Had the Belgian waffle with berries, and there were so many berries that you could barely see the waffle! We stopped by for brunch while we were in the area because of the good reviews, but the food was only ok. I had the eggs benedict and the poached eggs were very over-cooked. The potatoes were good though and they had many bread options. Good portion sizes too. It's inside a hotel, so the ambiance was like hotel breakfast room right off the lobby if ya know what I mean. Now don't confuse raspberries as giving someone a "raspberry" as defined in the urban dictionary as a farting sound :) The breakfast was Visually stunning and tasty as heck. We had the eggs Florentine, beach breakfast special and a stack of blueberry pancakes. Our meals were on point and the pancakes were the star of the show. They were not fluffy and almost resembled a crepe in texture, but they were grilled to perfection and coupled with whipped butter and syrup, mmm,mmm goodness my friend's. The atmosphere as well as the welcome were very pleasant. The service by Shelby G was excellent. My husband's omlette was very good. The special "Californial benedict" that I ordered was good. I didn't want my eggs runny so they did a great job cooking them to my liking. However, the english muffins that the eggs sat on were tough to cut through and the potatoes were just luke warm. It was a really convenient location because it was in our hotel, obviously very busy. I do think that the prices are very high especially for orange juice was 2.75 for a little shot glass basically. Enjoyed a beautiful & sunny Saturday morning breakfast at Raspberri's. This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Gorge's Grant Hotel. I write my reviews from the perspective of a wheelchair user. Upon arrival to the hotel, I noticed only stairs to get in, however I did see a few handicap parking spaces. I then noticed that they have one of those self-serve wheelchair elevators that you open the door to, roll in, close the door and then press the up/down buttons. This worked perfectly. Upon entry to the lobby, Raspberri's appears only accessible via stairs. I went to the hostess and asked how to get access via a wheelchair. She told me from the lobby, to take a left down the hallway and then a right after the bathrooms. The ramps are a little steep for independent wheeling, however they serve the purpose. When you go down the ramp, the restaurant is a quick right. If you go to far, you're going to come out down by the hotel vending machines. The hostess had already set us up with a table and offered to remove a chair for my wife's wheelchair. The staff was extremely attentive and very pleasant. My wife got a 2 egg scramble with some meat, veggies and cheese. My son got a 2 egg omelet with veggies and a side of corned beef hash. I got a 3 egg omelet with bacon, spinach and cheddar cheese. Our dishes came with delicious grilled english muffins. They were thicker english muffins than we are used to, but were great. Coffee was pretty good as well. My wife reports that the restroom was adequately accessible for her and her wheelchair. However, to get to the restroom from the restaurant you have to go back up the fairly steep ramps to the hallway mentioned earlier in my review. Due to the grade of the ramps, my wife said a few people asked her if she wanted assistance. Overall, a great place to stop for breakfast. It is a bit on the expensive side, but we're also in Ogunquit :-) read more

My 4th vacation up here and Raspberri's is where I choose to have breakfast every morning. A small but very varied menu. I have personally had the fruit plate, Beach Breakfast which is 2 eggs, potatoes and toast, bagel or english, Blueberry pancakes, Bagels, Fruit cup, Blueberry waffle. Each and every item was as delicious as the next. Great cup of Coffee too.!! Reasonably Priced as well. Friendly, accommodating staff. Fast service although sometimes around 9:30ish there is a short wait to get in. Do yourself a favor and Breakfast here. It is located inside the Gorges Grant Hotel, opposite the front door. Did I say he Blueberry pancakes are the best I've ever had. About 10 inches round and thin loaded with wild maine blueberries. They serve in stacks of 3 but I can only eat one so I only order one. I never even got there to eat. I've tried for weeks to get answers to my questions answered. I can't get anyone to answer my call. I can't get anyone to return my messages. I filled out their email request and never got an answer. I tried speaking to people at the hotel. No one would help me. I have celiac disease and want to know if they have options. If you are feeling lazy and don't want to leave the hotel for breakfast, Raspberri's is your place to be. They offer a verity of breakfast options ranging from eggs, pancakes, and waffles. So glad we noticed the sign stating "Breakfast Open to the Public" as we passed by the hotel on Route 1. Many of the popular breakfast locations in the area had long lines out the door, so we decided to try our luck with Raspberri's. As you enter the hotel, the dining room lies straight ahead through the lobby. It was busy, but no wait- winning! The dining room is bright, open, and airy with large windows overlooking the outdoor pool. We were greeted right away by the friendly hostess and she quickly cleared a table and seated us. The menu offers your typical breakfast fare including eggs any style, pancakes, eggs benny, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, and more. Prices are average and competitive with similar breakfast restaurants I have dined at recently. I chose the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant with a side of home fries. I wouldn't label it as the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten, but it was decent. My friend chose the pancakes and gave them the thumbs up. Service was both very fast and friendly. Our server was quick to top off our coffee as needed and checked in on us more than once. Our experience here was good and I'm granting Raspberri's about 3.5 -4 stars. I believe it's comparable, if not better, to other breakfast options in the area, and we experienced no wait time at a peak breakfast hour. What more can you ask for? read more

There are too many good breakfast restaurants in the area to waste a breakfast here. To start the coffee cup had a dirty encrusted film on the inside that could actually be scratched off, so not just a stain like our rude waitress said. Unfortunately, I had already drank half of my coffee before noticing. Luckily, my husband's cup was clean. I ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and my husband ordered the Eggs Benedict and both were okay, but nothing compared to other great breakfast places close by. The home fries were cut all different sizes, so the small pieces were warm and the big ones cold, plus they were very bland. Coffee was blah too. Our rude waitress tried to top off my dirty cup and charged us for two cups of coffee. It takes a lot for me to complain because I have been a waitress before, but I complained this time and didn't tip my usual 20%+. My husband and I were seated right away (it was off-season), and our waitress was very attentive.
