Do not book with this company lord! To drop Us off they left us at the airport to take a train instead of dropping us off at the airport terminal its self. We had to wait for the guy to finish his 15 min conversation before he took us. When we came back from our trip we called them to let them know we are here and ready to be picked up he said he would get to us in 20 mins we had to wait 1 hour and constantly call them. I just used this airport long term parking lot when I flew from JFK. The price online via the airport parking finder website. I recommend going directly to their website if your vehicle is an SUV (any size) there is a different price. They offer free 24hr shuttle service, which I might add was on time for our 3AM pick up. I gave them 4 stars because the shuttle bus needs to be cleaned inside. read more

I had to call multiple times for them to answer, they hung up on me, very rude & unprofessional. when they finally arrived, everyone else was picked up first who wasn't waiting long, and they refused to ensure that there was enough space for my family despite telling them multiple times. Be very careful before booking with Parking Point JFK Lot 2. I had one of the worst experiences ever and feel it's important to warn others. I paid $260 for 10 days, expecting a smooth, reliable service. Instead, the shuttle driver dropped us off at the AirTrain without any explanation -- not even at our terminal. I was traveling with my family, including my child who has special needs and limited mobility. We had to walk up and down stairs, dragging our luggage and helping my son the whole way. The stress and delay were so bad, we almost missed our flight. On our return, things got even worse. I called for pickup at 10:00 PM from Federal Circle. They didn't arrive until 11:45 PM -- almost two hours later. I kept calling, and they kept saying "he's on the way." Just ridiculous. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn't care. For the price and the treatment we received, this lot is an absolute disaster. Please don't make the same mistake -- avoid this place at all costs. read more

Do not park here. I mistakenly booked this thinking it was the parking spot. I was forced to pay 7 more per day because I have a suv. I had to take an uber to and from which is less than 20 a ride. The parking lot is in the middle of trucking/industrial. No security at the gates. On arrival I see several cars parked in a row on and running for me to pick up. Nice yes, but no one was around to verify your car/ticket. Walked into the trailer to let them know and this black lady eyeballs me with no smile when I went in to let them know I got my car. They called me half hour later to ask me if I got my car. I'm never parking at this place again!!! Avoid this location at all costs. FYI the lot is full of holes in the ground and previous posts have said they got the car back with a flat tire. The holes are pretty deep and you can't see it in the dark. Very rude I will never park here again and I don't recommend them to anyone. Shuttle was dirty and driver (younger guy) had a bad attitude! The lot is not secured, and cars just parked anywhere. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!! I know the low price seems tempting, but please don't fall for it. The positive reviews must be fake. I watched them scam three other families -- and we were all stuck on the same shuttle from hell, panicking about missing our flights. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to leave because they were loudly arguing with another family over surprise charges. Then, instead of sending a second van, they overpacked the vehicle, forcing a full-grown, adult-sized male to sit on another passenger's lap just to cram everyone in. It was unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The shuttle itself was filthy -- the seats were ripped, cut open, and covered in grime. You don't want to sit down, let alone put your bag on the floor. The whole ride felt like a biohazard. Their sketchy, run-down lot looks like something out of a post-apocalyptic movie. Once you arrive, they charge more than what was quoted, and by that point, they know you have no time to back out. The staff are rude, aggressive, and totally indifferent to the stress and confusion they're creating. And worst of all ...wait for it... they don't even take you all the way to the airport. They drop you at some off-site location and tell you to figure it out on your own using the airport train. No signage, no help, no apology. When I returned, things somehow got even worse. They had left my car window down -- and I absolutely did not leave it that way. It had clearly rained hard while I was away (deep puddles everywhere in the lot), so my entire interior was soaked and smelled terrible. It was disgusting and totally avoidable. Also they put a huge dent in my back bumper. This was the worst travel experience of my life, hands down. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dishonest, dirty, disorganized, and dangerous. I will give this establishment 0 stars. Nasty and rude people running the place. My car had absolutely no damage when I dropped it off. It was dark and rainy when I picked it up ( my car) . As I drove it out of the lot, I noted the blind spot detector was not working. I at first attributed it to the dirt that accumulated from there filthy lot that obscured the sensors on the bumper. At first light, I noticed a significant crimp in my bumper. Now begins my insurance battle. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICE. Lo and behold, I get there and they charge me an "suv" fee. Why suvs pay more is crazy to me. And that pretty much doubled the fee. If I knew what the real price would be, I would not have used them. So NYC has a snow storm and I end up getting there late and they charge me a late fee which also had an suv tax on it pretty much tripling my original cost. Parked here for an internation flight. I paid for parking online and when I got to the location, they decided to charge me an additional $25 cash on arrival. The excuse was my car is "oversize". It is not. I drive a Murano but I had a flight to catch so I paid. I also had to pay for an Uber to the airport for $21.98 because I would have had to wait more than 30 minutes for the shuttle. On my return, I had to wait an hour to be picked up and when I leave the lot, my car was hit by another car because they just leave cars anywhere. You have to take the Airtrain from there. Cost: they don't tell you hidden costs up front. I have to pay an extra $7/day for my minivan. We just dropped off our vehicle and will see what happens when we get back ‍. Not advertised on their website that parking is an additional $7/day plus credit card fee for small SUVs and up. So the cheap price is maybe still a little less than anywhere else, but the bait and switch is reflected in this review. Area is warehouses, not residential, not well-lit, close to airport. Drop off was fast maybe 10min. But then need to take the free JFK Airtrain- estimate 10-20min depending on terminal. Pickup procedure seems like it could be confusing, so I'll update if something happens. Edited to add our car was alive when we returned! Pickup was also quick after taking the AirTrain. Gave an extra star for the quick procedure and our car was fine, but I really hate the dishonesty with charging one price online then adding a bunch of undisclosed fees at drop off when you obviously don't have a choice but to pay what they ask. read more

