Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered looked noticeably different from what was advertised online and contained dead and wilted flowers, despite being brought inside immediately into an air-conditioned home. When we raised the issue, Royal Florist focused on saying they followed the "recipe" and provided the required quantity of flowers, but failed to acknowledge the lack of quality, attention to detail, and resemblance to the arrangement pictured online. They also stated the flowers had arrived fresh the night before. If wilted flowers were received from their vendor, however, they should not have been used in a $189.99 arrangement. They also pointed out that Royal Florist does not receive the full $189.99 paid to FlowerShopping.com. While I understand that, Royal Florist was still entrusted with fulfilling the order and delivering a quality arrangement. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with how both Royal Florist and FlowerShopping.com handled the complaint. Rather than taking accountability or offering a reasonable resolution, it felt like they prioritized protecting their profit over making things right for the customer.

If you're not familiar with this style, each rose is individually wrapped making the bouquet look very big and lush. She also offered to glitter the roses. She was very good at guiding me and offering different styles and colors. I wasn't too picky, it was right after mother's day and I was ordering to pick up less than 24 hour turnaround, but she was so accommodating. She offered wrapping related to the event. Also, the HK style must slightly preserve the roses, she said that bouquet would be good for weeks - I was also doing another regular bouquet and just let her know I wanted something pretty and fresh looking. She offered various color schemes. When I picked it up day of, she offered to put a small balloon in the bouquet that matched the theme of the event - I let her know we would be out and about for a long time and worried the flowers would dry out but she arranged the flowers in floral foam and then wrapped it all in waterproof wrapping.
