Does this lady not know that parents are willing to spend so much money just for their children? We are the ideal customers, but we're getting ignored? If I were the owner reading this review, I would really consider changing staff or doing some hospitality trainings. The place has a lot of potential but it's getting squandered by the staff's inability to be hospitable. I truly hope they can turn things around!
