When I arrived, Frank recognized me just from voice, as I had called a day earlier to check if appointments were necessary, which they weren't. He inspected my frames and kindly shared that while he could fix them, he recommended just buying new frames from the original retailer, and then he'd swap out the lenses for me, because it would be cheaper than him fixing it. This was really thoughtful of him to consider what would be most affordable for me. In addition to the lens switch, he also adjusted my regular glasses at no charge. You can tell that he has great passion for his work and is constantly busy because customers appreciate the care he puts into every service. He is warm and welcoming to all. Most recently however, it might be safe to say that i have fallen victim to their most productive, effective and genuinely kind staff member, Lauren. She somehow managed to exceed all expectactions for a place i already held dearly in my heart. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of spectacles. Spectacles however shouldnt be necessary to clearly see the level of attention in Lauren's impeccable costumer care - because, just wow, really! He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it.
