First and foremost.. Helena is an amazing woman. It started with a phone call at 12 pm, the day before Valentine's Day. I had no idea she would be so busy so I decided to give her a call. You could hear customers talking in the background but Helena's voice stayed happy and calm. She was honest with me and told me that it might be a little busy but she would be happy to help me. I didn't get off of work until 9 pm and she told me to just call her and head to the shop. Keep in mind she closes at 7 pm. I was amazed and thought it too good to be true.
