Nom Nom deli is and always will be a mainstay of Olympia! Everything on the menu is perfection. My mom and I had the coconut curry tofu bahn mi and the coconut chicken bahn mi and loved. Laura treated us to macarons and David the owner warmly greeted us. Run, don't walk to Nom Nom deli for lunch!

Amazing service, amazing food, and fantastic ambience. I got the pork bao and have -100 regrets. Ps the owner had great hair

Amazing authentic Chinese sausage bánh mì, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice to name a few of our favorites. We love stopping here whenever in the Olympia area. Family deli is very clean and husband and wife are very friendly and pleasant and make us feel like they genuinely care and want us to enjoy their foods. Prices are very affordable because they focus on having repeat customers. Best bánh mì place south of Seattle!

This place is super affordable, and that's the best part. While you're lucky to find a sandwich in the area for under $10, you can get one here for under $5. The second best part is the vibe, perhaps best captured by the painted quote above the door, "I got this belly at The Nom Nom Deli." Inside, red & green laser lights dance around and a funny sound plays each time the door opens, which might sound annoying but in fact adds character. The third best part is the food, which is just OK, but worth it for the price. I prefer the BBQ Pork Sandwich.

We stopped by Nom Nom while we were visiting. The restaurant inside has a funky and fun vibe. Bright colors, laser lights and bumping music. Our group got some spring rolls to start. The rolls were good and fresh. The peanut sauce went great with the spring rolls. We also had a steamed pork roll, BBQ pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich. All the ingredients were fresh, tasty and Incorporated Vietnamese flavors. The service was friendly and quick. Also, the food is very affordable, sandwichs are as low as $3.50 for a good size sandwich. Very good spot for a quick, interesting lunch.

I was only interested about it because of the good reviews, but was severely disappointed when I actually had it. I stopped by Nom Nom Deli for a late lunch. When I came in, the restaurant smelled amazing with the owner(I think) was busy mopping with pine-sol or something. The design of the shop looks a little small and outdated, but has a good music selection. It didn't take long to look at the menu. I ordered a fluffy pork banh-mi. The staff were pretty friendly. I waited a few minutes until the order is ready, then left. We got back in our car and immediately started digging in. The look of the sandwich made me frown. The "fluffy" sandwich was not fluffy at all. It was very hard and stale. The veggies were fresh and plenty of it, but the pork looked really weird as if it wasn't pork at all. It looked like there were gobs of hair in the sandwich. It was flavorful, but I felt like I was chewing marinated hair. Luckily it'll be a rare chance that I go to Nom Nom again. The food looks appetizing, but doesn't taste it.

Clean and bright, the pictures on the wall had the wife and I excited to order... The food was only so so. We ordered spring rolls, phad see ew and the lemongrass pork sandwich. The spring rolls had shrimp and BBQ pork, but was bland and the peanut sauce was unremarkable. Hhhmmm, the phad see ew was mad with thin phad thai style noodles that soaked up all the sauce and gummed together. The lemongrass sandwich was the best thing we ordered. Good flavor on the meat; I wish the pickled vegetables had more bite.

Best, friendliest and most reasonably priced in town. Get the wonton soup. Or a sandwich. Noodles? You bet.

Good service, great food. Sat down right away and service was on point from the young lady. Good…read moresize bowl with lots of meat and a flavorful broth. Grabbing a bowl of pho is a top priority when I travel and I'll add this to my places to go when In the area.

Disappointing that my takeout order was completely wrong, but I didn't check the bag until I…read morereturned home and noticed that none of the ingredients that I requested were present. I ordered a Large Beef Pho, that costs almost $20 (includes tax), and requested Meatball, Tendon, and Tripe (per the menu that allows you to select up to 3 cuts of meat). Instead, I was only given 2 cuts: steak and brisket, which was not what I asked for. First and last visit from me since the restaurant can't be bothered to provide correct orders. I rate a pho restaurant on how authentically Vietnamese the food is and how the restaurant appears, being a Viet born from Saigon myself. I still ate the pho because I already paid for it, and it was just average at best. The broth was lukewarm, noodles were too al dente for my preference, and the best part of the pho was probably just the steak. When I visited the restaurant, there were several tables filled... but I noticed there was only maybe one Asian customer.. Typically, if you go to a good Asian restaurant, you'll find customers with similar ethnicity dining in, which hints at the quality and authenticity of the food. Their menu also didn't list a special pho or "pho dac biet" compared to other restaurants I've been to, which usually is a combination of listed ingredients, and my go-to so I can taste a bit of everything. Maybe it's their "Combo w/all cuts" but that doesn't tell me what comes with it. The service was nice enough. I was greeted when I arrived and my order was taken correctly, but somehow made incorrectly. I had high hopes for this place, since it's close to the mall and I like the name of the restaurant. But with my order being made incorrectly and the pho tasting average, I'll pass on coming back here again.
