I've been to this place about 3 times for oil change. The staff are professional. They don't ask you to do services that are unnecessary, they show you what needs to be fixed/replaced before they work on it. The only complaint i have is the wait time before they can get to your car. It you come here at 7:50am on a Sat you could easily spend 1.5 hours waiting (with ~8 cars already in front of you), but once they start working on your car you will be able to get out within 0.5 hour. read more

They wipe down your windows and vacuum the front of your car. It's first come first serve but make sure no one cuts you off. You wait in your car until they're ready but sometimes people will try to go ahead of you. You don't have to make an appointment. It helps if you park backwards so you can pull right up into the garage. It takes a little under 20 mins to change your oil if there's no wait. Fast, friendly service. It's a good price. It's $20 plus tax, so a total of about $21. There's not really a waiting area. Most people sit outside on chairs. I think there is a very small waiting area with a few chairs inside. read more

As good as it gets. Prices are great whether you use their normal oil, upgrade to their Mobil 1 package (very fairly priced), or bring your own oil and filter (like me). They don't try to upsell you, they're not chatty, but they do properly give you the usual inspection and vacuum services that you would expect from a place like this. They've shown me my worn wiper blades, dirty air filter, and dirty transmission fluid in the past, and they were spot on. All three were honestly due to be changed. They showed me in an FYI manner, not an upsell (your car will blow up) manner, so all I had to do was say thanks for the heads up and there were no hard feelings. On occasions when I had already replaced those items, they marked those items on the inspection checklist as in good condition. read more

I've been coming here for almost ten years and their prices haven't gone up once since. $20 to get an oil change when Jiffy Lube down the street charges $35. I love how The Oilmen will do all the little extras like Jiffy Lube such as washing your windows,cleaning your carpet and doing routine maintenance checks. There's always a line here, but they are pretty quick in getting it moving so don't be discouraged. Best deal in town for sure! read more

This place is careless and sloppy when it comes to your car, they broke my oil pan by tightening so hard the bolts that they cracked my oil pan and it's been leaking ever since. I have tried many times to call and address this issue but they never seem to answer any of my calls. Got an oil change here and they tied my oil plug so tight that they stripped the plug. I decided to go elsewhere and they told me that the plug was so damaged that they would have to place a temporary plug in it. Mind you, at this place, they never told me about the oil plug. Im beyond pissed and disappointed. Took my jaguar in to just get an oil change. Looks like new staff, explains the shitty service. Old system was thwy would go over your options and prices before even doing anything to your car. They took mines in and weren't able to get back running.they thought i didn't undestard spanish they were talking about what to tell me just to get me out of here becasue they had more vehicles behind me. I don't trust the workers here. Took my car in to have an oil change and they did their usual inspection. They said my radiator is cracked and that they can fix it. I didn't think my radiator is cracked but thought I'd take it straight to the dealer to which my friend works at to confirm it. The dealership told me that my radiator is FINE (NOT CRACKED). I left here feeling robbed. Oil change on my Toyota Prius was $89 I'm assuming for the cheapest option. Then I took a ford fusion and they charged $80 for the cheapest option and they said the more expensive oil change was $120. Not sure how that makes sense. I would stay away from this place. Unfortunately I was misled that I would be seen in a half hour since they were going to be taking lunch for a half hour. I agreed. Then after lunch, four cars were brought into the service bay after they said I was third in line. I inquired and they said it would take another twenty five minutes. Standing in the hot sun for 45 minutes, and being misled is not how customers should be strung along. Needless to say, I left. read more

I use to do my own oil change but this place cost the same as buying my own oil and filter, you just have to bring it over here. Another great thing is that they clean my windows, vacuum the front seats, and blow the dust off my air filter. They check your transmission oil, to let you know it needs to be change. If they notice your window wipers are worn out, they will ask if you want them to change it. Not sure what the prices are for those but for full service I paid $22 with tax. When I was waiting for my car I over heard someone's Cadillac cost $80 for full service because her car recommend manufacture oil, something like that. read more

Today I got my oil changed on my Toyota Corolla charge me $54 for full synthetic 0w-20 I thought it was Too much for the price. Walmart has it $34 cheap brand or name brand $44. This place is awesome for an oil change!! They can get busy, but while you're waiting for your turn it's probably a good idea to walk up to their counter and tell them when you arrived, because people will cut you in line and try to pull up to the garage opening so they can be first. I was in and out within a half hour. I only requested an oil change, but I guess they do check other small stuff as a courtesy? Totally fine by me. After I was finished I needed to go to Huntington Beach. The drive felt weird the entire way there. When I arrived I checked my tire's psi with my little checker, and all four tires were nearly 10 psi higher than the car's specs!!! The weather outside was in the low 90s plus the heat that is generated from the tire moving, I am so grateful I didn't have a tire pop on the highway. They seem to do decent car maintenance, but I do wish they would be a little more mindful of not overdoing it. read more

