I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Miller and Nurse Honesty at PM Pediatrics. My son is neurodivergent and, for the last four years, he has not allowed anyone to come near him during medical visits without pushing them away. Today was the first time he let someone close and it was because of them. Dr. Miller and Nurse Honesty approached him with patience, love, and genuine care. They met him exactly where he was, honored his pace, and made him feel safe. They saw him, truly saw him and as a mom, I felt seen too. What could have been a stressful visit became one of the most positive experiences we've ever had in a medical setting. Their compassion and understanding made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for the way they cared for my child and for the way they cared for me in the process. If you're a parent of a neurodivergent child, this is the team you want. Last weekend, my grandson was sick and my daughter took him here. They said it was just allergies and gave him an inhaler and recommended allergy medicine. I took care of him the next day while my daughter went to work and it was obvious that this was much more than an allergy. My daughter left work and took him to his pediatrician who diagnosed him with a double ear infection, as well as fluid in one of his lungs. Started him on antibiotics and within 48 hours he was so much better! Shocked at the misdiagnosis poor grandson suffered an extra 24 hours needlessly. read more

We've been to this urgent care probably 6 times over the last few years. They always get us in quickly and take excellent care of our hurt or sick kids. They've helped us out from everything from stitches to potential appendicitis. Highly recommend! read more

Lots of folks seem to bring their kiddos here. I was visiting from out of town. All of the staff were really nice and attentive. I told them how skidish she was, and they brought her a lollipop and apple juice for the meds. They showed me how to use her inhaler at home. My 14 month old son had a very bad diaper rash, that I felt our regular pediatrician wasn't taking seriously. I finally decided to go get a second opinion, and I am soooo thankful I did. We went in during the evening on NYE, and thankfully only waited about 15 minutes or so. There were definitely some sick babies in there, and that made me nervous since we were just there for diaper rash. The doctor that we saw did not think my son had a yeast diaper rash, but wanted the nurse to take a look. She came in and said she was 100% sure it was caused by yeast. She had some great tips for us in regards to probiotics, and was very knowledgeable. Even though the doctor wasn't sure it was yeast, he listened to the nurse and wrote us a prescription for a topical and an oral medication. Within days the rash was clearing up after weeks of him being in pain and itching. So thankful that they were able to help! I'm also so grateful to know this urgent care is the same copay as our regular doctor in case we ever need to use them again. read more

Easy to book an appointment online relatively quick in and out. Over the last 6 months I've brought my daughter 3 times and service has gone downhill. I brought my daughter in at 8:00 pm one night with 104 fever tugging her ear and inconsolable. I knew it was an ear infection. The doctor we saw said no no ear infection just a virus keep rotating Tylenol and Morton. After 24 hours and fever still continued I tried getting into our regular pediatrician, with it being sick season, they didn't have an appointment until the following day. So I went back to pm. The same doctor saw us again and said oh she has an ear infection and gave her amoxicillin. After 4 days of being inconsolable and no real improvement after almost 48 hours on antibiotics I brought her to our regular pediatrician. Turned out she had a double ear infection and was prescribed an antibiotic not strong enough to tackle a infection this severe. I'm extremely disappointed in pm. The faculty was clean and people were friendly but the doctor was not knowledgeable at all. read more

Was in town from GA and unfortunately found myself in need of an urgent care for my daughter. The doctor that we saw was kind and thorough. She asked lots of questions about my daughter's history to make sure she understood her completely. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm thrilled to know that when we are in town visiting in the future we've got somewhere to go if needed. Somewhere we trust. That is such a big deal for me as a mom! read more

After my daughter had been battling a high fever for a few days (among other symptoms), I decided to take her to the nearest urgent care that was covered by our insurance. Just so happened that it was a pediatric urgent care, which is nice to have near us when it would be a long wait to see our regular pediatric doctor. The office was clean and appeared to be newly painted. We got there right as they were opening for the day. There were two other patients ahead of us. My daughter was a new patient, so we filled out the necessary paperwork. Office staff was friendly. Overall, we waited approximately 30 minutes to be seen...which I equated to approximately 15 minutes with the doctor per patient. That's approximately how long we were in the exam room. I didn't feel as though the doctor rushed through the appointment at all. She definitely took the time she needed to explain everything and offered to answer any questions and to write a doctor's note since my daughter had been missing school. Her bedside manner was very friendly and patient. I hope we never have the need to visit again, but if we do, we'll definitely be back. read more

