Just moved in a few weeks ago down the street and was looking for new nail salon and came across the nail boss. I called in to make an appointment and the team was super friendly on the phone and got me an appointment super quick. The location is clean and cute. The location is amazing also you can get some food and snacks after you are done :) Lisa did an amazing job on my gel x nails. She left my cuticles amazing. I also tried out cat eye for the first time. My pedicure came out super nice as well. Definitely my new go to nail salon in the area. Thank you !!

I had a gel Pedicure & Manicure, and it was a very nice experience. I recently moved & was long over due for a pedi & manicure. I only had time for the classic treatment. The results were excellent! I was referred by a friend to ask for Cindy- she was amazing & I'm very pleased with my pedicure (embarrassed so not posting the before pictures). Kristy was the aesthetician who did my nails, they look amazing. She was very professional & transformed my nails! I will definitely return to this beautiful nail spa & hope to get the same dynamic duo. I booked my appointment for Natalie & Cindy, based on a referral. I was very pleased with Kristy. I was able to conveniently pay with Zelle, it was an easy process, too! They offer free guest WiFi to connect to, or if you have any WiFi issues, just ask for the code.

Ever since 7 months ago this place had became my sister and I's go to place. I came today like usual... they usually don't have a wait but today they had a 15 min wait which i didn't mind I went out to wait in my car and came back after 15 mins. They proceeded to take me in right away and got started with soaking my feet and thats where it ended. After the tech started the water she left and never came back. They didn't even set up a towel or anything. pics below included time stamps with my friend as I waited. On top of that no one was communicating with me that maybe another client was taking longer than usual I was just left there. I arrived at 5:06 was told that it was a 15 min and at 5:40 i was still waiting just sitting in the water. If they were just upfront and honest I would've just came back another day. But now I will not be returning ever. I believe communicating with guests is really common practice when running a business but not here.

The best for nails Cindy and Thy are thee best and the selection of cat eye is impecable! I would 100% recommend! Also the price doesn't do it justice is suck at pictures haha

My mom and I booked Ruby and Tina for our sets this time and they did an amazing job. Ruby did the almond set and Tina did the square set. They were both very thorough and gentle throughout the process. We highly recommend booking with either of these kind ladies.

I have been coming to this salon for 3 years now. All of the techs are very good and their work looks clean, professions and never rushed. For my pedicure I go with Cindy because her massages are magnificent. I am the person to always book an appointment ahead of time or same day and they are never late.

my first time here and my experience was so great! the salon was so clean and beautiful and the manager thy was so kind as well as her staff. they did my nails so quickly and they came out just how i wanted them to. i highly reccomend to girls who want cute nails

Got a pedicure and French tip design done by Holly. She was really sweet and nice. Gave me some good options on the base color of my nails and she got a perfect match for my skin color. 10/10 The vibe here is also very nice and relaxing. Front desk lady very attentive and friendly.

So I went back again to get a manicure and OMG I was so satisfied. Holly the nail technician was so friendly and genuine. She actually listen to me and told me about her self. Such a great place I will definitely only be coming here from now on I highly recommend them! I came the first time for only a pedicure and this second time for a manicure. Not satisfied with the service I was given here. It was not worth the hype For the price of $117 for Gel X set + a few simple psychedelic swirl designs, I don't get it. I went to a nail salon that did way better nails and also WAY better service with WAYY better pricing. The lady said "FINALLY IM DONE!" With an extremely agitated voice. Well then! Off to the next salon to support other fellow artists! :) Thank you for showing that service REALLY does sum up the whole experience. read more

