I used to shop at Nordstrom Rack, so I'll be on the lookout next time I'm in the area. It doesn't look like any of these deals include food. If I'm hungry, I may consider Corner Bakery or Rubio's, especially on Taco Tuesday, which they better honor, otherwise: Goodbye, Rubio's Tuesday! If you want to make a night of it, there's AMC with IMAX, Dave & Buster's, Lucky Strike, and Vans SkatePark. Parking can be a hassle, of course. Be patient. Breathe. read more

Loved it! This outlet is one of the cleaner ones! Not as Crazy packed with people like the outlets in Las Vegas. DKNY, Under Armor and Nike were among the bigger outlet stores I've been in with lots of in stock options that a lot of the other outlets have sold out on. Sales reps from the stores mentioned above were super friendly and loved to give their positive opinion in your shopping needs. This is an outdoor type of mall. It was in the upper 50,s when we were their and it did rain, which I was told by a sales rep in Under Armor that it was unheard of during this time of the year. Yeah, the Block At Orange is undergoing some good, positive changes with regards to adding and updating a new collection of eclectic retail stores and restaurants. The go to spot if you want to go to the movies or if you wanna get some new kicks. They don't have a lot of high high end stores that would be found further south but for what most malls have it's great They have huge parking that surrounds the shops and you can get a nice walk in. Close to the 57 and the 22 freeways, has a lot of sweets and a Krispy Kreme on the east side of the lot. Theater has 30 screens imax and Dolby. Tons of food places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Dave and busters. There are some atms but no actual banks so take cash, plastic or mobile payment (at certain places. No real issues they keep it clean and I would say it's only a bit of an issue when looking for a restroom because they seem to be a bit far apart. Very family friendly and is usually always pretty busy during night time and weekends. read more

Closest place with a big movie theatre and a lot of chain eateries / clothing stores to my 'hood. Decent place to meet up with people who are coming from all parts of OC. D&B, El Torito, or TGI's is a decent place to grab a drink or casual meal after work but like most places would get tedious by hitting them too often. Parking sucks any weekend, but if you get there at a decent hour and know the best / secret spots then it's livable. Weekdays not too bad (except Christmas season). read more

This place is alright; from the lineup/directory, it seemed like it was going to be a shopping mecca (esprit, papaya, ann taylor, pacsun), but we went into a few stores (old navy, candy store), bought a few things, and enjoyed eating lunch at Dave & Busters, however, it just fell short. There is a movie theater, a skate park (a neat concept), and numerous eateries for every taste (kettle corn, jamba juice, churros). We thought the Nike store was really small, and therefore, lacked a large selection in clothing and shoes. The Nordstrom Rack storefront had a sign on it that said "coming soon." I really would have liked going there. Would we come here again? Yes, because of Dave & Busters- that "eat and play" deal is killer- there are two different tiers BTW. Since we came for lunch on a saturday, parking was a little challenging to find. I enjoyed seeing the Quincianera group walking around in purple and black (reminds me of all the prom/homecoming groups going to the casinos back home). Seems popular and crowded, which is not surprising, since there isn't a whole lot of options around (talking about the mall variety). There are bathrooms all over the property. The surrounding area is clean for the most part. Not really a defined food court here. read more

Stores...fantastic. Upkeep...fantastic. Deals...fantastic. Then why such a low rating? Parking. This place needs more structures or something because the lots are always packed to the brim. It's a nightmare to find parking. Especially anything remotely close. Last time I was here we saw a guy just sitting in his car in a handicapped spot. Did he have a plate or placard? Nope. But he just sat there. He was there when we walked in, and was still there when we walked out about an hour later. How can he get away with that?! Come on, outlets. Just invest in a structure. Parking will be even worse while it's under construction, but once it's done, it will be a HUGE help to frustrated shoppers. read more

We work here And All of the restrooms are closed in weekdays. They are just open on weekends. That is not fair. We are people. We need pee or shit! Are u ok? The restrooms dont need to fix, no problem. All of them are good. We have to use restaurants which have them. But They dont want us to use them. If i seek the rights at the court, i will do it. Was not here for very long! My friend and I came here to shop since we have a couple of hours to spare before dinner time with out group. We took an uber from our hotel here and the shops are nice! There are a ton of stores to check out in this outlet. We walked into a few stores before we took off. We looked at Papaya, Spencer's, and H&M! However, from what we saw there was plenty to see and do to kill a couple of hours. Parking looked busy so we were glad to take uber here. There's plenty of walking space in this outlet and we did not have any issues with bumping into people. Overall, I highly recommend people to check this shopping area out! It's an outlet so there are affordable items for purchase. Hopefully if I am in the area again, I can shop and check out all the shops here. read more

