I'm really glad I tried this other location. Today I went to the Gilbert spot and it was absolutely lovely. Hannah had so much attention to detail and she was nice and not pushy. The receptionist there was so upfront about charges and cost and I can't tell you how absolutely rare that is. I love love love the communication and will definitely be back.

I called a about four days in advance to set up an appointment at 3pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, we checked in, picked out our colors and were seated right away. I really liked that me and my guest were seated together so that we could talk to each other. Would highly recommend calling ahead because it was quite busy! There is a lot of seating. It's definitely the biggest nail salon I've been to! The decorations in the salon are very cute and give a Y2K vibe. The manicure itself was very quick and efficient. We actually got in and out within 30 minutes! I got a gel manicure with a design on the ring finger and it was $40 without tip, which is quite a reasonable price. They did a great job with the manicure, however they did not go over the edges of the nail to seal it. I showed a picture of the nail inspo I wanted, and I do feel like the checkered print looks a bit childish the way it was painted on. My nail tech hand painted the checkers on my ring finger, and I think it would have been a better idea for her to use tape to create straight lines or something similar. Still, the rest of the manicure was done well. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon for a quick and good quality manicure!

My best friend and I made appointments at The Nail Logic the day prior and were thrilled with our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly man who guided us to the colors we could choose from. At our appointment time, we were shown where to sit. Unfortunately, the color I initially chose wasn't available, but my technician, Henry, went above and beyond to show me different shades of the color I wanted. I've been to several nail salons and never had a technician go the extra mile like Henry did. After Henry finished my nails, my friend and I decided on a polish change for our toes. Even though we didn't have appointments for this, they managed to squeeze us in. Again, the exact shade for my toes wasn't available, and Henry patiently found the closest match from numerous options. The salon was gorgeous, very clean, and all the technicians were fantastic. Henry did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

I have come here a couple times. Love the Managers but didn't love my nails. They were a little thick and uneven and pushed back from my cuticles a little. I'm not too picky but I saw other clients with incredible designs and quality so maybe it was just the person I used. I went in there a second time just for nail removal and they did a great job on that. The ambiance is great everyone seems to be regulars and the front desk girls are super personable. I will give it one more try because it is always packed so I am sure there is some great techs.

Leslie was my nail tech and she was not thorough or detailed in her work. She applied my nails before ever filing, clipping, or prepping my nails, cuticles and nail beds. The acrylic was thick on some nails and thin on the others. The shape and sizes of each nail was different and either too long or too short. I asked for almond shaped and for them to be like the picture provided. When she was done however, mine were spilling over my cuticle and were very bulky. I called and asked for them to be adjusted and they said they could fix them. When I returned about an hour later the Manager brought me back to Leslie and had her try to fix them, but there were too many mistakes to simply just file or touch up. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable having the same person that did a bad job attempt to fix them. So I just asked for the nails to be removed and she scoffed and laughed then began removing them. Mid way through this process, as my nails were soaking, she went on her phone to text for 15 minutes or so. It took about an hour to remove and I received no refund after paying $90. I wasn't even offered a partial refund for the trouble and the wasted time. The tech and the manager should have both practiced better business. I would not ever return to this location because of the managers poor judgement in sending me back to the same technician knowing how unhappy I was with her work. I recommend that others watch very carefully if Leslie is doing your nails and be sure to have her fix her mistakes along the way. Look at my picture of the nails I wanted, how mine turned out and the video showing the varying thickness of the nails. If Leslie was not snarky about her poor work and really cared about fixing them and doing well I would have rated higher. Or if either Leslie or the manager had offered at least a partial refund I would have rated higher but they both practiced bad business. ***This review is for my daughter since she does not have a yelp but the review is valid and she has receipts showing her payments.***

I happened to be on the search for a new salon and stumbled upon this place when nearby. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot and I haven't been disappointed yet! Tracy (shorty) is my girl and she does a fabulous job with my gel nails. I've been coming here now for at least 3 months and have never had a problem with my gel lifting, or peeling. This is a nice salon, however no respect for appointments. Waiting for 30+ min past your scheduled time is unacceptable. If they'd communicate when you checked in that they are behind schedule that would be helpful. This hasn't been the only time, it's been several times and today we left. I did let them know we were leaving as the wait was long enough. The manager simply didn't care. Which is unfortunate since we have been patient with many other visits over the 5 years we've been going. read more

Updating my review to another 5 star My first venture here since Covid and I am impressed with the measures taken to protect guests and nails techs! The photos on Yelp show the obvious, beautiful salon, talented technicians and top of the line services. They have hand sanitizer everywhere, required to wash / sanitize prior to checking in, dividers between you & the tech as well as social distancing every other pedicure chair. ( unless you are with friends / family and sit together.) Quality over quantity at this place, no matter how busy they take their time. Jade was my nail tech and did a fantastic job! read more

