They are way over priced! They did a very very shitty job on all 4 of our pedicures and manicures. They were rough she didn't file the nails smooth they were bumpy she also nicked my finger bed. And they would not fix my nieces toe when she messed up on it. Nails were not painted all the way to the sides of nails. Do not ever go here. read more

Lisa gave me probably the best manicure I've ever had. I recently gotten into dipped nails and I went to another place and they were terrible. This place clearly knows what they're doing. I also appreciated that I called at 5pm for a last minute appt, they told me to come at 5:30pm and even though they closed at 6pm they never made me feel rushed and made sure my nails were all the way dry before I left. I will update after a week or 2 on how the nails hold up! read more

So disappointed in the service I got here. I came to relax ... I came in to get a pedicure, I brought my own polish because my favorite color is a specific red. I told the lady that I wanted her to use my polish and I did not want gel polish ... she was soooooo pushy and kept insisting I use gel polish. I told her three times I didn't want gel polish and was okay with my regular polish that I brought in. Well she comes back and says she has my exact polish in GEL form. So finally I say ok fine you can use your gel polish. It just felt like she was trying to sell me on gel polish as it adds $15 more the service. . That is insane. this place is way too overpriced. Then I tell her I want a regular pedicure just the classic. And she tries to sell me on the calluses remover... which is an extra $7. I already have calluses remover at home. I said to her no I don't want it I can do it at home for free. And she says are you sure I can do it. I said no. I just really hated my experience here and it was not enjoyable ... just felt like the entire time they were trying to get more and more money out of me. Will not be coming back. read more

WOW!!! This place is going to be my new go to spot. The atmosphere is relaxing, the design inside is a beautiful farmhouse feel and if you really look around they have added such an amazingly clean and organized touch. The services offered are epic too. From basic to fancy pedicures to die for and all reasonably priced. I'm thoroughly impressed! I'm truly speechless with this place... I loved my gel mani and pedi as they did an excellent job. Love the added wine bar too. I look forward to taking advantage of that on the evenings. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out. I found the nail lounge on yelp as I was searching for the BEST place to get my nails done for my wedding. Jen went above and beyond and took spectacular care and precision as she did my pink and white " ombre" nails. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back! My nails were just perfect! The white is NOT airbrushed on, but delicately placed with white acrylic powder and dipped. The pictures do not do it justice! They are just beautiful!! In regards to the other reviews speaking about the 20% off and complimentary wine, I was told it was on the sign out front but it's nearly impossible to see from anywhere on the road or in the plaza without binoculars. It's kind of a bad ploy. Wish they were more transparent. read more

This salon is beautiful! So happy to have it apart of our neighborhood. They were extremely efficient & kind. My gel manicure looked great. However, my pedicure was not the best. The polish was kind of a mess and my nail tech went to get the matching color for my gel manicure--- it was not matching. My nails were brown and my toes were a dark almost black purple. I didn't have time to correct it so I just let it go. read more

the acting manager refused to give me her name and told me I didn't need to know the owners name. I been here many times. I have always walked out with baby soft feet. today a different story. My feet were rough when I left, when I got home I look at my feet and there was skin hanging from my feet. I went back to see what can be done, the skinny red/purple hair lady was telling me that there was nothing she can do. She said me feet were bleeding, there was not one shed of blood on my feet. the lady who did me feet keep saying something in Asian to the "manager". the Manager said she give me my $7 back, I said I want my feet done or all my money back, she acted like she was deaf. I would normally recommend this place but not any more. This is what I call freedom of speech. I have been a long time customer of this establishment I have been a dissatisfied customer for the last few times I have gone in but giving the business more chances thinking it may get better and the owner Ben would eventually become a nicer Person. Well after today I will tell every person I know that this is the worst salon in the Entire Phoenix area and that you will not only have to wait once you make an appointment. You will also receive service that is beyond sub par ( By this I mean the worst service ever) you will have your nails Done the way THEY want to do them. You will be told if you don't like it to come back and they will redo them complete Lie when you go back they will tell you how great they look and charge you for the redo. Once you find a tech you like more then likely the tech will leave after time due to the fact of the abuse the staff takes from the owner and when asked where your tech is you will be told vacation. When you go into have your nails done with one person you will be moved from your chair and passed around at a minimum 3 times before someone finishes the job. Don't be fooled by the beauty of the salon it is a mere front for the atrocious customer service and the napoleonic owner!!!!! Go to this business at your own risk read more

I liked this place when they first opened, but i've now watched them be extremely greedy. They want you to pay all in cash, they want checks with a blank "to" section (weird), and they overcharge by a lot. Paula charged me DOUBLE for my nails and played dumb when I confronted her. Be very careful here. They are out for under the table cash and quality is not consistent :( i've been loyal since they first opened, but I will not give my money to a place that is greedy and misrepresents. read more

Worst pedicure EVER. The girl who did my pedicure walked in when I did (I thought she was a customer) and was doing a "trial" with them to see about working there. She flew through my pedicure like she couldn't wait to get out of there. Not one person oversaw her work or orient her to anything. She kept asking where things were and barely gave me a massage, only to be reminded that she is to do the massage for 10 mins. My friend who went with me and started the same time for the same pedicure finished 10-15 mins after me. I had to have her fix the polish on one of my toes because she didn't go to the edge and the manger guy could have cared less. Never going back read more
