Happy Birthday Angie - 2026 one for the books! We bought several bottles! Hot Mess Night!
    Nessa R.

In our 20s, we bought bottles because it felt glamorous. In our 40s, we buy bottles because we are glamorous. Same crew. Same tradition. Just more successful and a softer life at The Park at 14th. Ambiance matters. And Marc? He's been curating the city's vibe for years. And us? We'll forever be his bottle girls, not hosting, not carrying, just the boss women buying them like back in the day. Boss women unite at least once a year because every girl group deserves a night where you vow the next day to never drink again! LOL Birthdays, we must celebrate and celebrate BIG! Highly recommend The Park as it is a staple for D.C. Marc, thanks for putting up with us, we will forever close your place down and keep the vibes going. Love, love, love! Must try! Brunch on the weekend is always a vibe! Night life is great too!

Wow what can I say? I have visited Park a few times in the past for events, but noticed that it's become very popular lately and can be very hard to get into after a certain point in time. My sister had made dinner reservations for a group of friends and I to celebrate my birthday and bachelorette this past Saturday night, and my oh my, did Park excel in their service and treat us exceptionally!!. I don't even know where to begin, but the manager offered us complimentary champagne and then coordinated it so all of us could sit together in one section because we were originally split into 3 tables. Then, the waiters gave us a complimentary entree of the jerk plate, complimentary dessert, and accommodated everyone at the table who had specific requests. They brought out the happy birthday sign and really treated us so well. I understand it was my birthday, but I truly didn't expect all of that. I was very impressed and thank them profusely for their kindness and making my birthday and bachelorette very special for me and my friends.

The food is good and the service is efficient. If you're looking for a lively place to have drinks and mimosas with friends, I would recommend!

I went back here on Friday for Happy Hour, and we were the first ones there when they opened. We were greeted by the manager and staff and seated right away. Shortly after, Chris came over, introduced himself, and he was such a pleasure to have as our server. He started us off with drinks we enjoyed, and we had a great time chatting with him. We told him we were celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week and a graduation this weekend. We sampled the crab soup, and it was a major hit -- so good that we ended up ordering two cups! Chris also recommended the apple crisp dessert and OMG... it was absolutely delicious. We left with smiles, full tummies, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend asking for Chris when you visit. We'll definitely be back!

Park is our spot but today was the best service I've gotten for brunch! Nicole was so sweet and amazing and the vibes, food, and drinks were amazing as always!! I would want Nicole to be our server every time for brunch. I truly had no notes for this visit.

You honestly can't go wrong with a Park experience. I particularly enjoy their happy hour and dinner. But every now and again, I throughly enjoy their brunch. The Mac and cheese is a fan favorite and the jerk wings are always delicious! Drinks are going to be nice and strong and the music is always a good vibe. Check them out!

Oh my!! I don't know where to start. The atmosphere was fire! Plenty of beautiful black people having a wonderful Sunday evening. Service is top notch. I was not expecting to enjoy everything on the plate. The Lord truly blessed the hand that prepared it! Hat's off to the chef. Let me not forget our fantastic server Ms. T Drop in you'll enjoy every moment

The Park does birthdays right. For the last two years, I've celebrated my birthday there for brunch, and each time has been an amazing experience. They were able to accommodate my large party with ease. The mimosas were flowing, the brunch plates were full (and plentiful), and overall the service was attentive and seamless. When it was time to celebrate me as the main event, they truly delivered -- dessert, shots, marquee signs -- the whole moment. I felt like a star. Definitely main character energy. I always enjoy my experiences at Park, and honestly, I may be back again next year for a three-peat birthday celebration. It's always a great time.

First time at the park and it definitely didn't disappoint. The service was TOP TIER!! Always checking in on us making sure we were catered too and we had a large group of 12 people and to top it off the food was DELICIOUS!! Every bite had flavor and great seasoning. It was a total package! Great energy all around and music to top off the vibes. Definitely a place I would recommend when you come to visit DC!

    Christine R.

They had the best happy hour and the food, drinks and vibe was definitely on point. Since when you see items on a happy hour menu for $5 bucks and it's worth every penny and more. My daughter kept bragging about their Park Salad and how good and tasty it was. I was really impressed with my sweet chili wings and daily punch. My niece fell in love with the bang bang shrimp. The only downside is Happy Hour is only Thursday and Friday. Another plus is all the attractive people of all ages vibing in one location. The staff was very great and everyone was stunning, and nice looking, men and women. This was an awesome choice, music was great, food and drinks were on point and great for people watching.

    Elba Adriana C.

Service was phenomenal from host to server. Food - pretty good all around. What most impressed me of The Park were the vibes. The vibes, music, and ambiance really made it stand out and is what had us say "we definitely have to come back"

Is there a dress code for brunch? Can I wear Jordan's and a hat

I just checked out their website to confirm, it's probably best to dress up for brunch! It's such a warm, elegant environment that most people dress up. Online, Park mentions wanting their guests to be comfortable but does not encourage wearing of…

How is the parking situation? Valet? Parking garage nearby? Thanks!

Street parking and several garages near by. You can also valet at local hotels and walk over

Is dancing all hours and everyday or just on certain days of the week and times?

