I would not recommend this place. I got a gel pedicure and the women SPLASHED water all over my $160 birkenstock clogs, definitely was aware, and didn't apologize. Horrible customer service. My first and possibly will be my last time there I went in for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was great, but the manicure (or lack there of) was terrible. My nails aren't shaped, there are bulges where the dip wasn't filed down. The powder bled and the thick clear top coat is super clunky. And my cuticles weren't clipped. I told -who I'm assuming to be the manager- Jeana and the guy working the front desk that I wasn't happy with the manicure and I was told basically that it was my fault that I didnt get the manicure. I needed to tell them a certain way and because they get complaints about people not wanting their cuticles clipped? I was there for THREE HOURS! And they told me I could come by the next day- I called today to be told they are booked and to come by NEXT WEEK! And to be prepared to pay $45 for them to fix my nails and to pick a lighter color. ‍ No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else. Very disappointed and a waste of time. read more

They do a good job and it's nice inside but I felt totally ripped off. They advertise $50 for hard gel full set and then they charged me $70 plus another $5 for almond nails even tho I requested oval. Sis wanted to come here for her services, so I joined. Pedicure was good, I believe I got the deluxe, can't remember, but definitely the only time I felt relaxed during my entire experience. Manicure sucked. The tech had a crappy attitude. Kept fussing with me about my hand placement and telling me to relax, which was hard because the way she was flinging my hands around was not relaxing at all. They got tipped, which is standard for me, but probably would've gotten a better tip if I had a better experience. Would only come back by force for a pedicure, nothing else. Tried this salon for the first time today. It's absolutely beautiful inside. The decor is stunning. I was short on time but figured I'd try and run in right as they opened. There was already a line of ladies ten minutes before they opened. But this business is prepared for crowds. I waited approximately 5 minutes before they took me back. I asked for a dip manicure. The young woman who did my nails was so sweet and did an incredible job. I really enjoyed this place and will absolutely return. Just tried out The Nail Logic for the first time today and I've officially found my new nail salon! I've been on the hunt for months and am so happy I stumbled on this place. Henry did my acrylic fill and let me tell you, I've always had insanely sensitive skin and this is the FIRST time I haven't been cut around my cuticles. He was so precise and careful (and quick, gotta love that on my lunch break). Easily the best nails I've ever had. Super pretty, clean salon. All staff is wearing masks and gloves, they have you use sanitizer before touching the check in station , they sanitize all chairs after each customer! Yes! So happy I found a good nail place here in AZ! I moved beee a few months ago and of course because of quarantine haven't been able to get my nails done. They opened back up recently and this is the first place I tried and I love it! All the staff is so nice and the place is well kept, clean and the atmosphere is great. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from! Although it's on the pricier side you get what you pay for. My daughter and I have been to this nail salon several times over the past few years when we get our nails done for special events. In the past I have always wanted to match my gel hand polish to regular polish for my toes and they were able to do this....today I asked for the same thing but they first tried to upsell me to dip polish which I politely declined because I prefer gels and then they explained the color I wanted for my nails weren't available in gel...then I tried asking for some choices that could be matched and apparently no gels have matching regular polishes.... I find this strange since I have a matching gel polish and regular nail polish on my hands and toes at this exact moment. They said the only way I could get matching is to pay for gels on my hands and feet??? Convenient that gel is quite a bit more....this place is cheating people. It's fine, there's a lot of nail salons and I'm sure I'll find one that can handle my request but beware they are trying to cheat clients here. read more

Update: The dip didn't even last a week, 5 days in and they were chipping, peeling and cracking. Gina did reach out to redo the service but this 1st bad impression is a no go for me. I will not be returning to this salon. Nothing good ever comes out of cheating, including nail salons. :( My current nail salon at thecouldn't take me as a walk in this evening because they were swamped and I REALLY needed my nails done TODAY! I decided to try The Nail Logic due to good rating on Yelp. I walked in around 5:20p and asked if they were accepting walk ins and the guy at the desk said YES! He acknowledged me right away too and instructed me to sign in on their ipad up front. This salon is gorgeous! Total Vegas vibes all the way! Snacks and drinks at home the front! (Not sure if complimentary or not) and a large selection of nail polishes and dip colors!! I waited about 15mins and was taken back to start removing my dip. You dip your hands in a bowl of warm acetone with what seemed like a paper towel in there. :/ so it was hard trying to speed up the process by rubbing my nail on it. I'm used to cotton. The smell is so strong they even provide a towel to cover your hands while in the bowl. The man tech I got did not have a name badge on and he started working on my nails REALLY fast! He was rushing so bad that he clipped my nail with the electric nail file. It hurt so bad that I pulled my hand back! I thought he went thru my nail bed but reassured me that he didn't cut me and what I felt was "heat". He kept moving fast and kept slipping and catching my skin w the electric file and the file stick. It's been 5hrs since then and my nail is still sore from it. The whole dip process was so different from my other services, I wasn't asked to wash my hands not once, he didn't use a base dip.. but this dip said "DC 093" not SNS. Maybe the process is different, idk! I was adjusting my hand for him and he clipped me again with the electric nail file and broke skin. I guess this time it was partially my fault. During all this, I think they were served!!! A older white man walked in, read off some names and another tech near the door signed for the envelopes. *gulp* Finally, my tech was putting on the clear coat and it wasn't drying as quick as it normally would and had to redo a few of my nails. Again, just rushing thru everything!!! As my nails were drying, he was so ready to go he even started grabbing his things to leave. I go and wash my hands and head to the front to pay. I paid $40 for dip plus $5 for cuticle care, which I've never had to pay for before. It's usually included in the service but whatever. Then I still wanted to give him a small tip and when I looked around the corner he was just standing there waiting on me to leave. Gave him his tip and left. I really liked the set up, the decor, the selection -they had probably the biggest dip selection I seen! But IF I were to come back, I would not see this tech again. Besides my nicked finger, crooked shaped pointer finger, smudged clear coats and my irritated cuticles... The dip was a pretty color and has a nice shine to it. read more

Nail Logic does not run on schedule. Every single time I go in, I have to wait 10, 15, or 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The one time I go in 10 minutes late, they would not take me because I came in late. Don't support this business who treats their customers this way. read more

Upon arrival no one showed me any colors of Dip to pick a color from. People had been waiting 30 mins after their scheduled appt time. Technician had some areas of improvement. He could have did better on shaping the nail and cuticle, cleaning up the access paint leftovers. My technician also had poor customer service skills, when I would ask questions about the colors I would get a response with attitude or no response at all. Overall, I wish I would have just left. It was a hit and miss for me. I appreciated that being organic meant that it doesn't have the nasty chemical smell most salons have. The decor is modern and feels clean. I had a pedicure plus had my nails changed to dipped nails. The pedicure was good. Nothing amazing or different, but I would be willing to come back for another pedi. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the woman who did my nails. First, she took FOREVER! I've never had someone take so long! What I don't know is if it's because it's organic, or if she was just really slow?Her personality was lacking, but that I can deal with. What I really am unsatisfied with was that, on top of being there 3 hours for a pedi and swapping my nails to dip, some of my nails are different links.
