He made it happen and during set up he really came prepared when it come to moving the whole set up within an hour. We would offer to move over chairs and his attitude was that he was there to make things easy for us. He did whatever rearranging that was needed and had everything set up on time. He hosted a staff huddle with all the dealers, kept the dealers updated so that everything stayed on schedule, and if there was any tension or spills in the crowd he notified me immediately so that his floor of guests were 100% happy. Mitch was more than punctual, he arrived an hour early to set up so he would ready to go when our paid time started. The set-op included two large speakers staged on opposite sides of the room, two microphones, two word monitors(for the singer and one facing the crowd). Also, fun accessories for audience participation that included maraca's, a couple light-up tambourines.....and I can't forget the oh so important blow-up guitar. The word monitor displayed the upcoming singer and song so it was easy to keep the flow going as we knew who was coming up next. We didn't have to waste time digging through thousands of song titles in a book list. We simply told Mitch what we wanted to sing and he programmed it....he has over 200,000 songs.....he literally has everything. Our time was up and we were not ready stop. Mitch was nice enough to stay another hour or so unplanned so we could continue to get our karaoke on(for a prorated fee). Payment was super easy. He probably takes multiple forms of payment but we paid via Venmo which was awesome for a group. We all split the cost, so everyone paid me and I collected and forwarded the funds on to Mitch. It was an awesome night thanks to Mitch...it was Magic, ha!!!!!! Thank you Magic Mitch!!!

The place is clean (much cleaner than other indoor playgrounds around Coachella Valley!) and it's reassuring because I am NOT dealing with any more sicknesses than I have to out of the school season. If you follow them on social media, the owner Aubree frequently post videos of the staff cleaning and sanitizing the ball pit and toys around the playground which I'm a big fan of. My toddler loves this place and so do I as a parent because they also offer a little café area where you can order lattes and snacks while the little ones play! We have really enjoyed Aubree and how wonderful she's been to the kids and in sharing her journey and creativity with the community! She has been so kind and patient with us (even as we forgot socks or had endless questions about the place), and I think we're lucky to have her creativity and spirit in the valley. Tony Toddler is truly filling a need here; it's a wonderful addition to the community and I'm looking toward to hosting some bday parties here!
