She somehow managed to exceed all expectactions for a place i already held dearly in my heart. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of spectacles. He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it. Then we called (insurance company and I) to tell him he needs to cancel order. He said he already cancelled it. The insurance checked to verify and he DID NOT. LIED ABOUT GETTING PD FOR CHILDS GLASSES and TRYING TO STEAL INSURANCE MONEY. MR. FERNANDO EDWARDS is the supposed optometrist there. After threatening his license and multiple calls, problem resolved. SMH, what a mess. When you go in the office, not welcoming. The optometrist in the back barely wants to come out and when he does he looks annoyed to be alive. Careless recommendations and lazy. Did not measure my childs Pupilary distance and used PD from 2yo and he is now 5yo. Quickly ordered glasses and said he cannot cancel order once placed. I called the doctors line for the insurance and they said he can call as long as the order is not in progress. It is not because he put the order in minutes before I called. Money hungry and lazy. I never went back but they still gave me a prescription. A prescription that was incorrect. I went to a new eye doctor and I was informed of this. I've been driving around for over a year with imperfect vision. On top of that the person behind the desk is rude and has no customer service skills at all.

When I arrived, Frank recognized me just from voice, as I had called a day earlier to check if appointments were necessary, which they weren't. He inspected my frames and kindly shared that while he could fix them, he recommended just buying new frames from the original retailer, and then he'd swap out the lenses for me, because it would be cheaper than him fixing it. This was really thoughtful of him to consider what would be most affordable for me. In addition to the lens switch, he also adjusted my regular glasses at no charge. You can tell that he has great passion for his work and is constantly busy because customers appreciate the care he puts into every service. He is warm and welcoming to all. Highly recommend a visit for any glasses needs!
