Mind you, it's not the same location where Wild Bill Hickock was killed (that's across the street at the Old Saloon No 10). We arrived without reservations (they are on Open Table). We were informed that only one waitress was working the whole restaurant but that there were plenty of tables. Thankfully, there were only 4 other tables with customers, so we took our chances. They have a kids menu and quite the list of mocktails. The kids were in heaven and would have happily returned every day for dinner. I had the bison tortelloni. It was a bison steak with cheese tortelloni. It was fine but not remarkable. My husband had the steak frites. His steak was a little fibrous, not a great cut, and certainly not similar to steak frites that I've had in France! I had the recommended red wine, and it was fine. My husband had a local IPA, and he really enjoyed it. Our waitress was very nice and managed the restaurant well for being the only one there. The kids loved their mocktails and liked being able to walk around. Mind you, a lot of pictures are of the historic brothel prostitutes, but they were covered up enough, and thankfully, no one asked me any difficult questions!

I'm used to much better service at this particular chain. When we opened our bag, we realized that we hadn't been given the salad for one of our entrees and we were only given one set of utensils. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert so I'm not sure what the issue is with the staff here, but it wasn't worth us driving back for, especially just to have to deal with miserable employees. This was the worst experience I've EVER had with Olive Garden.. I called the manager. She apologized and will speak the waitress. She told me she would email a $15 gift card.