I have tried booking here a few times and every time its the same young girl who gives me trouble booking . She said they were on a 5 min wait & I arrived within 2 mins ( I was next door and called ahead ) then a man says its 30-40 mins wait . I first went into this salon for the first time on 10/24 with my mom we got pedis and our gel manicures done with Rose and Julie and they were absolutely delightful all around from being so patient to really listening to our needs and wants. And did not rush through either services. Made us feel so welcome. We loved our services with both! The work as well was thorough and clean! I love my nails as natural as they can get! Everyone in the salon was soo nice! I'll be writing a second review on my second experience coming into this salon last night 11/09 with lovely HEIDI! Now this review is based off acrylic! My natural nails broke and I went in weary of getting acrylics because I didn't want them to be bulky, thick or too long as they would lift easily I have oily nail beds. But she walked through different nail shapes that would work best for my hands and then was patient with me while I decided on design and color! She showed me so many options! I was convinced to try a new shape and style and I don't think I've EVER loved my nails or fan girlies over nails before. But IM IN LOVE. They're so clean, flat straight and round in the right areas! The blending ratio from my cuticle to nail is seamless. She was gentle as well! I loved that she kept checking in every step of the way that I loved my nails. read more

I got a great set of acrylics, however i scheduled the appointment for me and a friend, she was taken straight away and me a bit after and we were split up I was seated on the opposite side of the salon which was a little frustrating we planned to sit together and talk that's why I made the appointment a couple days in advance. Another frustrating thing was the the manager did my nails and he took upwards of 10 phone calls while doing my nails,stepping away each time to book an appointment for another client.usually a set take about an hour I was there for an extra 30 minutes because of this. I understood but they really should get a receptionist just for booking appointments so he isn't challenged to multitask like he did. I think this rating is generous for my experience but I'll probably go back that is why I'm rating it this high. UPDATE: the manager did call me to apologize which I appreciate he left a message expressing how they do have a receptionist she just wasn't in and that it was a very busy day which is understandable. He was very nice during the appointment and when expressing his regrets I will for sure be giving the nail Logic a second try! read more

Well I made the mistake of trying out a new salon and that won't happen again. First, I hate that I was required to wear a mask yet they had employees folding towels right next to me with no mask. The color of my nails didn't come out the right color that I picked and when I tried to say something the guy just said okay and then started talking and laughing about something I said and I felt uncomfortable saying anything more. I also didn't get any kind of massage or lotion. Then my daughter's nails look like the lady sanded them down to much and there are areas on the side that have no color. The only thing that came out good was my pedi. I am disappointed that I spent $145 for our nails not turn out the way they way they did or not what we asked for. read more

This is a place that my sister and I were excited to visit. It was a nice place but I felt that I could not choose what I wanted and kept being pressured to something I did not want to pay for. I asked for a classic pedicure and it seems since I chose this option they did not use the yellow scrubber in the package they use for for each client. It just got thrown away :( I did not get the bottom of my foot scrubbed at all. There are so many other nail shops to choose from, and this was my bad judgment on choosing this place. The technicians were not very friendly. No matter what as much as I did not want to, I still tipped. I came from shopping all day and was not dressed to impress. I can't help but say the way i dressed might have the way they treated me. read more

First time here and what a great experience. Beautifully decorated and the largest selection of polish colors I have ever seen! Finally, I have been off the antibiotics for two weeks and I called to schedule my appointment. Told them I was ready to receive my Wax service. Also mentioned I had my Bogo free appointment that I was promised because that was my next Wax service. They told me they cannot honor it because I did not come back in a few weeks. However, they were the one that turned me away due to antibiotics and told me I was not allowed to come back until I was off of them for two weeks. They told me they couldn't honor it because it was too long. I am a cosmetologist and have been in the beauty industry for almost 30 years. I would never give a gift card or offer service and then take it away due to a client being sick. That's saying like a gift card expires in a few months. I have been going to them for multiple Waxing services for months prior to this. They said that there is nothing I could do. Very disappointed because I am the type of woman that stays with a licensed professional once I find somebody I like. I will now be moving on to other options and places now. A Terrible Show of Neglect and Unprofessionalism I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at The Nail Logic. Despite arriving early for my 3:00 pm pedicure appointment, I was left waiting without any explanation or update. I checked in both on their machine and in person with the receptionist to make sure I wouldn't be overlooked. My daughter, who had a 3:30 pm appointment, was attended to promptly, leaving me in a confusing and frustrating situation. I had to approach the front desk three times to inquire about my ignored appointment. Each interaction with the front desk was met with disinterest and confusion, with no resolution or acknowledgement of the ongoing delay. By 4:35 pm, despite my persistence, I had still not been attended to, and decided to leave as they were closing at 5:00 pm. I had sat there for a staggering 90 minutes, being overlooked and poorly managed. In previous visits, the owner had argued with me about confirmed appointments and laid the blame on their booking software, despite evidence of my appointment on their own system. It seems customer service is a concept alien to them unless you are among the owner's VIP clientele. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience wasting so much time with no result or apology. I certainly won't be returning. The Nail Logic has proven to be an embodiment of poor customer service and inefficiency. A clear 1-star rating from me. read more

