If I were the owner reading this review, I would really consider changing staff or doing some hospitality trainings. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young lady named Audrey. She was helpful from start to finish and really was so sweet. She asked my daughter's name and I noticed that Audrey put a sign with her name and a heart on the dressing room door. What a nice touch to the service. I just loved that!
