The salon is super pretty!! It was so clean and organized. I walked-in during busy hours, not expecting to be able to get my nails done, but they were so kind and I got seated immediately. I was offered water, many colors, and Jennifer was so nice and chatted with me while she did my manicure. This place is really clean, I have to emphasize, which I find important. I even decided to get the pedicure, which I was so thankful I did, because the package I got was so worth it for the scrub, paraffin wax, and massage. Over all, I really recommend this salon. I came in as a walk in for a gel - pedicure and Young did a fantastic job. He was meticulous with his work, and the massage was one of the best I have received. There are also a lot of options on the massage chair, which makes the whole experience even more worthwhile. The shop is very aesthetic and I will definitely be back! read more

They have changed over staff again. No customer service. In middle of pedicure the tech got up and did someone's manicure. No give me just a moment....I get, she was asked by her boss to go fix a previous issue of someone who "didn't speak English" but.. The overall feeling is just depressing. Don't go to this place called The nail Spa in 7435 eastern Ave corner of warm springs Ave. If there is a zero rating, I will give them a zero for extreme rudeness to a 91 year old senior. Maybe, they can be charge even of elder abuse the way the skinny Asian lady was yelling at her and rushing her to position her legs on the footing. She was always frowning and didn't even greet the customer with a smile. I asked this worker if she's okay because she was so rude that maybe she has a problem. I pointed out to her that her salon is empty and maybe it's because of her attitude. She then started yelling at me and said that the place is empty because their business is new. I told her that for a new business, she should be nice to attract customer. The more she yelled and pointed us to the door to leave if we don't like it there. I told her not to bother doing the pedicure and we left the place. There was one Asian male who also butted in and said you can leave if you don't like it here. They were so rude and frowns that I will never recommend anybody to go there. read more
