Nervous was an understatement- literally holding my breath because we all know the anxiety of going to a new nail salon. Joy greeted me. I showed her pics of what I wanted. She was very warm and kind. She was also very meticulous and precise with her work. I was thrilled and breathed a sigh of relief within 10 minutes of my Service. I knew she would take good care of me. Joy is an absolute gem. They are so lucky to have her. Now to the nails. I got SNS dip powder. Decided to go with a marble finish. Staff is rude and they don't take you seriously. My nails were so thin they broke just a few days after getting them done and the lady at the front was telling me they wouldn't fix it for free. I told her to get someone else then I could talk to and she quickly told me they could do that. I recommend Greenfield nails and spa as an alternative 10 times better than this place. read more

I've been coming here for the past 3 years and loved every experience that I get. I usually book with James, but on the random occasion that he's not available, the other techs are amazing in their work as well. So with all the great experiences, I am very surprised with today's events. I called today to ask if there was any availability for a pedicure, and was told yes, if I can make it there in 10 minutes. Not 20 minutes per her, but less than 10 minutes, and she was very strict with it. So I said yes, and rushed to get to the nail place, all sweaty and out of breath when I get there, to then be told to wait for 45 minutes. I understand that there's a schedule set that everyone has to follow, but I was told 10 minutes and I made it there in 10 minutes (I looked at the time exactly, call was 11:00 and I got there at 11:10) and was told to wait 45 minutes extra. I would've been perfectly okay coming in later, or whatever time in the day, but to be told that the ONLY available is in 10 minutes for it to be a lie was very very disrespectful and unprofessional. I know 45 minutes to wait is not a lot, and I could've waited, but just to be rushed like crazy, for no apparent reason, was beyond me and I had to walk out and book somewhere else. read more

UPDATE: Sadly, just four days later one of the manicures is not holding up well with the dip cracking. Extremely disappointed. ******* Three of us got dip manicures and all of us were very pleased with the service we received. From making the appointment to paying for the service, it was a top notch experience. The salon itself is clean and well maintained. It's festive, decorated nicely for Halloween. When we arrived we were able to immediately check-in, pick our colors and be seated and our service began pretty quickly after being seated. Each of the ladies doing our nails (Lillian, Cindy, and Ally) was courteous, personable and professional. And our nails look great. Extremely happy with this experience. read more

Been coming here for a while now and always do great work and I never have issues with my appointments--usually get sat right away or within 10 minutes. Made an appointment for 11:30 and i didn't get sat for my pedicure till 12:30 and waited an additional 10 for a tech who just rushed my pedicure. People have things to do & work besides wait all day at a salon & atleast don't rush my service after all the waiting I've done--not very happy. This place is so hit or miss... I've had really good experiences with certain nail techs but the most frustrating part is that every time I want to rebook with someone, nobody can tell me who I was with previously which is honestly ridiculous. They should have records of that. So of course I had to see a random person today and today was one of those days where it was a miss for sure... my acrylic turned out too thick and lumpy, nail polish looks sloppy and wasn't cleaned up around the edges and polish was only painted on the top of the nails and missed the sides. I finally decided to get my nails done and was recommended to come here. My son and I walked in without an appointment, and luckily, I was able to get a nail tech right away. I described exactly what I wanted, and she replicated it perfectly. While I was getting my nails done, my son got a pedicure, and I've never seen him so quiet and relaxed lol! They were very cute but I got them done on Monday and the same day two nails that have acrylics on them with gel polish chipped and half of the polish on the nail came off. The owner, Rudy, was a bit abrasive when I showed up only two minutes late for my appointment. I totally get that being on time is important, but most places allow a small grace period. He made the experience uncomfortable by rushing the nail tech, and it seemed like that made her uncomfortable too. Because of this, I've decided not to return to Nail Logic. This place used to do great, quality work, but now it's just overrated. Once my manicure was done, I paid and left. When I got to my car and really started inspecting the work, I found that several were not painted on the sides and a couple were still wet (gel nails). I went back inside and tried to explain the issue but it didn't seem like they really cared, they just didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer, so while they gladly took it all off and redid it at no additional charge, I yet again left with a nail that was not dried all the way and a sloppy result for $96. After I washed my hands, my tech was nowhere to be found so I didn't even get a chance to tell her that one nail did not dry properly. I just left because if the first time was sloppy and you don't double check your work the second time to ensure that it's better than the first, then there is no point telling you that your work needs improvement again. UPDATE: it's been 16 hrs according to Yelp, and I'm sitting at the airport with an odd feeling on my toes. Take my sock off to find that the polish on my big toe has rubbed off. Was a long time client and moved over an hour away. Decided to make the drive to get my nails done. My tech was on vacation so I trusted to have someone else do them. That was my first mistake. She ruined my nails. 2 weeks later I call and was willing to pay to have them redone. Their customer service and quality has just gone down. I've been going here for a little over a year and I honestly, won't be going back ever again. My experience almost a month ago was beyond disappointing. I made an appointment days in advance by calling. I get it confirmed, the texts, and all. I go in that day and check in with the girl and the iPad 15 minutes early. I asked if I was okay and good to sit down and was told yes. I sat here for the next 40 minutes getting ignored while everyone else got helped immediately, including walk ins. When I finally go up and ask about it, she's like oh. I thought you were just waiting for someone? Wth - really?! I get to someone then within 5 minutes and she somehow does a full new set in under an hour - just rushed and she was rough, so it was painful. Get up and pay, they offer ZERO compensation or apology. $92 nails "new set" that had the nails popping off not even a week after. I left very upset and my husband called and spoke to whoever the boss was said they did their best to compensate me. But I've never felt more like an inconvenience in my life. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere to a place that values their customers and quality over their own pockets. read more

I got a gel manicure. The gel was applied so far away from my cuticles that some of them look like they are a week or two grow out. I asked for flowers that I didn't think were too tricky. They are so messy it's embarrassing. I got home and realized the top coat hadn't even been applied to a few of my nails so I'm not sure how it's going to last. I hardly ever get my nails done. So it's always a treat/splurge when I do. This one nail tech was highly recommended to me so I drove over an hour to get them done. Because it was so far it's not like I could just run back to have it fixed. I visited this salon and got a dip manicure with tips. Prior to that I had nothing on my nails; my natural nails were clean and healthy. Fast forward a few weeks later, to today: I visited another salon closer to my house to have the dip powder removed. The lady gasped as she removed the dip from my ring finger. There is a huge green/brown spot. Yep, it's fungus. Pictures attached. We've all heard the horror stories of people getting fungus from nail salons.