(1) Be aware that for JFK they drop off and pick up at the Federal Circle stop on the Air Train. From there, you must take yourself and your luggage to your departure terminal via the Air Train. This adds extra time to departure planning. I did not see this mentioned on their website. In fact, the website states: "Superior Guest Service. We consider every traveler to be our guest and treats each vehicle as if it were our own. We're ready to assist from the time you pull into our lot until we unload your luggage at the terminal." Note that it states, "at the terminal." (2) Their website states: "Rapid Shuttle Transport. No long waits for pick-up and drop-off with on-demand service. Travel smarter and in comfort aboard the newest fleet of shuttle vans at Newark & JFK!" I had just a short 5-7-minute wait for my drop-off ride to Federal Circle station (a surprise as I was expecting to be dropped off at the terminal). The shuttle van was old looking but serviceable. After my return flight, I waited about 35-40 minutes for pick up at Federal Circle station. When the van arrived, a mass of people mobbed the van seeking to board. Some said they had waited over an hour. The temperature was 50 degrees with a breeze, so it felt cold. The van had room for only about one third of those seeking to board, leaving the rest to wait for the next vans. I took an Uber to the parking lot to get my car. The lot attendant said that two vans were then on the way to Federal Circle. He said that too many travelers had arrived at Federal Circle to accommodate with timely pickup. Was this a case of poor planning by The Parking Point? Customers are required to provide anticipated time of arrival for pickup on their paperwork. Customers are provided two phone numbers to call when they are ready for pickup. I called both numbers. Neither call was answered, I was transferred to voice mail to leave a message. Both voice mailboxes were full and could not take messages. The answering system then stated that I could leave an SMS message, but it accepted only my cell number. It is difficult to understand how The Parking Point personnel can determine how many vans to dispatch to accommodate the number of people waiting for pickup when customers are unable to let them know they are waiting for pickup. (3) There is a dip in the pavement at the exit, which is not well lit and unguarded, and the front underbody of my car scraped the roadway as I drove over the dip. (4) The website states: "LOW Daily Rate w/ No Hidden Fees." But the website also does list additional fees for SUVs depending on size. It is questionable why they do not include this added fee (or at least note it) at the time of online booking even though they ask for the type of vehicle (sedan, SUV, van, truck). read more

I get out to check my car and I have a flat tire. I took video & photos of my car when I dropped it off! I Asked the guy (Tani) for assistance and he ignored me then told me to come back at 2pm to talk to a manager, it was 11am. I live in New Jersey, no way I can drive back home like this. Now I will have to come out of pocket even more! Read the fine print they are fraudulently price gouging with disclaimers printed & stapled to the walls everywhere inside the mobile trailer and will charged you extras for every thing you can think of! If you're going to pay $500 to park your car for 15 days there are way better, nicer, cleaner options! Also, the rude ignorant young guy at the front desk who I have on video ignoring me for minutes as I advise I have a flat tire, refused to give me his name but smiled for the photo! His name is *Tani Lastly I asked for an itemized receipt of the $263 additional charges and they refused. UPDATE: another gentleman came and provided and air pump for my tire. This was my first time using this parking location. I booked on an app and had a huge discount for my 8 day stay. The place was about half the stay of any other local spots. They do charge $7 extra for small Suvs $10 for larger vehicles, but it was still significantly cheaper than other area airport parking. The place looks sketchy, but it's more of a commercial trucking area, not unsafe. Someone always seems to be on sight. The shuttle was really quick. And best of all my car seems to have no issues after having stayed there for 8 days. Will definitely use it again if flying out of JFK Airport. read more