Exactly what you'd expect from an outdoor factory outlet in California. It closes really early, 8pm. Which makes it difficult for travelers to go out and enjoy the beaches and still get some shopping in at the end of the day. We enjoyed it still though! Nice store selections. read more

Honestly one of the lower end outlets in the area, but it gets the job done if you need to grab a few things here and there. * PARKING * There is plenty of parking throughout the entire outlet, but somehow there's never anything near an entrance whatsoever... * SHOPS * For an outlet, they don't seem to offer too much. I recommend Nordstrom Rack, Ann Taylor, Loft, Banana Republic, and Nike. To be honest, it seems more like a shopping center with a few outlet shops than anything. I see more regular stores here, like Forever 21, H & M, Victoria's Secret, and Tilly's than I do upscale ones. Like I said, it's a bit of a disappointment but it's got a decent selection of stores if you're just here to pick up a few things. * RESTAURANTS * You'll have a variety of table service and quick service locations. My favorite quick service is Oka San Teppanyaki and my favorite table service will definitely include Buffalo Wild Wings and Saddle Ranch. You know, I was so excited to come here because living in Orange County and frequently visiting the area ever since I moved I have NEVER been here or even heard of the place. So I thought to myself "Yay, something new!" Um, now I know why I haven't been here before. It's pretty small. I feel like the parking lot is bigger than the outlet itself. Yes, I'm probably being dramatic but anyways it was pretty small. It had stores like Neimann Marcus, Tommy Hilfiger, Zumiez, Tilly's, Pac Sun, Nike, Vans, Converse, Guitar Center, and a few others. We walked around the whole thing and didn't really find anything interesting. We ended up just saying F it and had a few drinks at the bar over at Dave N Buster's since it was happy hour and the games were all about to start. There was a Buffalo Wild Wings in the Outlet as well. Shopping wise I highly doubt I would come back here unless I really needed to. There are other outlets with more stores but the drive is a little further but I wouldn't mind that so much. read more

One of the best outlets I have been too. Selection of stores is huge and pricing is awesome. Layout is easy to navigate around and Nike Factory, Bloomingdales Outlet, Banana Republic to name a few great retailers. Free wifi and could easily spend half a day here as there was a deal to had at each store. Overall great place to shop but be patient as each store seems to be under staffed. read more

I ordered two footlong and this location really messed both my sandwiches. They left out most of the veggies that i requested except for the lettuce and added pickles when i didn't request it. I contact Subway through the app to complain about what is the use of using the app to ordered when the stores would messed up the order that badly. A day or two later, the owner of this Subway store emailed to apologized and said she would refund me the money to my payment method and told me to wait 5-7 business day. I waited 8 days and still no refund so i decided to email back to her asking if the refund was process. The owner never responded and has been silence on the issue. I only said what she said just to show Subway that she responded to to my complaint and never intended to issue any refund in the first place. I never asked for my money back on the order and could dispute this charge with my credit card company since i have the email from the owner regarding a refund to the order which i never got. I would never buy another sandwich from this store location and would eat something else while in the area. read more

I can't believe of all the times I've been to Orange County, I've never been to this outlet mall! This is a Simon mall, same as the famous Great Mall in the Bay Area. They have a lot of the same stores as the other Simon malls. This mall pretty much has everything. I wasn't expecting to shop but I found a lot of great kids clothes at Carter's at a really great price. There's a bunch of random kiosks that sells really fun trending things like the current craze pop its and monkey noodles. There's a decent amount of food places such as Starbucks, Aunty Anne's, a pizza place, an Asian snack and boba place, a hot dog street vendor and much more. I really enjoyed the LA Style hot dog from the hotdog vendor! You can pretty much find everything for everyone here. It's a great place to shop if you're a local and it's also great for tourist who want to explore and shop. If you need time to kill before your flight to at John Wayne, this is a great place to wander for a few hours! read more