It used to be the place to take your car for an oil change and top off. Not any more. Not only did the owner raise the prices, the service is not what it used to be. I used to have a full service car care before but not any more. 3 weeks after an oil change I had my check engine light come on. I did a routine check under the hood and found coolant was needed. I thought no big deal since I should check it anyways from time to time. But then I also noticed my air filter was filthy. I never had that problem before and was always asked if I wanted to replace it. Not this time, and I remember my recent oil change and no one checked on it. That was the main reason I chose to take my car here before this. Well just another place that customers should beware. And not the same employees either. Poor decision making by the owner to save time and not provide proper training. The service was the main reason I kept coming back. Plus, they are really efficient, even though there is a wait... you know the employees are working as fast as they can. They are always polite and I trust them... DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE! I took my car into this place to get an oil change here and they ended up putting in the wrong oil. As if that's not bad enough, they screwed the oil filter on too tight and it broke. Either they didn't know or they didn't confess to it. I drove my car for two days and it began to run funny. I soon after noticed an oil leak and rushed home. When I got home I realized how much damage was actually done to my car. The leaking oil filter that dripped all over my car's starter and I had to buy a new one. Although my oil changed cost $24.00 at this place. It ended up having to cost me $150.00 to replace my starter, buy more oil and replace the oil filter. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE. ‍ read more

Uggghhhh, I freaken use to love this place, but unfortunately I will not be returning. Let me start-off by stating that this is my go-to oil place (and plenty of my family), and literally thought they were doing things here the best than anyone else. The price was well placed, they were quick, had incredible service, and went above and beyond on the extra things they did (ie. vacume, window cleaning, etc.) Earlier in the year, I was due for an oil change and upon completion they said that my air filter hose had a missing screw and was causing my engine to breathe very heavy because of air getting out. I had no choice but to run to BMW dealer to grab the screw immediately after, got home, popped my hood to only see my oil cap opened with oil slightly splattered all over my valve cover .... air filter hose was freaken fine! I replaced the screw any way, and ended up cleaning my entire engine bay. NOW, I get it .... people make mistakes, no biggie. So I went back yesterday (11/20/16) and waited in line just as everyone else. As my number was called to pull my car up, I kindly got out and informed the gentleman that my car was lowered, that I would let a car go in front of me and I will go next as I can not drive my car completely through on the rails and needed the wood to help elevate. He was upset, argued that it was fine and I kept my cool and said, I have been here more than a handful of times and have already tried. He was super upset, was talking crap to the other worker and laid the boards out after someone went ahead. To make this review a bit shorter (its already too long), my oil change was complete, I got charged an extra $30 more than every single time I have been there before (same bmw), my car was not vacuumed, my windows were not clean (as I am watching them do this to all the cars in front of my eyes) AND they guy shrugged his shoulders and walked away as he said he couldn't figure out how to reset my computer. To the owners, which I am assuming it is ran by Father and Son. The son, has always taken care of me, and he was not there today. He was the one that informed me of my intake filter hose previously, and did not overlook my car before it was done and having the oil cap open but the guy is a super cool guy and hope that he reads this to make some changes there. Unfortunately, your father up charged me but I was not upset with him, he was a nice guy ... but, please talk to the other guys as when you are not there they definitely do not provide the same to cars or customers. read more

This old man has a new app that you have to make an appointment on line. I made it and didn't realize I put the last number wrong. I told I would fix it. He allowed people to go ahead of my while I already waited for an hour. I have been going to him over 25 years and this how he treats me. So disappointed in him. I have even referred people to him, but not after this. He never tried to reach out to an old customer to try to fix it, instead he could care less. I will never go back. read more

I've been going to oil men to change my Honda CRV, Lexus, and Acura for the past 2 years. My last oil change with them was September, but I HAVE to write this review to save y'all some money. I went to a new mechanic who jacked my car up just to show me what he was looking at and found out I've been getting cheap knock off filters in my Acura and overpriced full synthetic. If you don't have a the right filter to fit my car, let me know. Don't just put one that happens to fit. I guess they used to be good. Also they over tighten the nut to the oil tank so the washer was bent. I suggest finding a more honest place. Sorry oilmen, but I lost my faith in you. read more

I've been coming here for years, but they've changed little by little how they do operate. Initially it was $20 for an oil change and included windows washed. Now, its only $20 for the first 4 quarts of oil and an $5 for each additional quart of oil, without windows getting washed. They also will check your tire pressure, top off your window fluid, check your brake fluid, and air filters. They also have higher quality synthetic oil available if your car requires it at a higher price. It can be busy with a long wait, so I recommend coming in the morning when its not busy. read more

When I arrived, I parked my car, handed over my keys, and said, "oil change". My oil change cost me a whopping $20 plus change. It took all of 15 minutes. There was one guy changing the oil, the other one was cleaning my air filter, washing my windows, and vacuuming the floor. When I was complete, the older gentlemen (Kim) whom called all the shots, gave me my invoice. He didn't say anything the entire time. In fact, no one did. This was the most untalkative group of auto workers I've ever had the pleasure to come across. I paid, Kim shook my hand, and sent me on my very merry way.
