A nice, clean busy store if you come on a weekend day. Today must have been my lucky day, it was a busy day. I have to point out that this store sells loose, oversized shirts and tops; they are not form-fitting. Men's and women's pants are sises different. They do have a loose fit and skinny jeans. Adults and kids' sizes. I liked the small boys' section, they had some adorable items for little boys. I'm sure when you come here you will find something you like. Beautiful colors not boring simple earthy colors. One very important thing that needs to be mentioned, plenty of store staff if you need to ask any questions, and the most amazing thing is that they were all helpful and nice which you don't find at most stores today. Large Uniqlo with a very efficient checkout system able to handle large crowds. We came on Black Friday, and bought more of their popular men's jogger pants. They were $10 off, and most of the popular sizes were still available. As one would expect, there was a large crowd trying to checkout via one location. Uniqlo could teach other stores a thing or two about efficiency. First there is only one line, so don't have to worry about selecting a line. Second, there was an associate with a large sign indicating where the end of the line was exactly. Finally, once you got to the front of the line, if you were going to pay by credit card, you were directed to one of 6 self-checkout registers. Instead of scanning, you just toss all of your items into a small bin, and the register automatically scans everything at once. (Later I realized that each item had an RFID tag to allow you to do this). It was a little weird that it was this simple, giving you the almost feeling that you are being ripped off somehow. Nope, that's their process now and it certainly was welcomed on a day like Black Friday. read more

The Uniqlo increase their prices which I don't mind except for the fact tell don't tell you "the real price" until you are at the register. There is no price on the sign and the price on the physical tag on the clothing, is not the actual price of the garment. When you check out, the price of the garment is higher because they change it in the register. We called for help because we thought it was wrong but employee said that the store is in transition and the price is higher and that is the real price. Wow, are you kidding me? With a straight face you, are telling me you mislead me about the price and I should pay the higher price. This makes the company/store seem deceitful. You knew the prices was higher, you know the physical tags are wrong, you knew that people would be confused and at know point did you think, maybe I should tell the customer up front or put signage or change the tags. Oh no, I'll just change the price in the POS machine and hope no one notices. Wow. I go to other Uniqlos but I for some reason this one seems to have a problems. I bought a sweater, and the security tag was still there. I had to go all the way back to get it removed just to wear my sweater. The tag didn't make a sound when I entered or left so I didn't even know I still had it. This location seems poorly managed or I am I just super unlucky. read more

I've always had good experiences going to this Uniqlo. The selection is very nice and not bad for a Uniqlo with just one floor. I recommend Uniqlo for those looking for affordable everyday wear for the office or just lounging around. Colorways of clothing are fairly muted and not loud. My (male) partner usually prefers to shop at Uniqlo for his button up shirts, dress pants, and blazers. These have lasted for a few years of careful wear and care. This particular Uniqlo always has a hearty stock of exclusive anime shirts. Our last visit to Uniqlo had a good helping of the latest Spy x Family shirts which typically go out just like that on the website. Staff here is pretty cool and helpful. The store is also really clean. Lots of stock out so you are destined to find your size and what you want. Not this del amo location. Stuck up cashier. Maybe not him but management. I am overseas now. Within a week I had purchased over usd$900 worth of thermals , a jacket and a vest plus a random pajama bottom that I grabbed by mistake a size XL that was too big I had removed price tags and started packing for my 6 weeks trip to Europe when I looked at the pajama bottom and realized it was size too big. Went back within 2 days of purchase with receipt but not the tag, however the pajama bottom still had the wrapper around it. Cashier looked at the receipt, at the pajama bottom, at me then pushed the product back to me with the receipt and said sorry you can't return this. I said why not? It has a receipt and receipt has UPC and description. He just said sorry not even an exchange!!!!!! I wasn't looking for money back. Just a size down. So I told him to keep the pants. Bought pants that REQUIRED alteration thanks to only being stocked in one standard length. Nowhere does it say that they cannot be returned. No signs in the store and nothing on the receipt. When I asked they said no problem to return. Then when I tried to return, the manager would not accept for refund or even offer store credit, per the manger named Eefa (not sure of spelling). I will be disputing the charge with the credit card as such dishonest and deceptive business practices are unacceptable! read more

I do not like that they do not have bigger sizes for men, I can never find pants for my husband or little brother. Also, every time I go to this location I have noticed the bit of racism in this store. I am of Hispanic heritage so when I am there it may be my imagination. But I get the feeling that i am not welcomed, I have also seen the mistreatment of some employees that are of different race. Bought their improved airism face masks and airism baby onesies. The products are great. The mask sizes are on the small side so if you think you might have big cheeks, chin or nose, just go with large to be safe. Seems you might get discounts if you use their app but we didn't know about it. Oh well. Their Del Amo curveside pickup is madness. The thing is you have to call their number when you get to their designated retail pickup parking spot and let's hope they have the capacity to pick up your call. Went to H&M looking for Women's jeans (Women's- I thought were adult women up to middle age) but I am so wrong! Anyhow, I saw this store and stumbled in. Low & behold they had jeans - lots of jeans women, men and I believe children (?). Really two styles- baggy and skinny, but the waist line was mid to high waist. And yeah prices were bit higher than the high label like Levi's or Lucky Brand, but priced under the designer prices. They also have weekly sales, so you'll have to look for them. I scored with sale prices and found a few items marked clearance due to missing piece (bottom or top) or were altered. Yes! They have a seamstress on sight that does alterations same day for free after purchasing! It's the fashion bare essentials, color solids or few patterns (stripes), no frills, but they have it organized very neatly, set up I imagine how a typical Japanese department store would be - if you've been to one, then you already know, go in, come out quickly since it's cut and dry set up, clothing and style. They also have those cute t shirts that are animated or just trending. I hope they continue to remain the same and thrive. read more

