Third, they're hella quick. Online orders especially. It's nice that you can use the app and add a pick-up time and it'll be ready on the dot. And if you ordered a hot sandwich, it'll still be hot, and the bread won't be soggy. And for this location to have only been open for a few weeks now, I'm surprised they are actually as good as they are. I know they've pulled workers from their other locations, but still. A lot of the time it takes a while to work through the kinks, training, food preparation. Not this one. They are already doing everything right. Top notch! And again, bc it's so new, the place is immaculate. So clean. But I have a feeling as it gets older, that it's still going to look clean. They seem to be a "quality based" company instead of a "quantity based." Which I can appreciate bc my parents are small business owners, and we pride ourselves on quality service and products too. My wife went with the Chili Cheese Burger and potato wedges, and she gave it a big thumbs-up. And since it's a diner, I had to finish with a slice of Coconut Cream Pie. I'm also really a fan of the mushrueben- which is a Vegan option made with portobello mushrooms. Super unique, and man is it good. I also love that little platter of pickles and green tomatoes they give you here. So great to just snack on them or add them to your sandwich. They give you plenty to do both. You'll pay a bit more here than an average sandwich shop, but the food quality, nice dining room and friendly service make it all worth it. We visited for lunch on Friday and there was a long line but it moved very quickly and we were able to find a seat with no problems. Outside there was a live musician performing and it was mainly covered. Of course we had to try the Vulcan sandwich (they're known for it) and we also tried a baked potato and another sandwich. We were SO impressed! When they came out, they looked like regular sandwiches but surpassed our expectations with the fresh and delicious flavors. Love this local, casual sandwich spot and would enjoy bringing friends back here.

Mine lacked a good amount of meat and my friend's soup had a hair in it. I'm not sure will be coming back to this location specifically but will continue to support McAlisters Deli.
