The worker was very nice and helpful. He welcomed us with a smile and thanked us for the support. We ordered the steak philly and fries and also a catfish dinner. I also picked a cake slice for dessert. The presentation was on point! Unfortunately the fries were just ok. They looked seasoned but wasn't. The Philly had too much mayo. The catfish was great. The yellow rice was meh. The cole slaw was good and the cake was so good. All in all, we would return and try something different.

There was only two people inside when we ordered. There were lots of people that came in while we waited for our food and picked up to go orders. First strike, we placed our order and was told they were out of crayfish for the grilled cheese, they were out of lamb and also out of water. We could see two bottled water in the cooler, but didnt push the issue when we were told they were out. I asked for ice tap water and was told they didn't have that. No biggie. We were going to eat in since it started raining but decided to do it take out, since we couldnt drink anything. Strike 2: the wait!!! The first time we came here was in 2024 when they were newly opened and remembered a wait then, but chalked it up to being a new establishment. We ordered at 7:11 and didnt get our order until 8:03. Strike 2 1/2 We realized at 741 that we were still waiting and inquired about hold time and was told 5-10 more minutes. Well it took more like another 20-25. At 8pm, my family decided if our order wasnt next, we would ask for a refund. Luckily, for them, we were next. Now the food: we ordered a perch dinner, a chicken rasta pasta and a Sweet chili Thai parm shrimp dish with fries. The rasta pasta was supposed to be spicy and was not at all. It was decent and rated a 7/10. The perch dinner and Thai dinner were both rated an 8/10 by my family. Be warned: Prices are increasing 4/13 per the signage. This is due to rising prices for food. I am uncertain if we will return, but if we do we will call ahead or order on an off day. I get that Saturdays are busy, but this area has too many restaurants for us to wait almost 1 hour for a fairly simple order. We did receive an apology that they were out of items we attempted to order. I feel like because they have a dining room, they should have drinks on hand. I dont know if they were short staffed in the kitchen or if they got slammed with online orders or a combination of the two. The dining area was clean and the televisions had closed caption so you could follow the action or any TV you chose.

They took our order & said it would be ready in about 45 minutes!! Longest wait I've ever had for some carry out! When every entree is served with Alfredo & then the rest of the meals is fries & fried chicken & shrimp, not to mention, no one else is in the lobby, I'm not sure why the wait was so long. Maybe they had a lot of online orders. Nevertheless, we left & came back in approximately 45 minutes. The lady at the front recognized my face, called me "sir," & handed me my food, & I was in-&-out in until 10 seconds. (Excellent customer service!) When we got home this is what our food looked like. It look GREAT!! Nicely fried, with cheese & parsley garnish for a wonderful presentation. Unfortunately, however, the chicken was super dry!! *Sad face.* that was probably either from over-cooking (that goes back to that 45 minutes!) or from sitting too long because our wait was overestimated. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, stayed calm, and offered to make the missing items for me -- which I appreciated but while speaking with him the cashier would interject with rude, condescending and callous remarks, trying to continue the argument. The cashier placed the bag on the counter and refused to even acknowledge me. He just stared away like I wasn't standing there. The manager saw this too, and ended up moving him to the back room and handing me the food himself. My little sister was also disrespected when she came in to pick up our initial order. He would say "I can't really help you" and would walk away to sit on his phone and put his feet up on the counter. How are you the cashier manning the counter and can't give someone their order?. He gave the same response to another lady as well. We usually go to the Lee's Seafood Boil in Solon. The food is amazing there and the customer service is some of the best I've ever had. While the one on Lee Rd is the exact opposite and they're extremely greasy in comparison. We will never be returning to the Lee Rd location and will forever stick with Lee's In Solon. Manager: 4/5 - respectful, professional, and made it right. Cashier: 0/5 - rude, dishonest, disrespectful, and completely out of line. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. No one deserves to be treated like that. I won't be coming back unless serious changes are made -- starting with that cashier.