This review is not for the employees of this store, who are very good. It is for the shipping company, Lattis, that Uniqlo uses for some reason. Worst shipping experience. I placed my order way back on Dec. 2nd. It is Dec. 16th and my order is still not here. Last known whereabouts of my order was on Dec. 8th @ 12:00 pm. Package was in transit to Los Angeles, which is where I am located. At 7:00 pm the package was then headed to Santa Fe Springs, which is nowhere near Los Angeles. Tried to contact shipping company, Lattis, and they are unreachable. Uniqlo, if you had used a reliable shipping company like FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, or any other legitimate shipping company, your customers would be able to reach someone at that company to track a lost package. read more

Came to check out their Black Friday/ cyber Monday deals which I rarely do but had an overall nice experience. Special thanks to Joyce for providing great service with a smile! Their social distancing is the first thing you'll notice. You enter to the right and exit normal (away from entering customers). I was greeted when I entered and exited the store. Second thing you'll notice after each transaction is the cashier will wipe down the counter, credit card machine +pin, etc before the next customer is helped. Way to go! Thinking of shopping online with Uniqlo? Read our experience before you do! My wife placed an order with Uniqlo online 3 weeks ago. Our card was charged. The order was dispatched and we got a tracking number. As of 2 weeks ago the tracking information says "In Transit to Sender - Delivery exception Damaged, handling per shipper instructions". There are no updates since then. We have had no updates from Uniqlo. There is no way to get in touch with a customer service rep - Uniqlo claim this is because of Covid-19, even though other companies still offer customer service. No phone number. No interactive chat. We have sent 2 emails using their online form and both times got an automated response. Apparently this "In transit to sender" situation is so common they cover it in their automated response. It says this will be treated as a return. So we have nothing, have not received a refund and cannot get any information as to when this situation will be resolved. We're not criticizing the physical store - we're sharing this with you so you're aware of how poor their support is for online shopping. read more

I love the simple but stylish fashions what they have. The prices are reasonable easy to locate items what I was looking for. After return home I found out 2 out of 4 items not my style when I actually put on. We had the worst return experience and customer service today in the exact store we made the purchase. The UniQlo staff didn't show a bit that they care about their customers and they don't seem to live in the same digital world. All we were told is they can't do anything unless we can show them the physical receipt. We offered that we don't need cash or even credit back to our credit card for the return but only some voucher we can use in the store and we will buy more than the refund right there. Tried to exchange the items today, but i could not do it. Because their regulations were too strict to exchange. I couldn't proceed because it was difficult to know the rules for exchange or refund when I made a purchase. Let me start off my saying I really like Uniqlo products, but the customer service at this store is one of the worst, in particular CASSANDRA and ANDREW. My mother came in the store to make quite a few purchases. As she was trying to get her items in order since she was buying items for a few people, Cassandra rudely asks her if she was actually going going to be paying for it or buying the item, questioning her integrity. On top of that she tells Andrew to keep an eye on her and make sure my mother pays for everything. When one of the items needed to be put back because of a price mistake, they tell my mother to put it back herself because they don't want to deal with it. WTF! If I'm purchasing multiple items, please don't rudely question of a person will actually be buying something or tell them to put the item back themselves because that's your job! If Uniqlo wishes to make a donation for their brand rep then donate from your profit. Don't charge us for shopping there. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Like other reviewers, I was told their policy is same-store only. I was stunned that I could not return two tee shirts from Uniqlo Beverly Center (within the 30 day period) to Uniqlo Del Amo. I've been a Uniqlo shopper since they first opened in Southern California, but no more. I even pulled up the California code on retail returns which stated the store had to have clear signage at each register outlining their return policy. At the Del Amo store, only one register had the policy, a barely-visible sign that wasn't posted at the other four check-out stations. I cited the code to the store manager, giving her an opportunity to rectify the situation, but she refused. Customer service is supposed to refund my money, they allowed me to mail the tees in because I refused to go into any Uniqlo store ever again. I'm still waiting for the refund. In the meantime, I will report them to the state of California. I don't understand why any national (in this case, international) chain would make things difficult for their customers. Compare this level of service to "customer-first" chains like Old Navy and The Gap. They make it easy for their shoppers. Uniqlo's stock has fallen nearly 40 points from their 52-week high. I went to this store and they told me that they can't accept and process online returns and that I would have to ship it back but the thing is, you have to PAY to ship it back. You can do exchanges in-store though... I'm disappointed in Uniqlo that this is the decision that they made. Especially when more people are purchasing online these days to avoid going in-store, the least they could've done was to provide free return shipping for the time being. Uniqlo at Del Amo fashion center is quite huge and the storefront is clean and neat. However 3 stars because Uniqlo failed to honor their own coupon. Came here with my gf on June 23 for an item exchange as well as to redeem our free airism shirts via their in-app coupon. The exchange was made without incident but when we asked about the airism shirt the cashier told us that they were not allowed to give away anymore free shirts because they have given away too much shirts and are no long giving them away. The coupon clearly states that they will be giving them away "while supplies last" and they had more than plenty of airism shirts in store. We didn't want to argue with the cashier as there were people in line behind us. So we were pretty disappointed that they will not honor their coupon even when all conditions were met. read more