Came here for the first time today and got seated immediately. Tina gave me the best pedicure I've had .. ever. That's saying a lot because Ive tried many salons, many techs and get a pedicure every 2-3 weeks. She took her time, paid attention to every detail. I'll definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed my first experience here. I was able to book an appointment last night for first thing in the morning which was amazing luck since I would be coming in on a Saturday. A friend recommended this place when I needed a pedicure last minute. My husband and I came in here and the staff was immediately very helpful and friendly. Tina performed her services on me and Nataly performed her services on my husband. We wouldn't choose anybody else. Tina and Nataly did amazing jobs! Tina is very friendly, professional, and overall has a great personality! I will definitely be coming back! My husband and I agree that this is the BEST place we have ever got the BEST service from all the nail salons we have tried. Went to The Nail Boss because I am pregnant and can't travel far to my original salon. A day after my service, I began to develop an irritation traumatic blister. I went to the salon to show them and ask for a refund and was attempted to be gaslight to think it was a "wart". They said they did not use tools in that area however gel on skin and the light as well as un sanitized tools could cause this. They then said they would give me a refund if I got a doctors note. I went to urgent care due to the pain and the doctor confirmed it was due to the salon and that it was most definitely not a wart. I went back to the salon with my doctors note and show them just for them to changed their minds and refused to give me a refund. My doctor told me I didn't need to show them a note since HIPPA laws but I knew due to the lack of accountability at first that I would not be believed unless I showed them. I spent 98$ dollars just to be in pain as well as getting poor nail job.(fuzz incapsulated in the polish) Poor customer service. No refunds even if they harm you. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go somewhere sanitary. read more

I had Wynn for my full set with hard gel & Amy for my pedicure. They were both very sweet and took their time being very particular with their craft. Amy probably gave me the best pedicure ever --she took her time; constantly kept going back to check her work to make sure everything was perfect; her massage was amazing as well. read more

I would love to give zero stars however that isn't an option. My husband and I decided to come here because we live local and seen there was a new spot. We are headed to Hawaii for our honeymoon tomorrow and thought we'd give this place a try. We have a busy work schedule, I'm sure anyone can relate so decided to book an appointment online, over a week ago. I made an appointment for 6:30pm, we arrived early and noticed there was a wait in the lobby. Signed in, was seated and waited over 50 MINUTES. No one checked on us, someone walked in after us and was sat before us. My suggestion would be don't accept appointments you can't manage. This is terribly unprofessional and I would never recommend coming here. Thanks for starting our vacation off in the worst way possible. read more

After getting my nails done a couple of times by Ken (first photo) I was not happy. My cuticles weren't cut, cut me several times and had a lot of lifting. I messaged them and they recommended I tried Tammy. I gave them another try and I regret it. I showed the blue inspired picture and instead I for wide chunky nails. They are incredibly ugly. She had poor attitude and they started me 20 minutes late. I was there for 2 hours and 13 minutes to walk out unhappy and with nails I did not ask for. I reached out and they did not bother to follow up. The customer service was great in the beginning but as soon as they make a client out of you they get lazy and unprofessional. Don't bother coming here, so many more talented artists out there! read more

I give this place three stars, because it is pretty expensive for a gel pedicure and a manicure. They charged me $72 dollars for both. I did not get color for my manicure either. They should give me a discount for my manicure because it a clear nail polish on my hands. The service was good, they offer me water when I sat down. I did not tip them because they already charged so much for their service. You have to only have cash for tip. I like the massage done for both my pedicure and manicure . Amy was the nail technician that did my pedicure, and she was gentle when she did the massage. The guy that did my manicure was pretty rough when he did my massage, and he takes off my watch without asking. read more

