For a place sourcing 31-day aged Alberta beef, I expected more from the steaks. So if you're deciding, skip the flat iron/ribeye and go for the short rib. That's the dish to order. I hade the pork chops and I'll say the plating presentation was good but the quality of the the chops not so much, now I've worked in the industry in the past so I usually give a wide birth when it comes to the doneness of my proteins. But these were over cooked or seemed to have been cooked from a frozen state because they were dry as an Alberta summer. Not to mention tough and for that reason is why I'm only giving a 3 out of 5.
