I'm really glad I tried this other location. Today I went to the Gilbert spot and it was absolutely lovely. Hannah had so much attention to detail and she was nice and not pushy. The receptionist there was so upfront about charges and cost and I can't tell you how absolutely rare that is. I love love love the communication and will definitely be back.
I called a about four days in advance to set up an appointment at 3pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, we checked in, picked out our colors and were seated right away. I really liked that me and my guest were seated together so that we could talk to each other. Would highly recommend calling ahead because it was quite busy! There is a lot of seating. It's definitely the biggest nail salon I've been to! The decorations in the salon are very cute and give a Y2K vibe. The manicure itself was very quick and efficient. We actually got in and out within 30 minutes! I got a gel manicure with a design on the ring finger and it was $40 without tip, which is quite a reasonable price. They did a great job with the manicure, however they did not go over the edges of the nail to seal it. I showed a picture of the nail inspo I wanted, and I do feel like the checkered print looks a bit childish the way it was painted on. My nail tech hand painted the checkers on my ring finger, and I think it would have been a better idea for her to use tape to create straight lines or something similar. Still, the rest of the manicure was done well. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon for a quick and good quality manicure!

My best friend and I made appointments at The Nail Logic the day prior and were thrilled with our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly man who guided us to the colors we could choose from. At our appointment time, we were shown where to sit. Unfortunately, the color I initially chose wasn't available, but my technician, Henry, went above and beyond to show me different shades of the color I wanted. I've been to several nail salons and never had a technician go the extra mile like Henry did. After Henry finished my nails, my friend and I decided on a polish change for our toes. Even though we didn't have appointments for this, they managed to squeeze us in. Again, the exact shade for my toes wasn't available, and Henry patiently found the closest match from numerous options. The salon was gorgeous, very clean, and all the technicians were fantastic. Henry did an awesome job. Highly recommend!
I have come here a couple times. Love the Managers but didn't love my nails. They were a little thick and uneven and pushed back from my cuticles a little. I'm not too picky but I saw other clients with incredible designs and quality so maybe it was just the person I used. I went in there a second time just for nail removal and they did a great job on that. The ambiance is great everyone seems to be regulars and the front desk girls are super personable. I will give it one more try because it is always packed so I am sure there is some great techs.
Leslie was my nail tech and she was not thorough or detailed in her work. She applied my nails before ever filing, clipping, or prepping my nails, cuticles and nail beds. The acrylic was thick on some nails and thin on the others. The shape and sizes of each nail was different and either too long or too short. I asked for almond shaped and for them to be like the picture provided. When she was done however, mine were spilling over my cuticle and were very bulky. I called and asked for them to be adjusted and they said they could fix them. When I returned about an hour later the Manager brought me back to Leslie and had her try to fix them, but there were too many mistakes to simply just file or touch up. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable having the same person that did a bad job attempt to fix them. So I just asked for the nails to be removed and she scoffed and laughed then began removing them. Mid way through this process, as my nails were soaking, she went on her phone to text for 15 minutes or so. It took about an hour to remove and I received no refund after paying $90. I wasn't even offered a partial refund for the trouble and the wasted time. The tech and the manager should have both practiced better business. I would not ever return to this location because of the managers poor judgement in sending me back to the same technician knowing how unhappy I was with her work. I recommend that others watch very carefully if Leslie is doing your nails and be sure to have her fix her mistakes along the way. Look at my picture of the nails I wanted, how mine turned out and the video showing the varying thickness of the nails. If Leslie was not snarky about her poor work and really cared about fixing them and doing well I would have rated higher. Or if either Leslie or the manager had offered at least a partial refund I would have rated higher but they both practiced bad business. ***This review is for my daughter since she does not have a yelp but the review is valid and she has receipts showing her payments.***

Horrible customer service. My first and possibly will be my last time there I went in for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was great, but the manicure (or lack there of) was terrible. My nails aren't shaped, there are bulges where the dip wasn't filed down. The powder bled and the thick clear top coat is super clunky. And my cuticles weren't clipped. I told -who I'm assuming to be the manager- Jeana and the guy working the front desk that I wasn't happy with the manicure and I was told basically that it was my fault that I didnt get the manicure. I needed to tell them a certain way and because they get complaints about people not wanting their cuticles clipped? I was there for THREE HOURS! And they told me I could come by the next day- I called today to be told they are booked and to come by NEXT WEEK! And to be prepared to pay $45 for them to fix my nails and to pick a lighter color. No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else. Very disappointed and a waste of time. read more

I was hesitant to try a new nail salon while on vacation here in Gilbert, AZ. I was visiting family here for the new years weekend and took a chance here at The Nail Logic. I got an acrylic fill and a fix on two nails. My daughter got a full set, and mother in law got a fix on one finger and pedicure. For us three I paid way more than I expected. Overall my favorite part of the whole experience was the large salon layout and color selection. Shoutout to Jade for doing an amazing job on my cat eye polish design. read more

