They were so good that I wanted to leave a review both here and at the K2 Brewing page. The fries are perfectly crispy and hold up well against the slaw and barbecue sauce. I absolutely loved the sweet and slightly tangy sauce, and the addition of apple cider vinegar is excellent. The slaw is crunchy and provides a good texture contrast to the fries and pork. The pork was so delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I will definitely seek out the truck this summer to try more of their food, and in the meantime I'm glad they're available at K2 Brewing!

The barbecue sauce was added the savory and smokey flavor I wanted but was also sweet. The whole pallet of the dish is a little too sweet for me but for everyone else, this dish is still a solid choice! If you really really are craving kbbq and are stuck in Rochester, maybe go for a visit? Sadly you will be disappointed either way.