I went to this location to check it out so I can book a girls mani-pedi day next month. The shop is cute, customer service is non existent. I made an appointment for a pedicure at 10, I was on time and got sat right away but no nail technician came for 15 minutes. No explanation. They weren't busy at all. They sat two ladies that walked 10 minutes after me and their pedicures got started right away. Then a lady came, didn't introduce herself, it seems liKe she didn't want to do a pedicure. She was done within 10 minutes and wanted to start putting lotion. She was rushing thru everything. I told her she didn't even clean my cuticles properly. She kinda did it mumbling. Then she snipped my skin. She didn't even say sorry, she put nail polish quickly and left. It kept bleeding, I called the guy that was upfront to ask him to call the girl. He didn't, he sat and tried to clean it with alcohol and put the green stuff they use to stop the bleeding. It took a couple of applications and then without saying anything he got up and left. I paid and left. No apologies and no acknowledgement. My toe is swollen and I might have to see a Dr. No I will not go back and I don't recommend them. read more

Went to get a mani & pedi with my daughter and wife for a vacation. The lady ask if I wanted color, my daughter that it was funny/fun if I did so I said "sure" and the lady said "why?"...I said "I don't know it'll be fun" she said "I don't color boys nails". I went in for a full set of nails at 4:30. Tracy was my girl and she was amazing!!! She is funny and detailed! They close at 6 on Saturday and I was there until about 20 after and not once throughout the process did Tracy make me feel like she needed to hurry or that she was bothered by finishing the job past close, especially with a service that included 3D gel, chrome nails, and rhinestones. I attempted to trust the process because 3 nails were already chopped off plus my last visits ended in beautiful work. It got worse with each step. My nails are now breaking, flimsy, uneven, and so short to the skin that it's terribly tender. Needless to say, I won't be able to visit any nail salon in the foreseeable future.

While this particular set wasn't exactly what I had envisioned, she has always done a great job for me in the past and is very detail-oriented. She takes her time and genuinely cares about her work. I will continue getting my nails done with her because I always enjoy her work. I also got a pedicure from another technician, and it turned out great. Overall, I really appreciated how the salon handled my concerns. Their willingness to make things right speaks volumes about their customer service, and I left very satisfied. On my latest visit, I had Lynn (I believe that was her name), and she was absolutely wonderful. I came in with a messed-up set of acrylics from another place and was almost ready to give up and switch to dip. Lynn took the time to listen to my concerns and gently explained that dip might actually be a bit weaker for what I needed compared to acrylic. She put on a brand-new set of acrylics, taking extra care to be gentle, friendly, and completely honest. I truly appreciate a nail tech who doesn't just say "yes" to everything, but gives real, honest advice about what will and won't work for my natural nails. If you want meticulous work, great conversation, and genuine honesty, ask for Lynn! Couldn't be happier with my nails.

While I walked in with no appointment I was able to check myself in on their kiosk and get sat in a massaging pedicure chair within 5 minutes. My nail tech Billy came over and helped me for the next 5-8 minutes confirming heat was okay, which pedicure I wanted from their menu, the color of my choice and topped. Once this process finished a drink menu was sent my way. My Pinot Grigio ordered and headphones in, the next 50 minutes spent in heaven.

Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. I came into OMG! Nail Lounge after having a terrible experience at another salon, hoping they might…read morebe able to squeeze me in and they were able to take me almost immediately. From the start, the space felt upscale and relaxing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Trinity did an amazing job correcting my nails. She reshaped them, adjusted the thickness, and completely improved the overall look of my manicure. She's not only talented but also very personable and easy to talk to. I left loving my nails and will absolutely be booking with her again. I've been coming here regularly for over six months now, and I can honestly say the quality is consistently excellent. Every technician I've encountered has been skilled and professional. This has definitely become my go-to nail salon. Vincent is also incredible--I highly recommend him. Just a heads up, he's very popular, so it's best to book ahead if you want to see him.