I have used this parking lot a few times and the last time was the worst experience. We got to the parking lot at 4:45am and had to wait over a half hour for a shuttle then to find out the shuttle doesn't not drop you off at the terminal but at the AirTran. This is not ideal for someone who has luggage and a five year old. They didn't provide any notice of the AirTran until we were already at the parking lot and we already paid. The. I return to pick up my car and one of my tires has a flat. They cause the flat and all they said was yeah sorry you can take your car to the flat tire. No reimbursement, no empathy. This lot is a total rip-off! I pre-paid 8 days of parking at a reasonable rate and when I arrived at the lot was told I would have to pay an extra $5.00/day for an SUV. I don't have an SUV and know for sure that my car does not take up more than 1 parking space. When I complained, I was told they basically charge the extra $5 for any car that parks in this lot. For 2 days additional parking they billed over $60. $20 a day fine because of additional days, regular parking fee and the small SUV fee. Absolutely disgraceful. Enter at your own risk!!! This place felt unsafe, but at this point I had no choice so I went with it. Once I arrived at 4 a.m. the shuttle was there but just left without us. I had to go back in the sketchy trailer and complete more paper work even though I already did it all on line. I made sure to take pictures of my car in the lot just in case anything would happen to it. Once I completed the paper work again, they told me to sit in my car and to wait at least 30 minutes for the next shuttle. Once the shuttle arrived it drops you off at the Federal Circle not the terminal and you have to take an AirTran over to your terminal. Make sure you allow yourself more time not to miss your flight. All in all, they are just rude. Would have been happy to tip them, but at this point what for...... When I returned from my flight a week later, I called them to let them know I arrived at the Federal Circle and they said someone will be there in 5 minutes. No one showed up so they called me back and said that one of the shuttles just left and will have to wait 30 minutes for the next one. I was there all the time and there was no shuttle that just left like they said. When we arrived at our lot, one of the attendants getting our car was fighting with the other guys in the trailer over trying to find our key fab. When they finally found my keys and ticket, they brought me the wrong car! I mentioned to the attendant that this isn't my car and he thought it was the funniest thing and said, OMG the look on your face was so funny, which I preceded to tell him at this point at 6:00 a.m. didn't think it was so funny and I am glad you found it so funny at my expense. Please just find my car! Once they finally located my car, I took a walk around my car to make sure it wasn't damaged and he proceeded to inform me that my car is not that fancy..... well that really ruffled my feathers and I proceeded to inform him how dare he to tell me if my car is good enough. Would rate it less than one star if I could. The lot is dirty with trash under and around the trailer. It just feels unsafe. I had to call when I arrived as no one was there. The guy that answered was pretty rude. The shuttle was NOT new or state of the art as they say. I questioning if he even had a license by his driving. They don't tell you ahead of time but the shuttle doesn't even go to the termimal, they drop you off at the AirTran so that adds extra unexpected time. Not sure what they expect a tip for as I had load and upload my own suitcase. Trying to hold on to it as it rolled around the van. Upon my return I had to call three times for the shuttle. They kept saying it was coming in x amount of time. Finally got picked up after 35 min of waiting in the cold at 5am. My car was pulled out in the lot with the lights on for who knows how long. Paid upfront for 8 days/nights- but then at 3:30 AM upon arrival I am told you have an SUV (doesn't just about everybody) and we charge more....didn't you see page 3 of our website in the fine print.....everyone who goes there get's caught in this and has to pay more on the spot. 2nd, the location is difficult to find on GPS and it is located in a very industrial, truck filled zone....the trucks often block the roads around to get in and out of it. I was very nervous looking at the lot itself, it looks like a junk yard not a parking lot- no one came out to meet me when I arrived, there is no "signage saying Parking Point JFK.....so here is the bottom line (to the owner of this lot)...while your rates are relatively low there are a lot of negatives and surprises that also go with the low rates,....put up some lights, some signage, have someone "greet" you when you arrive there, especially if it's the middle of the night.....just raise your rates and make it straightforward for all SUV owners which is just about everyone going on a trip out of JFK...when you do all that you may be worth the experience read more
