That being said....they make it a point to try and carry everything that they reasonably can to make everyone happy...with the size of place that they're working with. The Occidental Hardware cre that works there are great. They're helpful and very personable. They go out of their way to help each and everyone that walks through their door. I'm very grateful to have such an iconic and efficiently ran business up the street from me to call 'my hardware store'.

The products were in stock at my local store so I ordered them and paid online. Then I looked out for a confirmation email and headed to the store to pick up my items. I picked up at the register and was on my way - smooth and easy and oh so appreciated! This Staples on Cleveland Ave shares a parking lot with TJ Maxx and a few other businesses. The parking lot is often pretty busy, but there always seem to be spots on the side of the store.

He fixed it up the next day with printing like new. Nice bold dark print. Mike and his colleague were very open and honest about fixing a old printer but luckily the cost of repair was reasonable. I found out that the old HP printers are better and worth fixing. I will go to Lazerjet Tech for any future print repairs and advice. I highly recommend them to anyone with printer problems. Very nice folks and easy to park. Call ahead to make a appointment first.

Staples is also my go to for electronic recycling (old batteries, cables, pretty much any small electronic waste they accept) in exchange for store points. The only downside to this place is that their public bathroom is absolutely disgusting, filthy and through multiple visits to this store I noticed hadn't been cleaned in a long time which is not acceptable.