First time here and I got the nail boss pedicure and it was amazing ! Tina did my service and she was very good and professional and very detailed, she removed my ingrown hair out without any pain. I decided to check out TNB at Rodeo 39 the other day. Despite not having an appointment. I was welcomed and even given a glass of Moscato for my wait. STAY AWAY!!! Went today with my two young adult daughters and had the worst experience we have EVER had at a nail shop!!! The woman who did my daughters nails was beyond awful- she clearly did not want to be there and took it out on my daughter. My daughter looks super young for her age and I think was in complete shock of how she was being treated, I was not right next to her or I would have stepped in! I should have know something was off when it was taking over an hour and a half for her full set of acrylics!!! The technician not only started by making insults about her physical appearance at the start but then proceeded to be super rough and aggressive with her, my daughter was beyond uncomfortable. The technician spent a good portion of her time on her phone taking phone calls and making them! She filed and filed and filed her nails over and over and cut her twice making her bleed with no apologies! (Pics below) Then as my other daughter and I waited in the front because it was taking so long I saw the nail technician leave my daughter sitting there and walk out the front door- I got up and went back to my daughter- her nails still not done and she was about to cry. In the moment she was so upset but just wanted to get out of there because she felt so frustrated. Finally her technician returned- she LEFT TO GO PICK UP FOOD!!! Yes- she left my daughter sitting there and us waiting for her while she went and picked up her lunch!!! This whole experience was unbelievable!!! Her nails came out so bad- she had asked for long nails with French and got short nails with an awful French tip that was supposed to be thin and is over half white. When we were checking out with the owner or manager up front at the end - my daughter and I spoke up and showed her she was cut twice and told her that the technician literally left to go get her food. Manger/owner didn't seem to even care, offered some neosporin to put on the cuts!! This was the WORST customer service we have ever experienced! I spent $350 and I left feeling awful! I'm not done though- I will be filing a formal complaint and pursuing this, the way she aggressively treated my daughter was not okay and with the comments she made were very racist! I would stay away - don't waste your money here! read more

Went back for a fill, but with no preference in stylist! Got "matched" with Uyen and let me just say she's amazing!! Asked me every step of the way if I was okay with how things looked and I was so happy with the end result! Uyen did the shaping of my nails and Susan did the design!! Highly recommend :) read more

Found this new luxury nail salon on TikTok & I had to check it out! Located right next to Rodeo 39, this salon offers all services from nails to waxing to tattoos to eyelash extensions! The nail services prices aren't bad either, I got a gel manicure for $32 before tip. They even offer champagne with your visit. Thank you Amy for my lovely nails! read more

Beautiful new salon....would you like a glass of wine today? Yes, yes I would. But, I opted for water. Thank you for treating me like a queen today. They offered me 35% off during their soft opening. I chose the 60min boss pedicure. It was amazing. Hot stones, steam towels, parrafin wax dip, 15 min.massage..excellent. Tien did a wonderful job. My toes looked beautiful. I chose gel because it last so so long and I hardly ever treat myself. But, I really enjoyed this high end experience. I'm going to treat myself more often. read more

Amazing new facility. Staff and services were amazing. I will definitely be back here with my mom, sister, and daughter. Please take your time and support local businesses that were affected by the recent covid closures. Come here! Color selection was top notch. Staff was another bonus. They were so friendly and never tried to upsell you for more services. Another bonus...once you are nice and fancy walk over and have an ice cold glass of beer and some of the best food selections for everyone in the family. Absolutely loved my visit today. I was greeted upon entering and checked in. I was seated promptly and the nail techs wasted no time getting to me. I made an appointment online the same day and was able to be seen. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and hard gel mani...omg the best services i have ever experienced!! Kim was very genuine and sweet. She worked wonders on my feet and was super gentle and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her for sure!! The woman who worked on my nails was fantastic. She was able to give me a design i loved as i showed her a few photo references. She made sure i was pleased with my length, shape, and designs every step of the way. I wish i caught her name, she was very sweet. By the end of my appointment I was so happy. It had been a good year or so that ive treated myself and this was the perfect way! There was plenty of parking and there were about ladies as walk-ins throughout my time there and some even finished before i was. So if you're trying to walk in, you may find yourself in the chair sooner than you think. They also offer water and other alcoholic beverages. Easy check-in, easy to find, and amazing service. I gave it another try at this nail place to see maybe they changed and it happened again. At this point I am never going back, I don't know her name but it's the same lady who is racist. She was being so rushy with me, and when another Asian lady came in she told her sit down I'll hurry up here to do yours. At that point I just wanted to leave but I was going to be respectful. I asked for a full service and to be rush and not relaxed it's not is acceptable here. If I was Asian would it had been different? We don't have Asian hate and no type of ethnicity hate! Be equal with everybody. This the nail boss next to in n out and canes. She even asked if I could pay everything only because I asked for the most expensive package that is so unexpected, only because I didn't look like it!