This place needs to be cleaned at the parking lot area /s. It is ALWAYS trashy. I feel unsafe. Being a member at burke William, I attend almost twice a month and to always see it this way, it's unbelievable!!!! makes me feel unsafe seeing gross things. From underwear, condoms, and all kinds of trash. This is not good for the customers nor good customer service. The area by burke Williams abd neiman Marcus MUST be picked up. It's Horrible! Worst outlet ever. Amc is the worst I've ever been to. Parking lot is dark at night and no security detail or cameras. Stores are run down. Trash bins overflowing. Online directory needs updating. It says there's a Ralph Lauren outlet store but it was a knockoff brand! Only decent store is Nordstrom rack. Others are overpriced. Will go to Camarillo instead. read more

Some stores are really great and others are a bit uptight. Unfortunately workers in a couple of stores seem a bit more on edge and judgemental with their customers than they used to be a few months back. Hopefully everyone realizes both workers and customers that we need to all be kind and helpful to one another, and to not judge one another so quickly. read more

i work here and it's so hard to find parking as it is, but the section of parking near lucky strike is now almost ENTIRELY blocked off for $10 self parking on weekends and holidays. it's not even valet! it's just the normal parking lot, coned off and now charged $10 to park. this is absolutely ridiculous! on weekdays it's not blocked, only on weekends when it's busiest and hardest to find parking. they're literally robbing people of money by charging for otherwise free parking during busy times. i get the business model, but it's just so scummy AND it makes it really hard to find parking for employees of the mall. i mean, i get off sometimes at 1am on the weekends and i'll have to park super far and walk through the sketchy parking lot, which is scary. especially considering that the theo lacy correctional facility is right nearby. i've also personally heard of a coworker being attacked in the parking lot. it's just ridiculous. don't charge paying customers even more money just to park their own car. at the very least make the $10 charge for parking a real valet service so that there's at least SOMETHING you're getting for your money. for this reason i do not recommend people go to this shopping center, and i personally never do either except to work. read more

The mall is okay, and is kept nice and clean, especially for an outdoor mall. It's a great place to walk around. My issue with this mall is the outdoor vendors. The shoe cleaning guys and the "spin the wheel" for a free trip people in particular are awful! EVERY TIME we're there we get harassed by them trying to stop us. And it's multiple times in one trip because the mall is basically a big oval. I shouldn't have to find alternate routes in order to avoid people who work there... read more

So many stores to choose from. I think I was here for at least two hours. Stopped at Hot Topic (my favorite store EVER), Spencer's, H&M, and other stores that I forget right now. Some stores here are a bit pricey, but worth browsing around. Saw some outfit at Saks Fifth Avenue that cost over $1,000, and I was like, 'wow'. While we were there, we saw an injured pigeon standing in the corner and it was still there when we left. Strange. Anyway, this is a great shopping mall in Santa Ana that has countless stores and I'll definitely be back. read more

This is a nice set of stores and a clean space. On our visit the parking situation was crazy with no spaces anywhere. It took nearly a half hour of my hubby circling the parking lot to find a space (he's a saint for letting me shop while he drove in circles). I'm not sure if that's typical or not, but had I been alone, they'd have lost out on any of my purchases that day. read more

The Outlets of Orange is located across the street from the Family Court & UC Irvine Medical Center. There are lots of good food options that I go eat at such as The Saddle Ranch, BJ's, TGIF, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Market Broiler & Corner Bakery. I come here mainly for Banana Republic to purchase my professional clothing for work & presentations. I don't have time to window shop because parking can be hectic sometimes. They do have many stores that you can browse if that's your thing! I make time to shop when I need something. I visited Saks Fifth Ave, Nordstrom Rack, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor & Loft for my professional work clothing. I'm always able to find something in my size on sale or clearance. I appreciate this because I have to deliver at least one presentation a week & I like to dress in themes without putting a big dent in my pocket. I've also found great deals from Forever 21, Victoria's Secret & Pink, DKNY, Windsor & Gap for all other occasions. My family has a new addiction for shopping at the Adidas Store because I get an extra 20% off with my military ID so everything is even more reasonably affordable for me to style my kids. Adidas is one of the few store who offers 20% discounts. Most other stores only offer 10% like my next favorites: Under Armour, Vans & Banana Republic. I recommend The Outlets of Orange to everyone who likes deals. Nearly everything is discounted because it's the outlets but you'll find extra sales & clearance everyday on top of their daily low prices. Again; the only con is that parking because it's almost always packed on the weekends. I try to go midday during the weekdays. Service has been overall good at most of the places I visited. read more
