Just moved in a few weeks ago down the street and was looking for new nail salon and came across the nail boss. I called in to make an appointment and the team was super friendly on the phone and got me an appointment super quick. The location is clean and cute. The location is amazing also you can get some food and snacks after you are done :) Lisa did an amazing job on my gel x nails. She left my cuticles amazing. I also tried out cat eye for the first time. My pedicure came out super nice as well. Definitely my new go to nail salon in the area. Thank you !!

I had a gel Pedicure & Manicure, and it was a very nice experience. I recently moved & was long over due for a pedi & manicure. I only had time for the classic treatment. The results were excellent! I was referred by a friend to ask for Cindy- she was amazing & I'm very pleased with my pedicure (embarrassed so not posting the before pictures). Kristy was the aesthetician who did my nails, they look amazing. She was very professional & transformed my nails! I will definitely return to this beautiful nail spa & hope to get the same dynamic duo. I booked my appointment for Natalie & Cindy, based on a referral. I was very pleased with Kristy. I was able to conveniently pay with Zelle, it was an easy process, too! They offer free guest WiFi to connect to, or if you have any WiFi issues, just ask for the code.

Ever since 7 months ago this place had became my sister and I's go to place. I came today like usual... they usually don't have a wait but today they had a 15 min wait which i didn't mind I went out to wait in my car and came back after 15 mins. They proceeded to take me in right away and got started with soaking my feet and thats where it ended. After the tech started the water she left and never came back. They didn't even set up a towel or anything. pics below included time stamps with my friend as I waited. On top of that no one was communicating with me that maybe another client was taking longer than usual I was just left there. I arrived at 5:06 was told that it was a 15 min and at 5:40 i was still waiting just sitting in the water. If they were just upfront and honest I would've just came back another day. But now I will not be returning ever. I believe communicating with guests is really common practice when running a business but not here.

The best for nails Cindy and Thy are thee best and the selection of cat eye is impecable! I would 100% recommend! Also the price doesn't do it justice is suck at pictures haha

My mom and I booked Ruby and Tina for our sets this time and they did an amazing job. Ruby did the almond set and Tina did the square set. They were both very thorough and gentle throughout the process. We highly recommend booking with either of these kind ladies.

Visiting from Kansas City and was blown away with the quality of services offered here! Would definitely come back on another visit and would recommend to anyone else in the area.

I have been coming to this salon for 3 years now. All of the techs are very good and their work looks clean, professions and never rushed. For my pedicure I go with Cindy because her massages are magnificent. I am the person to always book an appointment ahead of time or same day and they are never late.

Kristy did amazing!! Love my design. They always do a great job by at this salon. Always clean. Always happy with how my nails turn out!

Got a pedicure and French tip design done by Holly. She was really sweet and nice. Gave me some good options on the base color of my nails and she got a perfect match for my skin color. 10/10 The vibe here is also very nice and relaxing. Front desk lady very attentive and friendly.

Tina was amazing, very sweet and fast. I think I just found my new nail spot. It's super cute and clean inside as well Near a mall for husbands to wait and have a beer 100/10!

One of the most beautiful looking nail spas I've ever been to. I get my nails done regularly and I love my OG nail girl but this place is my next go to. The service is amazing and they offer so many amenities! You can get almost everything done here! They're still in soft opening mode, so please be kind as businesses start to open back up due to the pandemic. The intricate interior designs really took me for a surprise. It felt like you're going to be pampered like a star - which is a bonus since most nail shops just look a little more run down. They offer complimentary water, wine, champagne and it just felt like a complete experience. Honestly, BEST place to take someone for a gift of a spa day, and they know how to do cute designs. My girl, Tiffany is the sweetest and she's super detailed and thorough. It's relatively average pricing and not overly expensive. I was expecting it to cost more but it felt like I got an amazing deal because of their service. They even use CBD products to give you a luxurious relaxing experience. I love this place! It is so convenient to book your appointment and choose your nail technician online. It is always clean and the space is beautifully decorated. It's also huge and there is lots of space so you don't feel crammed. I chose Jasmine when booking my appointment and she killed it. She is so sweet and fun to talk to, too! I called at 5pm to see if they could take a walk in for a full set and pedicure. The person on the phone was so nice and said to come on down. Nancy and Julie were amazing!!! Nancy did my full set & Julie did my toes (not pictured). I loved how Nancy was so thorough in her work and always asked me how I liked them (shape, color, design). My first time here and so glad Tracey lived up to her reputation! She did an amazing job (dip powder). A bit more expensive ($55) but will prevent your real nails from thinning out and breaking. Salon is super clean and all staff is very friendly. Highly recommend. read more

