I hade the pork chops and I'll say the plating presentation was good but the quality of the the chops not so much, now I've worked in the industry in the past so I usually give a wide birth when it comes to the doneness of my proteins. But these were over cooked or seemed to have been cooked from a frozen state because they were dry as an Alberta summer. Not to mention tough and for that reason is why I'm only giving a 3 out of 5. It's a very clean, modern restaurant in a hotel with resort prices. That we expected. They charge for chips and salsa. That is wrong. The chips were stale and covered with Tajin, and the salsa while good, it was very small! The restaurant was run by Indians, which is fine, but the playing of Indian music in a Mexican restaurant was...weird and disconcerting. It's like the operators have never been to a Mexican restaurant.
