Poor customer service…read more I called last week to place a very large order by phone( over $1000) . I was speaking to the owner of the store. Because of the nature of my interaction with the owner I got an unpleasant vibe after I hung up, and decided to cancel the order. So I called to cancel the order. Despite calling multiple times and speaking to the assistant/co- owner, I wasn't able to get in touch with the owner. She never returned my calls either. My card was charged for the amount and there was no indication via text or email whether my purchases had been shipped. I have no way of tracking the shipment. I got my shot behind a screen and the pharmacist was good at distracting me when she jabbed me. She told me to be sure to drink lots of fluids. I would give the pharmacist five stars for her dedication! This is the second pharmacy I've been to this month that has staffing problems. It helps with my chapped lips during winter. Same thing with their hand balm, it has literally has saved me this winter. My left hand usually gets super red on the knuckles, which hurts a lot, and sometimes get red tiny dots. With one day of reapplying the hand balm, the pain was gone, and the redness went down tremendously. Once I run out I am stocking up on both.
