We waited and watched the man who ordered after us receive his 7 or 8 items personally delivered to him. Then the second guy who ordered after us received his meal at which point I asked if our ticket was lost. He said it was coming right out. When I received our meal the brisket sandwich was cold. I'm assuming sandwich was made and left to fulfill other orders placed after us. I did complain and sandwich was remade but customer service is just as important. No guest should be less important than the next. This negative experience has most likely lost a customer from ever returning again.
