Another amazing experience! Thank you Jason for your great hospitality!!! Smash burger is served hot and it's so flavorful. Sweet potato fries are delicious. Best burger in the South Bay!

DOUBLE SWISS & SHROOM MELTBURGER with jalapeños and spicy melt sauce
Eddie D.

Stopped by The Melt at Del Amo again and ordered the Swiss 'N' Shroom Meltburger. This time I went with the single patty and added fresh jalapeños and fresh onions. It was the right call. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and I could really taste the mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and all the toppings. The fries were hot and crispy too. I also had the pleasure of meeting my server, Rance. He was nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He checked in on me and made sure everything was great. I'll definitely be back. Great burger, great service, and another solid experience at The Melt.

The quality of the burgers is unreal, specifically the meat. It is really good! I also tried the mac n cheese and you can't go wrong ordering it! My only regret is not trying their milkshakes.. You can order with Melt's employees or on their screens. They are really nice and always greeting everyone who comes in and out. The place is relatively small, but just enough tables. You can also sit outside. I can't wait to come again.

Grilled THREE CHEESE CLASSIC

The 5 stars are for the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I really enjoyed it. Staff are very welcoming and there are 3 self serving kiosk to place your order and look at the menu or you can just checkout with an employee. My friend got a chicken sandwich and said it was a bit messy and was sad the only condiments available were ketchup, mustard, mayo, and Tabasco. No ranch or bbq. She said next time she'd get the grilled cheese and tomato soup. If you sign up for the melt rewards you get a free fry on the app but you have to checkout with the cashier because the reward won't work on the self checkout. Definitely coming back for my grilled cheese though!

Inside the bbq bacon cheeseburger

I was near Del Amo Mall and craving a burger when I noticed The Melt in the mall. A coworker had recommended it before, so I decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I each ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. He got a side of regular fries, and I went with the sweet potato fries. The burgers were tasty and served on brioche buns. The bacon could have been crispier, and I wish they had added more fried onions, but overall the burgers were enjoyable. The sweet potato fries were delicious at first, crispy with a slight sweetness, but after a while they started tasting overly salty. I think they may have been over seasoned. I tried some of the regular fries as well, and they were pretty salty too. The fountain drinks were also a little disappointing. I got a Diet Cola, and it took quite a while to fill my cup because the machine was producing so much foam from the carbonation. My biggest issue was the price. It felt pretty expensive for a fast-casual restaurant. With so many great burger spots around these days, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back.

Service is top notch. Andrew, who was the cashier/server was excellent. He made sure that the burger was cooked how it was supposed to be. He was very friendly and attentive with every client while I was there eating my burger. They make sure that the meat is not undercooked or overcooked and that everything is well prepared. I am glad to see a good quality control. The burger was phenomenal. It was very delicious and dang, do I wanted one more. I got to say that out the other burger restaurants that I been to , this one is on my top 20 now. I gotta try the other burgers too.

Melt burger and garlic fries with a diet cherry cook n jalapeño pickle relish on the side!! Chefs

Delicious! Lots of fries I recommend sharing. The burger was hardy! The jalapeño pickle relish is savory and sooooo good. Also, I love that I could create a diet cherry coke from their fountain drinks. My favorite!!

These burgers are delicious! You can really taste the quality of the meat and they are so juicy. The double burger was huge so if you don't have a big appetite the single will be perfect. The food comes out relatively fast and I like that you can order on the kiosk to customize everything to your liking. The menu has something for everyone, even grilled cheeses and impossible burgers. The Mac and cheese was also fire! The service was great and the ambiance was chill with some music.

Egg in a hole and tomato soup!

I needed a quick bite today after my pre-birthday shopping and saw that The Melt had just opened! Conveniently, it's close to where I parked and I had not eaten today so I decided to stop here. I am a vegetarian and appreciated that they labeled the vegetarian friendly items. Andrew greeted me and took my order, he was great! I noticed their fountain machine is all sodas so be aware for my non-soda drinkers. I ordered the egg-in-a-hole and the tomato soup. Both are delicious and very filling!! I definitely recommend and as I was dining I could see Andrew helping customers, greeting them, and just showcasing exemplary customer service! I even got to try a piece of their baked cookie! Quick edit: I also saw they have an Impossible Patty sub for the melt burgers so that's exciting to see! That definitely entices me to come back after my next shopping haul!

