn. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of their willingness to "play" in the kitchen. Today, I went for breakfast and ordered the Carne En Su Jugo for my first time. Not just here - first time ever eating it anywhere. I had totally forgotten to ask them to make it spicy! I asked Miriam if there was anything they could do to spice it up. She assured me they could. I have been to other shows where the magician does not make the spectator feel comfortable, and this couldn't be further from that. Also be aware there are several steep inclines and declines on the property. If you have any issues with walking it might be a challenge as some areas are uneven. But they do offer golf cart rides to and from the parking lot to the main plaza as well as to the amphitheater. You just need to ask an employee nearby. There are no bad seats in the amphitheater from what I could tell. The sound is amazing, but can get loud for those sensitive to loud music. I would love to go back and see more performances at that venue and maybe try one of their restaurants.

This venue is unique because it's small and more intimate. Every seat has an amazing view of the stage. They do have wine tasting tours on Saturdays. You can also purchase wine to enjoy during the concerts. They have several options for food. You can reserve a table at the Chateau La Cresta. The is a fine dining experience and offers guests a full sit-down 3-course meal, overlooking the breathtaking views of the valley. We have been to the Chateau La Cresta several times when we opted for the dinner and a show. The food is usually very good. The views from the Chateau deck are amazing. The last time we ate at to the Chateau was to see Daryl Hall, and our meal wasn't the best. All the other times we've had a meal here have been very good. Parking can get sparse the later you arrive. I recommend coming at least an hour before the event, especially if you need ADA parking. Getting out of the parking lot, after concert, gets very congested. They do have attendance handling the parking traffic, which helps. It can get chilly in the evening, so I recommend wearing layers or being a light jacket or sweater. Some people even bring blankets. I'm looking forward to see what the 2027 concert series has to offer. We will definitely be back next year.
