He took up both plates, apologized profusely and took the plates into the kitchen. This got the attention of our server and she asked what was wrong. When he explained to her that all of both plates were cold, she finally came over to talk to us and briefly explained they had a new person in the kitchen. I was thinking, if you have a new person in the kitchen, how bad is it when they can't understand that hot food needs to be cooked in order to be considered "hot"? The second plates they brought out were "warmer" than the previous ones but not by much. It was warm enough to eat and it still tasted good, the meat still fell off the bones and it was filling. The "Texas Toast" is NOT Texas Toast, no matter how you define it. In the end, when a restaurant makes a mistake like that, they usually compensate the patrons for their mistake. We were charged full price for our meal, which we paid without a problem, but this was NOT the "A Team" of this restaurant. While I waited for my food to be prepared I took a lot around the market and they have so many different items for sale (spices, honeys, cheeses, etc.) There's a little sitting area where you can enjoy your food inside if you'd like and a nice selection of wines, vodkas and whiskeys in the back. With White linen or cotton cloth table clothes, white plates with gold trim and white and gold trim napkins that I purchased prior to show them. I asked Pamela to wear their white Caterer jackets because that's one of the reason's I hired Selby's based on how they were dressed for a polital Community event. 2. I asked Pamela to visit the venture of the party a month prior to the event. Why did Pamela call me the day before the party telling me she didn't have a tablecloth that fit the table. She would bunch her 8 feet tablecloth on the top of the table Or pay their Decorator D $90 for 2 tableclothes. NO absolutely not after I paid you $5,K. Selbys placed the tablecloths on the table. They entire crew wore faded black TShirts and faded jeans with sneakers on. My husband and children told me behind the scenes was a total mess! Pamela dropped the salad on the floor in the building, called help to replace the Greek Feta salad that I ordered with Weis grocery bag greens, tomatoes and peppers. Nasty not fresh. We don't shop from the store. . Paid for 2 full trays of peach cobbler that was a few peaches and lot of dough in water from the can.
