Uber friendly service. Tons of combinations with eggs. Lovely servers and coffee top ups available.seems to be a local favorite. Parking in a gravel lot can be smallish when it gets busy. They recently renovated is what I understand from the employees.

It was to my surprise when I read some of the negative reviews about this cute little breakfast spot. My experience was the complete opposite -- the food was exceptional, clearly made with care and thought. The service was also wonderful; the staff was polite and attentive, and considering the high demand that comes with a busy vacation destination, everything moved along quite smoothly. A good reminder for anyone traveling: patience goes a long way! Small places like this are bound to have wait times when they're popular, but the quality of the food and the friendly service here are absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

Chicken Fajita Omelette with English muffin, blueberry/lemon cake and homemade strawberry preserves. And a fine cup of coffee.

I went in looking for "good enough" and got way better than that. Greeted warmly by the owner and soon staring at 45+ omelette possibilities. A friendly waitress helped me narrow things down and recommended the chicken fajita omelette, which was my first impulse. A solid cup of dark coffee to begin, and a sizable omelette was soon in front of me with a delicious English muffin and their own homemade strawberry preserves plus a little chunk of blueberry-lemon cake. The omelette was exceptional, and the addition of Chef Bobby's hot sauce made it even better. Totally stuffed by the end, and planning to come back again this week before heading home. A pretty optimal breakfast experience with some very friendly folks.

A great local Ogunquit business that is very popular with its residents and customers. They make great omelets but we chose the Irish Benedict Eggs with Corned Beef Hash and potatoes. A great choice.

The eggs and omelettes are still very good. We took a few blueberry muffins to go. I didn't care for them because they were dry and loaded with cinnamon. Service is good and as fast as they can be especially when it's busy. Very cute inside especially the newer upstairs part.

Wells Maine Eats - Review/Great Spot!!! Chef Bobby (if you know, you know) is back for the 2025 season!!! I've been coming to The Omelette Factory for the past 3 seasons and the food is always consistent and served HOT. My son and I sat upstairs at the counter in the new dining area. If you've been to the omelette factory before and sat at the counter, they have the same setup but now it's upstairs. The new counter seating overlooks chef Bobby's cooking area so you're able to see the chef and his team prepare your food. Our waitress Kathy was friendly and attentive. I ordered a Western omelette that was delicious and my son ordered a ham and cheese omelette. The omelette (see menu in one of the attached pictures) is served with slice of English muffin, homemade Blueberry bread and Strawberry jam. The Western omelette was cooked perfectly and packed with diced ham, green pepper, onion and cheddar. Kathy made sure my coffee was always topped off aka warmed up. My son also enjoyed his ham and cheese omelette. I did not try chef bobby's hot sauce....... The omelette was delicious, service was prompt and friendly, and prices were reasonable. One of the best breakfast places you will find in the Ogunquit, Maine and Wells, Maine area. I believe The Omelette Factory is under new ownership and will be open year round???? Great service. They were very busy when we got there but service was fast. Enjoyed being able to watch the kitchen in action. Had the lobster omelette which was pretty good. I would like to go again and try another one.

    "Hearty Breakfast" for $17.95.

Helpful to order online for take out. Staff was friendly at pick up. Order was well packaged and they had condiments and utensils to go if needed. For vegetarians who avoid meat contamination, this place does the omelette in a skillet each time. The cheese omelette was good. The "hearty breakfast" was awful - and they charged $17.95!! No third egg, no baked beans, half slice of thin ham, bread was hardly toasted, and pickled onions do not belong in home fries. See the description versus what we got. And there was no way to get a refund through their online order.

Best breakfast I've ever had! Try the corned beef hash. It's made in house. Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff.

Lovely breakfast in a great town. The wait was a bit long but food was worth it. Service was spot on considering how popular the place is.

Very charming restaurant in an old house with a nice outdoor patio. Made reservations to celebrate…read moremy boyfriend's birthday while vacationing in Maine and we had a great experience. What we ordered: -Cornbread: 3/5, great portion to share with the table and piping hot which I loved but wish it was moister and had more honey on top. -Caesar salad: 5/5, incredibly fresh, dressing was delicious and evenly spread among the whole salad, fresh anchovies on top were a nice touch -Crabcakes: 4.8/5, only comes with 2 but the cakes were very fresh and flavorful. The corn on top was very boring I wish they spiced it up a bit but it did not take away from the flavor of the cakes so I kept the score high. -Lobster Pappardelle: 5/5, one of my favorite meals we ate on vacation!! Generous lobster portion with perfectly cooked pappardelle in a very tasty sauce. I already miss it and wish I could eat it again. -Braised Short Rib: 3.8/5, beautiful presentation and everything tasted great but very small polenta/carrot portions and I wish the meat was more tender. It wasn't bad, it just didn't blow my socks off. -Espresso crème brûlée: 4.5/5, was the perfect birthday dessert for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Quality espresso flavor, wish it was a little crispier on top. Food was ~4/5 but our overall experience was 5/5. Our server, Pedro, was so friendly and helped us with dish recommendations. When I told him we were celebrating a birthday, he brought the crème brûlée out with a candle and two other staff members to sing to him which was so sweet. We will definitely come back here next time we're in town!

We took our small family to an early dinner at crooked pine. We made a reservation for 4:30 (one of…read morethe few times they had available on this rainy day). We sat at a table by the window on the first floor. We overheard that there is an upstairs bar, not sure if they also seat folks for dinner there. We were able to place an order right after getting settled. We enjoyed the Sun mocktail, charred beet salad, mac and cheese, fried codd sandwich, steak frites, and corn ravioli (without the pancetta). My spouse is gluten free and I am vegetarian so we are always looking for restaurants that can accommodate both. The charred beet salad was good but I think dressed a bit too heavily. I thought the corn ravioli and sun mocktail were both great. The kids (ages 1.5 and 5) liked the Mac and cheese and fried cod sandwich. They did not have any appropriate booster seats for the 1.5 year old so my spouse held him. My spouse loved the steak frites but I think wished had a few more "frites" given the amount of interest from the younger crowd. Our waiter was wonderful and also brought some orange slices from the bar for the kids. We were very grateful. We decided to go nearby for ice cream after dinner, but I heard there is a dessert menu.
