This restaurant is a little hidden gem in Juno Beach that I'm glad we found. We walked in 30 minutes before closing on Monday night and they welcomed us like we were the first customers at opening. The service was fabulous and it felt like a small town, family spot. I ordered the fried calamari and shrimp tacos. The sauce on the tacos was so delicious that I could've eaten it by itself. The calamari was really good too but could've used just a tad more salt for me. My daughter had a cheese burger with waffle fries. She said that it was cooked perfectly and tasted like one "grandmother" cooked. All in all, this place is one that I've visit over and over again. And apparently they have a great breakfast. Just popped into town for a dr apt and found the best place to eat!! Me and my husband had their calamari and it was amazing! Hubby had the French dip sandwich and said it was the best he has ever had which is an extremely high standard for him!! And I had the blackened mahi tacos and they were so delicious too! The waitress Sharyn was so sweet, friendly, and helpful when recommending. We didn't wait long for the food to be ready and the vibe was just a cozy place. Loved this restaurant!!! Not impressed. They had no gluten free bread and the meals were not impressive. My friend ordered the flatbread and was not able to eat it, it was dry and thinner than a cracker. The resteraunt is quintessentialy Florida. The service is prompt and friendly. It's not overly fancy but very presentable with indoor and outdoor seating. It is usually easy to get a seat here except during brunch. Desserts are very good especially the orange cake as are the appetizers. The dinner entrees are also excrement especially their fish choices. I don't think the lunch sandwiches are of the same caliber as their entrees, apps and desserts but they are still good. I think they use some odd spices like caraway in the sandwiches. Net net a great place and I highly recommend especially for dinner and brunch read more

I'm a big breakfast/brunch fan, so I'm picky about places to frequent. Hurricane Cafe is one of the best we've dined at since we moved to Florida. Their homemade corned beef hash, made with chunks of corned beef, onion and red pepper is exceptional. There is a nice balance of meat, potatoes and veggies. I always have it served with eggs over easy on top. The rest of the breakfast menu is broad and deep - the omelettes are always well stuffed with fillings, the pancakes fluffy and filling (a really big portion as well) and even their yoghurt fruit parfait fresh and sweet. The coffee is always really hot - but not scorched. They offer a nice selection of brunch drinks. The service is always good, prompt and friendly. One word of caution: Their menu switches to a lunch menu at 11 am, and most of the breakfast dishes are no longer available. That's unfortunate, since the lunch offerings are ok, but "nothing to write home about." read more

This is a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch while in Juno. The food quality is middle of the road but the service is always great, as they seat you as soon as they can. My fiance and I brought our dog here, sat outside and had some brunch with mimosas, everything was great. They did unlimited mimosas for $20, and the orange juice is really good. We did their bang bang shimp eggs benedict - it was really tasty and very filling, lots of flavor. The sauce was really good, and it came with a lot of shrimp! I did the fried green tomato benedict, delicious! Each breakfast comes with a side too, so we did fruit and cheesy grits. The waitress was really nice and kept bringing the mimosas. We'll definitely be back. It was the perfect place to have a nice, and relaxing weekend brunch! So far NOT so good. We came with our dog and for a Saturday morning were seated outside rather quickly. It is/was a chilly overcast morning but all outdoor tables were occupied. My first message of this post - if you are a short guy in a white turbo Porsche with a license plate frame that says Sports Med you are a complete idiot. Why would you sit in your parked car (backed in) blowing exhaust at people dining for 20. Yes 20 minutes before you exit your car. You are inconsiderate and rude. When all seated diners clap when you finally turn off the car and get out you should be embarrassed. On to second gripe.... we were seated quickly. That should not be interpreted as anything..... we did not see a waitress for 30 minutes. I suspect she was waiting for the guy to turn his car off. She apologized and said no one told her this table had been seated. Needless to say, she is hurried. In her 2 minute visit she let us know it was not her fault, took our complete order, told us she could not touch "dog water" and left. Now we wait again. Our Belgian hot chocolate arrived. It is the worst cocoa I have had in a while. It is definitely water based. Perhaps I am confused by "Belgian", perhaps that means awful. So now we wait again .... Fast forward and our food arrives. My chicken, eggs and biscuits are room temperature. My daughters food is hot. Perhaps mine sat for a while.. So going home to microwave my breakfast. Erika did a drive by to another table and I managed to get a book. Now waiting on the check .. so far 1 hour and 44 minutes here.. 3 minutes of attention for our waitress.. grrr read more

Arrived for a late breakfast and the wait was a short 10 minute to site outside because, you guessed it, we had the pups ! The exterior tables were really nice and well spaced apart which was nice for privacy. The food was excellent I highly recommend the shrimp and grits. We also had the lobster quiche which I forgot to get a photo of... oops but it was very good as well. They offer wine selection cocktails and we ordered mimosas where they bring the OJ on the side which is an awesome touch because I don't like a lot of OJ , also the OJ tasted fresh squeezed . We always head to Hurricane Cafe whenever family is in town for a brunch. I usually get a BLT with egg, which is loaded with bacon and has two eggs done the way you like it. Paired with a cup of oatmeal(one of the offered side dishes), it satisfies in every way possible! I've had the omelets, the corned beef hash(two kinds are offered but be sure to get the one with the large chunks of corned beef), and most everything else and you can't go wrong with any of it! The Hurricane is a longtime favorite. I went with a friend at the beak of spring break and it was a busy place. We had good service in a timely manner. Our food arrived nicely plated but my sandwich wasn't as good as I had remembered the same order on prior years. Perhaps I now prefer less breading ( in this case encrusted in corn flakes) and more fish. It was still good but not 5* . I'll be trying it again and will update with my next visit. The service, portions, and ambience (good, not-too-loud music) were perfect. We were there on a Thursday evening with just a few other occupied tables. We all enjoyed our meals and though they ran out of the beer we wanted, we had no complaints. And they bring bread to the table, free of charge. This visit we had the pleasure of meeting Tucker and he did not cease to amaze. He made great conversation, showed excellent service and went above and beyond in making us a frozen coffee.