If I could give 10 starts to Mina & Devin I would!!! There's no beating Minas pedicures!!! But Devin nail work is impeccable I bring my daughter to see him once a month and she's only 11 and her nails last that whole month without popping off in a few days like every other salon!! I would not recommend this place. I got a gel pedicure and the women SPLASHED water all over my $160 birkenstock clogs, definitely was aware, and didn't apologize. They do a good job and it's nice inside but I felt totally ripped off. They advertise $50 for hard gel full set and then they charged me $70 plus another $5 for almond nails even tho I requested oval. Tried this salon for the first time today. It's absolutely beautiful inside. The decor is stunning. I was short on time but figured I'd try and run in right as they opened. There was already a line of ladies ten minutes before they opened. But this business is prepared for crowds. I waited approximately 5 minutes before they took me back. I asked for a dip manicure. The young woman who did my nails was so sweet and did an incredible job. I really enjoyed this place and will absolutely return. First off I'd like to say I appreciate the cleanliness! All staff is wearing masks and gloves, they have you use sanitizer before touching the check in station , they sanitize all chairs after each customer! The service was excellent Christina ( i hope i remembered correctly) helped me she did my pedicure and manicure . She did amazing I showed her a picture off google and she did even better! Yes! So happy I found a good nail place here in AZ! I moved beee a few months ago and of course because of quarantine haven't been able to get my nails done. They opened back up recently and this is the first place I tried and I love it! All the staff is so nice and the place is well kept, clean and the atmosphere is great. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from! Although it's on the pricier side you get what you pay for. Great pedicure, good quality product, good paint job, good massage and comfy massage seats. My pedicure has lasted so far and I'm very impressed. Got a super cool set with hand painted spiders and spider webs, I have a tremor in my hands and started acting up really bad while my nail tech was doing the fine lines and she still managed to do great. She was super patient with me and was able to preform well even with my hand shaking like hell. Update: The dip didn't even last a week, 5 days in and they were chipping, peeling and cracking. Gina did reach out to redo the service but this 1st bad impression is a no go for me. I will not be returning to this salon. Nothing good ever comes out of cheating, including nail salons. :( My current nail salon at thecouldn't take me as a walk in this evening because they were swamped and I REALLY needed my nails done TODAY! I decided to try The Nail Logic due to good rating on Yelp. I walked in around 5:20p and asked if they were accepting walk ins and the guy at the desk said YES! He acknowledged me right away too and instructed me to sign in on their ipad up front. This salon is gorgeous! Total Vegas vibes all the way! Snacks and drinks at home the front! (Not sure if complimentary or not) and a large selection of nail polishes and dip colors!! I waited about 15mins and was taken back to start removing my dip. You dip your hands in a bowl of warm acetone with what seemed like a paper towel in there. :/ so it was hard trying to speed up the process by rubbing my nail on it. I'm used to cotton. The smell is so strong they even provide a towel to cover your hands while in the bowl. The man tech I got did not have a name badge on and he started working on my nails REALLY fast! He was rushing so bad that he clipped my nail with the electric nail file. It hurt so bad that I pulled my hand back! I thought he went thru my nail bed but reassured me that he didn't cut me and what I felt was "heat". He kept moving fast and kept slipping and catching my skin w the electric file and the file stick. It's been 5hrs since then and my nail is still sore from it. The whole dip process was so different from my other services, I wasn't asked to wash my hands not once, he didn't use a base dip.. but this dip said "DC 093" not SNS. Maybe the process is different, idk! I was adjusting my hand for him and he clipped me again with the electric nail file and broke skin. I guess this time it was partially my fault. During all this, I think they were served!!! A older white man walked in, read off some names and another tech near the door signed for the envelopes. *gulp* Finally, my tech was putting on the clear coat and it wasn't drying as quick as it normally would and had to redo a few of my nails. Again, just rushing thru everything!!! As my nails were drying, he was so ready to go he even started grabbing his things to leave. I go and wash my hands and head to the front to pay. I paid $40 for dip plus $5 for cuticle care, which I've never had to pay for before. It's usually included in the service but whatever. Then I still wanted to give him a small tip and when I looked around the corner he was just standing there waiting on me to leave. Gave him his tip and left. I really liked the set up, the decor, the selection -they had probably the biggest dip selection I seen! But IF I were to come back, I would not see this tech again. Besides my nicked finger, crooked shaped pointer finger, smudged clear coats and my irritated cuticles... The dip was a pretty color and has a nice shine to it. read more

Upon arrival no one showed me any colors of Dip to pick a color from. People had been waiting 30 mins after their scheduled appt time. Technician had some areas of improvement. He could have did better on shaping the nail and cuticle, cleaning up the access paint leftovers. My technician also had poor customer service skills, when I would ask questions about the colors I would get a response with attitude or no response at all. Overall, I wish I would have just left. It was a hit and miss for me. I appreciated that being organic meant that it doesn't have the nasty chemical smell most salons have. The decor is modern and feels clean. I had a pedicure plus had my nails changed to dipped nails. The pedicure was good. Nothing amazing or different, but I would be willing to come back for another pedi. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the woman who did my nails. First, she took FOREVER! I've never had someone take so long! What I don't know is if it's because it's organic, or if she was just really slow?Her personality was lacking, but that I can deal with. What I really am unsatisfied with was that, on top of being there 3 hours for a pedi and swapping my nails to dip, some of my nails are different links. I half wanted to stay and make her fix them, but...I had already spent 3 hours of my day off sitting in the salon. Ugh!! Will I go back? Maybe...but if that woman shows up I'm walking out. read more
