The staff is equally amazing and kind. Alice and Annie have both done my nails several times and comes out absolutely beautiful. The past two times I had some more difficult designs and Annie stepped up to the plate to make it happen. So very appreciated. I do recommend appointment as they get rather busy but they do take walk ins. Alice also does waxing which is top tier as well. Tip they prefer cash but will take card. I waited around 25 minutes and the place does seem to be quite busy even though it looks hidden. I got the #5 deluxe pedicure and gel. The number pedicure are the steps included. The #5 pedicure included a nail shaping, sugar scrub, callus removal, 5 minutes massage with warm towel, and application of nail polish. The total was $40 + $15 gel polish. The lady checked the water temperature for me and did ask me what drink I wanted while I was soaking my feet waiting for her to finish another client. They served water, tea, lemonade, orange juice, mimosa, and morning cider. You may need to remind them for a drink since I did noticed some clients didn't get offer or ask about it The nail technician did a great job. I didn't get her name but she had light blondish/white hair and glasses. She gave me a good scrub and 5 minutes massage. They did put on a timer during the massage so you are not getting cheated the time. I would come back again since they did a great job. They do accept card here but cash is always preferred.

Yesterday, I opted to get a builder gel manicure on my natural nails, french tip design, and 3D flowers. I also got a french tip pedicure. I paid $161, not including tip. The pedicure was great, the french tip was done nicely, although the tech did leave some gel on my skin. For the manicure, the nail art was great, however the manicure itself left a lot to desire. I would not recommend getting any gel manicures here. Maybe gel-x or acrylic would be safer for your natural nails if you're getting them done here. The initial shaping of the nails had me concerned as the tech filed deep along my side walls. I did receive some cuts from the cuticle clean up. I wish I realized the extent of the damage before leaving the salon. I had asked the tech if cuticle care was included and she mentioned it wasn't, but still cleaned mine up (rather roughly). If you come here, I recommend not getting your natural nails shaped to avoid damage to your nail bed. Definitely get some nail art as the techs are talented, but be wary of nail shaping - Over filing of the side walls can cause onycholysis! My nails did come out beautiful, but my fingertips sting and burn. The cuts will eventually heal, but I wouldn't say the service was worth the physical damage to my natural nails and cuticles. I will not be coming back. UPDATE: The owner saw my review and took it upon herself to text me about it. She continuously misread my communications with her and did not take my injuries seriously. She tried to guilt trip me out of a refund as it would be removed from the tech's pay. The tech did cut me and over filed my nails.

I can also share screenshots of payment since you also want to lie & say the service wasn't paid for? If you make a mistake, fixing it shouldn't come out of the clients pocket anyway.
