My family has been coming here for as long as we can remember. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming every time, they're always spot on. Today (4pm) was no different. The food was great and we caught up with the manager. However, the lady who was working the expediting area was very off putting. She was ill-mannered towards many of the customers (dine in and pick up) and 99% of her comments were uncalled for. Coming from someone who has had many jobs in the food industry, wait until you're in the back with your coworkers to talk about everyone. My father and I wracked our brains to deduce why, and the only food that we had eaten that could have caused our symptoms during the time they occurred was the Tops Burger with pastrami and zucchini fries we shared. So I settled for lunch, had the turkey and ham melt with a side of chicken tortilla soup. The bread was perfectly toasted and the whole sandwich was very good for a basic. The tortilla soup was surprisingly delicious as well, too bad they serve it in a cup. The soup was more of a stew as it was thick af, nice presentation tho and it has avocado piece in there. The chili cheese fries were hot, flavorful, meaty, and super filling. It was a very delicious but filling dinner, and the two of us struggled to finish the fries at the end but we made it happen. These things are HUGE. Depending on your appetite, you could get 1, 2 or even 3 meals out of it. Great portion size for the price. It's not gonna break the bank. It will fill your belly and your tastebuds will thank you later. Tops offers inside and outside dining for their customers. The wait time is minimal at best, even when it is busy. My only negative is their green sauce. It is good BUT they keep many of them in a fridge and the sauce becomes clumpy and thick. You have to scoop it out of its containers. If you don't, all of it falls into whatever you're choosing to put it on. If they could keep some out so the green sauce flows onto foods, that would be great. Last time I ate here, I got fries which were salty. If they were less salty I would like them more. They also have some free things you can get like spicy carrots and onions. Huge, delicious, indulgent fast food portions. It's the Original Tops, really makes me think if there were any other ones or this was the one and only.