Certain days of the week and times. Only Thurs - Sunday. Thursday and Friday they open 5pm -until (depends on the vibe they can go all night) Saturday and Sunday they open at 11am cause you can also do brunch and closing time is until as well. But…

What's the difference between the Saturday brunch day party and the Sunday Brunch THEN day party? Which is more fun?

The only difference is the type of crowd but the Sunday Brunch then day party is way more fun then Saturday.

Is there an entrance fee? If so, how much?

There is generally no cover before 11pm from my experiences there for club nights after that there may be a $20 cover to get in on Friday and Saturday nights. They usually have free rsvp tickets for all their events via Eventbrite which grant you…

What's the cost of their Sunday brunch buffet?

She was most likely on auto pilot and appeared embarrassed when she realized it. I politely smiled and said (confidently), table for 1. We solo diners need to be loud and proud! I digress... Before being seated I found the restroom. I found it odd that it was extremely dim. The main dining room was brighter than the restroom! I also saw the Photo Booth. Interesting addition. $5 for pictures. I was seated at a small round table with two chairs by the window. The restaurant was plenty busy, and I'm just glad I wasn't asked if I wanted to sit at the bar (I didn't). My server Noel brought two bottles of water: still and sparkling. I requested lemon slices, which he brought. And I proceeded to finish the entire bottle of sparkling by the end of the meal...guess I was thirsty! But I appreciated the option of both. I forgot to ask for a straw, but saw them in a container at the register right behind my table, so I got one myself. After ordering I noticed a nearby table had some bread so I asked Noel if they served complimentary bread. He said yes and apologized for not bringing it initially. Not that I needed it, but I don't eat bread with butter often and this was a night out to indulge a bit. There were two slices, nothing special. My food arrived within about 10-15 minutes and looked so scrumptious. I ordered the lamb and short rib meatballs and Brussels sprouts. The meatballs were pretty good, but what made them even better was the tzatziki sauce. I didn't realize the green rice was on one side of the plate until I was almost done. That tzatziki sauce was really all I needed to go with the meatballs. It was cool and creamy to go with the dry, meatiness of the meatballs. I honestly wish there had been more of it! I did not finish the rice, which didn't look super appetizing because of the intense green color. I will say though, I'm not a fan of spicy food but the tzatziki had a kick. I think perhaps due to chopped jalapeños. I tried to avoid them once I realized. The Brussels were delicious! Roasted to perfection, not too charred and not too mushy. I requested the green goddess sauce on the side because I'm not a huge sauce person, but once I tried it, I couldn't stop. Again, the combination of the creaminess of the sauce with the flakiness of the Brussels was a genius pairing. During the meal the beverage manager stopped by. I didn't have any drinks with the meal, but perhaps I will return to see what they have. Noel brought the bill at my request, then brought over the portable device so I could pay at the table. While that process is efficient, it's always awkward leaving a tip when the server is standing right there. Anyhow, overall it was a good experience and a delicious meal!

Before getting to the food, I'll first rate the interior excellent. It's big and open, and has a modern yet rustic design, which makes it an excellent atmosphere. They had an impressive list of wines and cocktails, but the draft beer selection was limited. Could use a bit more variety on tap, but I enjoyed the Imperial IPA nonetheless. As for the food; all of it was on the pricey sized given the quality and quantity served, but the salmon collar was by far my favorite -- followed by the chicken, although the chicken was a bit less meaty than I expected. The gem salad, the carrots and the steak fries were all very "meh," and the bisques seemed like small ciabatta buns rather than actual biscuits. All that aside, the biggest disappointment was unfortunately the ax ribeye - it wasn't cooked properly (despite asking for med-rate, depending on the bite, it ranged from medium to very rare), and it was really stringy and fatty - a major disappointment for a steakhouse. Deserts were delicious, I really enjoyed the ice cream cake and thought the peanut butter pie was good. Service was great, prompt and friendly. So I definitely wouldn't recommend this place as a statehouse based on my experience, but would consider coming for the salmon.

The music venue is located below the Hamilton, a storied dining experience in the 600 block of 14th Street in D.C. Doors would open at 6:30 p.m. for a performance that would begin, right on time, at 8 p.m. I travel alone, and prefer not to join tables, opting instead to sit where single seats are available. The Hamilton - Live offers both: most of the seating is in groups of 4- or 6-seat benches where groups gather, and there are rows of single seats on a slight rise above the forward seating, offering a great view of the stage and the screens above the stage. I arrived around 7 p.m. Within minutes Marie greeted me with a menu and instructions to post a card on a holder at my place, signaling her to stop by to take my order. The menu was eclectic, with sushi, pizza, tacos, salads, wings, cheeseburger sliders, and nachos. There are robust vegetarian and gluten-free selections, and a fully licensed bar. I placed the card in the holder at my seat and Marie returned to take my order: sushi - shrimp tempura ($14), with a can of Nutrl Pineapple ($8) and a double G&T ($23.18). The crowd was gathering, and the attending wait staff were moving with speed, filling orders. My meal arrived in great shape about 15 minutes after I placed the order. Nicely executed sushi! Sound quality in the venue is great, and the restroom was clean and well lit. And as the catalogues of both the Dead and Steely Dan inspire dancing, the dance floor was filled right from the start. The band's vibe was low key and spontaneous, with lots of smiling on the dance floor. Total with a 22% tip was $79 (which included a white Russian nightcap). Reasonable fare for the DMV. I'll be looking for dinner somewhere else tomorrow night.