Came yesterday around 7pm for dinner and we got a double melt cheeseburger, swiss and shroom burger, fries, and a fountain drink ($40 including tip) Loved the burgers, their juice and the toppings inside taste very fresh! The meat patties also has their own flavor. I love that you can adjust the sauce and type of cheese on the burger for free. If the burger doesn't have tomatoe, lettuce, raw onions then it can be added for free The only thing was that our fries didn't taste that fresh but everything else was! It wasn't crunchy and just warm We got to sample their cookie and it was good! It's like a chewy thin cookie! Overall great spot for a burger!

Review #987 2026-057 Food Order: Spicy Mission MeltBurger (1/3 lb of Angus & Wagyu beef, 2 slices pepperjack cheese, jalapeños, avocado, lettuce, spicy Melt sauce, artisan bun) $11.99 Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries (cheddar sauce, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar & ranch) $5.99 Tip: Join their loyalty program for a free order of (any) fries. The Melt replaced defunct Lemonade & located in Del Fashion Center, just south of Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. While I'll miss its predecessor for their refreshing & creative lemonades & healthy cafeteria-style menu, I'm delighted for this takeover. Parking is horrid during weekday lunch rush. I drove to my usual north side of the lot near Charles Schwab & still had to wait for a space. \(`0´)/ The Melt is a fast casual American restaurant with a concentrated menu of burgers, crispy chicken, mac & cheese, melted sandwiches, soups & salads, sides, drinks & shakes, & dessert at moderate prices. While I rarely drink soda nowadays (gotta keep my glucose in check), I love their soda fountain is by Alameda Soda Company; they're a Bay Area handcrafted soda company that uses natural ingredients & pure cane sugar which aligns with the company's focus of serving 100% all-natural & preservative-free ingredients. Alameda Soda craft soda options: Oaktown Root Beer, Diablo Black Cherry, Golden Gate Orange, Lost Island Ginger Beer, Cable Car Lemon Lime, Hangar 25 Diet Cola, Hangar 25 Cola. There was a marketing offer for free fries by joining their loyalty program, but I also wanted to try The Melt's burgers. While known for its premium "MeltBurger" (blend of Angus & Wagyu beef), I'm a fan of spicy burgers & the Spicy Mission sounds right up my alley. I took advantage of the "loyalty" & upgraded to Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries. There was a slight issue finding my info to redeem the fries, & had to wait for the cashier to flag a supervisor. Once done, I received a pager for my order. The decor is modern with warm wood elements & pops of color. The dining room is bright & spaced well without being cramp. If you prefer dining out, there's plenty of tables in the covered patio. An order board sits high right of the pick-up counter to check your order status. It wasn't long before my pager was buzzin'. The burger looked delish & I was salivating from its tantalizing scents... it was stacked high with ingredients that married well together! The burger was perfectly cooked & the patty had a crisp, caramelized crust while maintaining its juiciness that oozed down my hand from every bite! The sauce added a tangy, zesty zing, kinda 1000-island sauce with a spicy kick to accompany the perfectly melted pepperjack & jalapeños. Can you say flava bomb? Mmm... Mmm... Mmm!! What would truly made this a "perfect" burger is grilling/caramelizing the jalapeños. Now that would be a-m-a-z-i-n-g!! If mac & cheese is anything like their burgers, my teen would live here. LOL Their fries are thin-cut, Idaho russets... & the Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries was a savory indulgence to my lunch. Perfectly fried golden, served hot & crisp with melted & shredded cheddar, the bacon bits & ranch drizzle adds salty & tangy oomph to this addictive side. Opened just a month ago, friendly staff cruised the dining room offering some sweet bites of their Chocolate Chunk Cookies. I'm not a fan of chocolate & rarely indulge in cookies, but theirs will change your mind, especially served warm with a "melt-in-your-mouth" feel of rich & buttery crisp crust & ooey gooey center. Who doesn't love hot off the oven cookies? Using sustainably grown chocolate, the Melt also added pretzel bits, giving a contrast to the chocolate's sweet bitterness. I really wanted a glass of milk to dip this cookie. I didn't need any sweets, but what a yummy way to end a most satisfying meal! I "melt" for The Melt... definite fan here... I'll be here often enough to be crowned Duchess! ;-) Yeah, I love it here! Highly Recommended: Spicy Mission MeltBurger (grilled jalapeños would make this perfection) & Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries.

