This place is like a Bavarian themed restaurant, I think the owner has another themed restaurant on the top floor of the mall called Wild Wild West so , go figure! Anyways, the place is decorated as a German tavern , furnished in wood with coats of arms hanging from the walls and a big bar in the middle of the room that contains a pretty decent variety of beers. Now to the food, I was expecting more sausage type dishes but the prevalent is wiener schnitzel which is a breaded meat originally from Austria , which is very good by the way , you should try it. I had the Salzburg which is 2 turkey filets stuffed with ham and cheese and then breaded and deep fried, with fries and some kind of fried meatballs on the side, really health concious right? And to wash it down a nice pilsner. The food was fine, nothing outstanding but for a mall restaurant it's pretty decent. The ambiance is fun and casual, the waiters are very friendly and you get to ring a big brass bell when you arrive. Pro tip- save some room for dessert, I saw they have Sacher and apple Strudel!
