There was no greeting or acknowledgment, despite several sales associates seeing us enter and continuing their conversations among themselves. My children noticed Easter eggs displayed around the first floor, but no one mentioned them or engaged with us in any way. We spent some time upstairs reviewing items on our own, and again, there was no greeting or assistance offered. Two associates at a table continued chatting and did not acknowledge us. Before we headed down to leave, we did have one sales person approach us and offer some recommendations but we again were about to leave. We were on the escalator and passed a couple heading upstairs who we could hear were warmly greeted, which made the lack of interaction during our visit even more noticeable. While this may have been an off evening, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome. We will be choosing to shop elsewhere.

Mom and her sister decided to come through while I walked to the car to load the haul they've already done from another store. (We didn't want to carry it around, more especially since they were heavy!) So when I finally came back, I see Mom with a cart full of stuff. (Whoa, I wasn't even gone 10 minutes!) Their clearance department is pretty massive and she said she found most of her bargain buys from that entire area. I was sold, so I took a bit of time to look through what they had: and scored three whole outfit and a dress for the bargain price of less than $50. I'm not about labels; whenever I see something I like and I feel comfy in it, I'm sold. So glad I stopped by. If I had more time, I probably would have ended up with more. But planning to make another stop when I find myself in the area once again. SIDE NOT: Shout out to Anthony and Alicia for being patient with us! Looking forward to that next stop.

I'll spare the readers the details, but suffice to say I could have swam in the caffeine that a certain guest basically emptied out on to me! And when I tell you it landed in a most unfortunate geographic location on my dear body, well, I'll leave it at that! So guess what? So I needed to buy a pair of shirt/shorts immediately! That brought me right here to JCPenney. And I didn't want to break the bank either! That's when Lupe came to the rescue. Not only did she go out of her way and walk me to the sales and clearance section, upon checkout she asked for my phone number and was able to find a hidden $10 reward which brought an already reasonable price down further! This JC Penny has an enormous section as it pertains to sales and clearances! Come on by, but be sure to ask for Lupe!

I was in search of a beautiful gown for an upcoming event & Windsor always has a wide variety of gorgeous gowns! Customer Service: Natalie greeted me immediately as I walked into the store! As I walked around and started to pick up gowns, Natalie offered me a dressing room! While I continue to select gowns, she was right there to help me right away and added them to my room! She was incredibly attentive & friendly the entire time! Note: I love shopping at Windsor, whether it's a casual flowing summer dress and/or a gown for an upcoming event, including being a guest at a wedding, I always find the perfect dress and/ or gown! However, I usually steer clear of the ones with glitter, because glitter gets everywhere! Overall: What a fun shopping experience at this location! It was difficult to decide which color to get, but I was glad to have found it. There were some All Clad utensils and I picked up a few new ones. Lots of pots and pans and other kitchen items. Huge selection of bedding and bath items too. Whatever you need, you're likely to find it at this location. Parking can be challenging because they share a lot with Home Depot and In and Out.

To top it off, I had enough points to claim a couple of items for FREE! What I love about these kinds of sales is that they never run out of scents (at least not the ones we want.) This might have been the second time this year we took advantage of this sale. Not only are they great for the home, they make for great gifts! And with the holidays creepin' up, we thought we'd stock up. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a big haul and they made sure to double bag and spaced out the weight with enough bags so we wouldn't struggle taking them back to the car. My last visit I walked in and got a hello (not a bad start) and I proceeded to my destination to get my product. When I approached the counter the girls were talking. Instead of addressing me, the one talking decided to finish the bit she was saying. She then asked me if I was ready (sarcasm flashing in my mind). After my yes, they began talking again in code switch (Spanglish) the entire time I was being rung up. I am so glad that a little customer didn't stand in the way of their conversation.