You do not need to ask, you just know because your inner voice feels it. Please do not take my words, just come by or call for an appointment. I would have given this place 5 stars, but I did 4 since I had to wait 45 minutes before someone actually starting on my nails...and that's even with an appointment. While waiting, the complimentary champagne was very nice! I did a gel manicure and it was probably one of the best manicures I've ever had! Tommy did SO good. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly what it was. Love my new nails! The wait could've been better considering I made an appointment, but overall very nice experience here. read more

I had a wonderful time today visiting the salon. Holly and Mimi are amazing! I loved how particular they are when applying polish and making sure that everything is done right. Mimi is creative and had a wonderful idea for my nails for the holiday. She has better pictures than I do but I just wanted to share. I also loved how meticulous she is in ensuring that my nails matched up well and that the polish was perfect. I will definitely be booking with both Holly and Mimi again! read more

I had the exact experience as Tammy K. The nail tech was pushy and used the cheese grater(dirty) on me as well. She massaged my feet with one hand while scrolling through social media with the other. She walked away to help another client without adding a top coat. I had to ask her to apply a top coat and she looked at me like I was crazy for wanting a top coat. Yes, they do give you champagne if that's what you want to call it. I received a glass of ice water with a splash of champagne This place was okay for the past year, but I refuse to return. If you are looking to be pressured into spending more on your service and receive a bacterial infection, this is your spot. read more

Salon is nice and clean. Very modern looking. My technician was nice, polite, did a great job on my toes. I'm really picky about how my cuticles are cut and nails are polish. She did an exceptional job. No complaint here. The massage was just right. Not like other places where it just feels like rubbing on lotion. I gave a 4 becuase the chair was not comfortable. Spa chairs has the massager, the it was weak and makes squeaky noise which defeats the relaxation feeling you're trying to provide to our customers. read more

That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. She has an incredible ability to draw all kinds of intricate designs, and her creativity never fails to impress. Tina did my pedicure, and it was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely loved my visit today. I was greeted upon entering and checked in. I was seated promptly and the nail techs wasted no time getting to me. I made an appointment online the same day and was able to be seen. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and hard gel mani...omg the best services i have ever experienced!! Kim was very genuine and sweet. She worked wonders on my feet and was super gentle and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her for sure!! The woman who worked on my nails was fantastic. She was able to give me a design i loved as i showed her a few photo references. She made sure i was pleased with my length, shape, and designs every step of the way. I wish i caught her name, she was very sweet. By the end of my appointment I was so happy. It had been a good year or so that ive treated myself and this was the perfect way! There was plenty of parking and there were about ladies as walk-ins throughout my time there and some even finished before i was. So if you're trying to walk in, you may find yourself in the chair sooner than you think. They also offer water and other alcoholic beverages. Easy check-in, easy to find, and amazing service. I gave it another try at this nail place to see maybe they changed and it happened again. At this point I am never going back, I don't know her name but it's the same lady who is racist. She was being so rushy with me, and when another Asian lady came in she told her sit down I'll hurry up here to do yours. At that point I just wanted to leave but I was going to be respectful. I asked for a full service and to be rush and not relaxed it's not is acceptable here. If I was Asian would it had been different? We don't have Asian hate and no type of ethnicity hate! Be equal with everybody. This the nail boss next to in n out and canes. She even asked if I could pay everything only because I asked for the most expensive package that is so unexpected, only because I didn't look like it!