This business is located at the Del Amo Fashion Center. Therefore, there is plenty of parking right outside of this place. There are plenty of tables and chairs to dine in and you order your food at a kiosk. I had a regular burger with garlic Parmesan and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious.

SPICY MISSION MELTBURGER
Terrence C.

Great new burger spot just opened up at Del Amo Mall! The Melt just opened up right across Lucille's on the outdoor section. We were lucky enough to enjoy them on their training day, I tried both the spicy mission burger (8/10) and swiss n shroom (8.5/10.) Even as singles, the portion of each burger was pretty good. We also had garlic parmesan fries (8.2/10) and cheddar bacon ranch fries (8.4/10.) Very generously sized and lots of flavor. I had to get a chocolate shake and it's dangerously good (9/10.) Consistency isn't too thick where you're struggling to drink it (in and out) and very chocolatey. For burgers and fries though it can be kind of expensive, it was $50 for 2 burgers 2 fries 2 shakes, but the economy is Just like that now I guess! I'm going to have to come back and try the melt sandwiches next!

The same thing happened on our second visit, and we were honestly heartbroken. However, Sunny (I think that was his name) went above and beyond to make sure we still got to experience their food. He kindly gave us samples of the Spam musubi and fried chicken to take home. That's 100% top-notch customer service right there! Since then, we've returned twice more with friends, and the food has been absolutely amazing. The shrimp is hands-down my favorite, and the karaage chicken with the green sauce is super addictive. I also finally got to try the crispy Spam musubi, which was unique and delicious . We'll definitely keep coming back. In fact, I'm tempted to throw a party just so I have an excuse to cater from them! Even though they're located inside a food hall, you can take your food and enjoy it anywhere in The Enclave's spacious outdoor seating area, which makes it a great spot to hang out and enjoy a meal with friends.

That was bad, in any case, I ordered the kalua and shrimp. The shrimp was extra, but was pretty good. I am glad I ate right away since the shrimp was not overtly deep fried (this means the sauce on top was going to drench it, making it a soggy deep fried batter if I did not eat right away). The sauce it comes with is not bad, it seemed like a flavorful batter. The pickled onions were not a palet cleanser, but was sweet and went well with the kalua pork. The pork itself was definitely on the saltier side, I would not recommend eating this without the rice! It was that salty! Together it was good. They put on a lot of rice, no substitutes like Mac salad unfortunately. But what was bad is that the shrimp is extra but they put a bed of rice underneath so you don't really get as much protein as you would like.

I was expecting it to be sweet since it's a combination of Sprite and strawberry puree. To my surprise, it only had a hint of sweetness. It seemed like they substituted Sprite for club soda or something. Finally, I should mention that my wife was not impressed with her Chicken Tortilla Soup. She pointed out that for the amount of ingredients the soup had, it tasted really bland. As far as the service, it was disappointing too. Like I said before, they did not cook the burger to the preferred doneness. Additionally, I requested that they leave out the lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomatoes from my burger, but guess what? I got them anyway. If the order had come out quicker, I would have looked past some of the miscues. But the speed of service was pretty average. Just about the only thing that exceeded my expectations was the bill at the end of our meal. It was pretty reasonable for the amount of food we got.

The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. Great prices! Jen is the best server I've ever seen! But…read moreevery server there puts out great energy, great speed, and the cooks make great flavor. Truly a gem. Try the wings! Water was not refilled, server rarely came around, couldn't answer our question about an item on the menu and forgot when we asked for the check. Had to ask other server to find him, heard server tell him about us and him say he'd get to us after doing something else. Took another 5-10 min before we saw him. Not sure what the problem was because the restaurant was not busy. 2.) Asked for burgers medium and they had no pink. Decided to order another burger and asked if medium rare would get some pink. Server off-handedly reasoned that that should help. It did not. The burger was cooked the same as the others: well done. 3.) Torrance Farmhouse burger was not good. 4.) $0.69 "use fee" on the check???? It's only 69 cents, but I saw no mention of it on the menu and for what? I asked the server what it was for and he had no idea. Pros: 1.) Kings Luau and 24k burger were actually quite good despite being cooked well done 2.) I didn't get food poisoning
