We came right when they reopened at 5pm and I think they were still setting up for dinner but we were sat pretty quickly. The fries were amazing, I have no idea what the sauce is but it's so good. I also got the saag which was okay, I think I should have branched out more and tried their other dishes. The service, they're very sweet. Overall I would come back.

I did not expect what a gem this place is. It's become highly recommended from one visit, yes one visit, for many reasons. We came for the Indian fusion foods (amazing) but were introduced to the essence of small business pride with the owner giving a personal touch to all his guests. His story, if he shares it, inspires having a dream and bringing it to fruition from hard work and not compromising. I love establishments like this!!!!! The foodies here are cook to order, teas are made fresh as well! We ordered a variety of appetizers, entrees at various degrees of spicy and every single thing was packed with unique flavor explosions. There will be an entree for anyone's taste. We tried the dessert. The portion sizes were great. We had plenty to take home. You will want to come back to explore more of the menu, there is so much on it. Now to the unexpected! We did not expect that this place would have two restaurants! A morning restaurant, the Early Bird Eatery and then the Monks Indian Fusion Cuisine! Will post pictures of our dinner meal and the breakfast Early Bird Eatery menu since this is under the Monks Yelp. The service was excellent. Expect a dining experience. Do not be in a hurry since this is truly a small business and if you are lucky will likely engage the owner. It was a cozy environment for us and dinner. I expect depending on the time and what restaurant you visit the atmosphere to shift. Definitely support and encourage him and his team! His engagement and care to his menu details, the love for what he is doing reminds me of the small businesses abroad that share their culture in the same way because he has brought such flavor to his menu. It is quite refreshing to experience this at I25 and Dry Creek. If you blink you will miss this. Don't miss it. The prices are reasonable and I can't wait to try the breakfast menu. The dinner sits very well since I am writing this review a couple hours after eating. I plan to review again as well as recommend this place to everyone. I wish Yelp would offer a "pin your fav place on your profile" option because this is the review I want people to see first. Oh, it also has a bar but we enjoyed the drinks on the dinner menu. I will be tracking this place to see what others order as this place gets discovered. It is a pretty new under two years so go support this one day or night. (: Not sure why the pictures came up out of order. Check back for update visits. Update. Added Monks menu.

Another interesting restaurant. We were greeted immediately when we arrived by a smiling hostess. You can choose their buffet or order from the menu. We chose the buffet. The buffet is a little clunky, but very easy to read the dishes in the bright light. A few dishes I tried: Goat Biryon, Chicken Vindaloo, Chili Garlic Noodles, Goat Chettinad. They were delicious - fragrant, spicy. The dishes had very unique flavors. If you are looking for some unique flavors and great service, definitely check this place out.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of Indian spices and by Siri, the beautiful hostess/server. The restaurant wasn't very busy and the service was excellent. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Chicken Butter Masala off the extensive menu. Both were delicious but could have benefitted from more Chicken as it was pretty sparse. We also had the garlic naan and the butter naan which were both perfectly crispy and flavorful. The menu features both Indian and Chinese cuisine - sense the "Fusion" in their name. There were a lot of my favorites on the menu and some items I wasn't familiar with so I can't wait to come back.

    Wok Tossed Hakka noodles

Stopped by here on a whim since we noticed it was new in the area. The food was outstanding with familiar flavors that had a creative twist. The wok-tossed Hakka noodles, in particular, stood out. Not your typical noodle dish, but in the best way. The texture, the seasoning, the overall presentation--it was all just done differently in a way that totally worked. On top of that, the service was excellent--super attentive, warm, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. A great spot if you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary but absolutely delicious!

My sister and I drove a ways to try Monk's and it was well worth the gas mileage. Not wanting overordering (which is both my sister and I's toxic trait), we solicited some advice from our waitress, Siri. She was more than enthusiastic about sharing her recommendations. We ordered the Goat Vindaloo with buttered tandoori rotti and garlic naan. For drinks, we got their mango lassi and Masala chai (iced). We enjoyed the Masala chai so much, we ordered another one hot---no sugar needed since the flavors were so good. Being that this was out first real meal of the day, we also ordered the druns of heaven and HAD to stop ourselves from eating the whole appetizer so we can make room for the entré. In the end, with Yukta's recommendation, my sister and I finished up with the Shahi Tukda. Everything was so delicious! The one star missing was for their lassi. The mango lassi was ok, I hope in the future they can make their own lassi (with no flavoring). All in all, GREAT food. ALSO, they have a buffet every Sunday at 11:30 am!

Ordered the street style noodles... MILD.. but my mouth is in fire! I love the flavor but it's hard to eat and they didn't give me enough sauce.

We were here for dinner on Sunday evening and I brought my parents, we loved the tandoori momos and the burnt garlic rice. We also got the drums of heaven, manchurian and Hakka noodles. Service has always been nice. We have tried this place twice so far and have enjoyed our meals here both the times. My only hope is that they stay consistent with their flavours for patrons to keep coming back for delicious meals!

Your service manager what a great person and yea I owe him a Christmas gift!

I wet there for my 65 birthday in February, just went back with my son and the food is still awesome! The service was amazing and food is out of this world! I am a Chef by trade and must say the Chef is outstanding in his cooking skills and seasoning of food!!!! I highly recommend you try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again for a wonderful meal!!

The service is a bit slow and its a more seat yourself and then they come to you with menus. So don't awkwardly stand there forever. The ambiance is super bright, and pretty mellow and quiet. My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Overall I liked it, but it was pricey for something I didnt love. Great start but onto the next :)

I came here recently for both takeout and dine-in, and both times left baffled at the weird service. The first time I ordered takeout and arrived to pick it up 10 minutes after it said my food was going to be ready. When I gave the lady my name, I was told my food would be done in 5 minutes but I ended up waiting another 20-25 minutes for my order while most of the workers just stared at me. The second time, just a couple days later, I was meeting some friends who wanted to go here and the food was so good I was happy to come - this time we dined in. My friend walked in to be seated and there were four employees standing near the front but no one addressed her, so she walked around to the back and told someone she was looking for a table before we got seated. Then we had another employee just sitting at the table across from us on her phone staring at us, while we had to chase down the workers to take our orders and get water. While the employees were very friendly when we were attended to, they are not very attentive and we ended up waiting a long time for our check. The renovations are really nice - I didn't try Bawarchi prior to their fire, but the interior looks really nice now. And as mentioned the food is delicious and what brings me back here. I especially love the paneer butter masala, dal tadka, and mango lassi. If they could figure out their service issue, I think that would help.
