I was delighted this morning eating breakfast here. I ordered the corn beef hash egg platter $12.00 plus coffee $3.80. The entree came with two buttermilk pancakes. The food was hot, delicious and fresh. My server was top notch professional! So welcoming and friendly. I don't dine here often because of the price is above average but when I do I'm always happy. 5 STARS.

The Original Pancake House has delicious pancakes and lots of other breakfast dishes including waffles, omelets, crepes and more. The green chile omelette is my absolute favorite, but it's not a regular breakfast for me because it's super high in calories. So good though and worth the once in a while splurge. Pancakes are fantastic and I don't eat bacon but everyone says theirs is the best. Come early to avoid waiting. One of my favorite breakfast places for sure.

Overall, this place is pretty good. I went in on a weekend with a party of 3 quotes a 25 minute wait and was pretty spot on. They were still pretty filled up inside when we were seated so it took a hot minute before a server came to greet us. By the time we were wrapped up, the place was nearly empty. We ordered quite a bit of food, and overall it was good. The menu is much more à la carte than anything else, which wasn't that big of a deal but something to keep in mind. Overall we had a really good experience here and would go again

Everything about this place was good. Got seated without a wait, served quickly and friendly, and the food was outstanding. Ordered the baked apple Pancake. They warn you that it takes about 20 minutes, but it is soooo good. Not only the apple cinnamon topping, but the bottom was a touch burnt which gave it a most excellent taste. Also had some of the best bacon ever. Inspired me to go home and make my own!

Not to he confused with IHOP! We don't come here too often, typically too busy of a breakfast restaurant for us, but we are off today so why not. Great service, great food, that about sums it up...too much food but that's a good thing when it's delicious. I had the crab Benedict with potatoes and a side of pancakes; YES that was the order nothing extra ordered on my part. The crab was lump meat, no imitation with a fresh hollandaise with just the right amount of lemon. My husband had the pumpkin pant with fresh whipped cream, he ate it so fast I didn't get a chance to snap a picture. And did I mention the paper straws...nice and eco friendly!

Come here with a big appetite, because they've got huge portions here! I've been here twice so far, and gotten pancakes with my meal both times - I don't think you should come here without ordering pancakes. They're so fluffy and delicious, especially with some butter smeared over the top. I also recommend paying extra to get a little bottle of real maple syrup (the default is artificial syrup). For my main entree, I got corned beef hash with scrambled eggs. I appreciate that they use fresh corned beef as opposed to canned, like many restaurants use. The proportion was a little off (a lot more beef than potato), but I shouldn't complain, from a value standpoint. I ended up taking some of the beef home and mixing it with my own hash browns. All in all it was really good, although I wish they used crispy hash browns instead of diced potatoes. I tried some of my brother's crab and shrimp omelette. It's artificial crab, which I think they should specify on the menu. The hollandaise on top was rich, tangy, and delicious. The toasted almonds on top were a nice touch too. This is a great place to go if you want a good, hearty breakfast.

Ugh!!! It's so amazing here!! I came in today and was seen by Loral, who is fantastic and so nice. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to The Original Pancake House, the service, the food, the experience is unparalleled. Thanks so much to Loral she really is the cherry on top!!

Parking can be challenging, there is a very small lot in front with 2 regular spaces and 1 handicap space; plus there are several spots on the street, all of which were full. I ended up parking on the nearby side street by the Burger King. Inside the cafe there are two distinct sides, the right side is set up as a coffee shop with the service counter, some high top tables and some comfortable seating; the left side is set up as a dining area with a bar. The decor is bright and modern with some touches of whimsy, overall very nice and comfortable, the kind of place you can relax and take your time. The menu is set up with a number of categories: breakfast, paninis, salads, wraps, flatbreads, wafflesicles and drinks. Prices are reasonable and there are some interesting items. I had a certificate for $20 so I ordered the Smashed Egg Avocado Bagel, the Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap and a big Chocolate Chip Cookie. The staff was great getting the certificate redeemed and guiding me through the menu. The food came out in a very timely manner, presentation was simple and straightforward. I had plenty of food for a very nice lunch. The egg and avocado bagel was interesting, the bagel was a bit soft for my preference, it was topped with a generous spread of egg and avocado mix plus some fresh spinach leaves. A very nice and healthy breakfast sandwich, a bit milder in flavor then I prefer, but good. The shrimp wrap was a good sized flour wrap around cold cooked shrimp with shredded cabbage and a great spicy sauce that perfectly complimented the wrap. This was excellent, the cool meaty shrimp contrasting with the crunchy cabbage and the zippy creamy sauce. I would highly recommend this if you like a bit of spice. The warm cookie was a great way to finish my lunch, very soft and gooey, packed with high quality chocolate chunks. About the only issue I had with the cookie was that it was hard to eat with just my hands, I ended up using the fork for most of the cookie. Jade Owl Cafe is a great local place to grab some high quality food, pastries and drinks. It is woman and minority owned, very well thought out and executed. The food is fresh and tasty, service was great and the overall experience was just what you could expect from a cafe. If you are in the area give them a try.

(One table was very cold and drafty so watch out hahah) Service was slow; I think maybe only two people were working. There was a giant garage door which will be so nice to have open in nicer weather!! We were also wondering if the mugs will be switched out for glasses when it's iced coffee season! We didn't have kids with us, but noticed some kids toys, a high chair, and changing table in the bathroom available making this place a kid friendly option! Overall, I would definitely come back !

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026
