This time, they surprised me with chocolate candy for Christmas, which was such a thoughtful and festive treat. Helena does my nails, and she is exceptionally talented and artistic. She has an incredible ability to draw all kinds of intricate designs, and her creativity never fails to impress. Tina did my pedicure, and it was absolutely wonderful. She has such a gentle, soothing touch that made the experience so enjoyable. The leg and foot massage was perfect--relaxing and rejuvenating all at once. Everyone at The Nail Boss is so friendly and accommodating, which made my visit even better. I truly enjoyed my time there; it's such a relaxing escape from the day-to-day. Absolutely loved my visit today. I was greeted upon entering and checked in. I was seated promptly and the nail techs wasted no time getting to me. I made an appointment online the same day and was able to be seen. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and hard gel mani...omg the best services i have ever experienced!! Kim was very genuine and sweet. She worked wonders on my feet and was super gentle and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her for sure!! The woman who worked on my nails was fantastic. She was able to give me a design i loved as i showed her a few photo references. She made sure i was pleased with my length, shape, and designs every step of the way. I wish i caught her name, she was very sweet. By the end of my appointment I was so happy. It had been a good year or so that ive treated myself and this was the perfect way! There was plenty of parking and there were about ladies as walk-ins throughout my time there and some even finished before i was. So if you're trying to walk in, you may find yourself in the chair sooner than you think. They also offer water and other alcoholic beverages. Easy check-in, easy to find, and amazing service. I gave it another try at this nail place to see maybe they changed and it happened again. At this point I am never going back, I don't know her name but it's the same lady who is racist. She was being so rushy with me, and when another Asian lady came in she told her sit down I'll hurry up here to do yours. At that point I just wanted to leave but I was going to be respectful. I asked for a full service and to be rush and not relaxed it's not is acceptable here. If I was Asian would it had been different? We don't have Asian hate and no type of ethnicity hate! Be equal with everybody. This the nail boss next to in n out and canes. She even asked if I could pay everything only because I asked for the most expensive package that is so unexpected, only because I didn't look like it! If she didn't know I'm actually a doctor for UCLA, and asking me was so disrespectful. So sad to even experience. read more