It is what it is, honestly, good for off hour or weekend needs. Decent service and nice people, but never go there unless you have to. My son broke his arm, and it cost me over 1000 dollars, and that was after insurance paid their portion. Call to check on prices or something, before going in. Only reason for a 2 star review was dealing with the billing process. read more

We've been here way more often for our two boys than we'd like, but the doctors and staff have always been friendly, quick, & thorough!

I have taken my son with autism to this location many times. It is difficult to figure out what is wrong with him because he can not talk. The staff is always helpful and understanding. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Kind, professional, and always helpful. They are awesome!!!!! read more

They were a life saver when my child spiked a high fever right around the time all other Urgent Cares were about to close. My son had a potentially serious infection that couldn't wait until morning as it was spreading quickly. I did not have a long wait at all. Dr. Tolar called the hospital and got him expedited through the ER so our wait would be greatly reduced when we arrived. So thankful for having an Urgent Care option past 8pm!! read more

We've been relying on this place for years. Great hours (i.e., when working people can actually get there) and great care. Both doctors are wonderful. We see them more than our regular pediatrician. Over the years my kids have had pneumonia, skin issues, ear infections, and regular cold/flu viruses all treated here. I've always felt that they prescribed the correct medications (if at all) and felt that we got very thorough care. I do not know what we would do without this place! If we were moving homes, I would have serious reservations about moving too far from them! read more

I love this place, very caring and helpful doctors, very efficient office and pleasant to work with. When my kid was sick the doctor prescribed me a medicine as well, and told me on what to do if my other child that was home and younger catches the sickness or starts showing any symptoms. We took our 10 year old to this office on a Sat. a little after 12pm. We got in quickly, everyone was very nice. I was very impressed with Dr. Gallentine. She asked very good questions, listened to our concerns, etc. My daughter had to have a blood draw and it couldn't have gone better :) We will definitely be back if we need a doctor on the weekend for our daughter. I wish they opened a little earlier, but other than that, we were pleased. read more

I went today to get my daughters ears pierced and I was very happy. The receptionist was very nice, not overly friendly but nice. We were able to have the numbing medicine put on her ears to help some with the pain. The doctor was terrific. She came in and could tell right away my daughter was nervous. She explained what the marker was and why she was making dots on her ears. She gave my daughter a mirror to see where the dots were and then started to chat with her while she pierced the first ear. My daughter was very surprised, the doctor joked, oh sorry did you want me to count. Then I chatted and she did the other one. Everything was clean! The piercings came in a box that had 2 desposible piercing guns. No sharing here! The only reason I gave it a 4 was the lack of earing choices, the shipment didn't come in and being a pediatric office it could of looked nicer (pictures on the wall, chairs, etc). I would recommend going here over going to a mall and having a child pierce my child. Thank you! read more

This place is not a true urgent care in the sense they do not triage. It is simply a walk in, you get seen in the order you come. Nor do they separate areas in their waiting room to keep the sick kids from the well kids. So you have children ailing from flu, strep, bronchioloitis, etc., having to wait behind healthy children getting their ears pierced. (Not to mention now those healthy children have been exposed to ALL those illnesses). No vitals or testing (flu or strep test) will be initiated until you are called back, which in our case was 2 and 1/2 hours. Either the practice is horribly understaffed or inefficient or both. Once back in an exam room, the doctor was very nice and thorough. read more

Dr. Gallentine was excellent... friendly and my kids always did better after seeing her. Unfortunately, she has left and you end up with Dr. Durden who notoriusly does not believe in antibiotics and will take your copay and tell you to drink fluids. At least Gallentine would offer a prescription if things did not improve and she was the more personable of the two. It was a cat and mouse game hoping that you didn't get her and get Gallentine instead. I think it is rather lazy and I can't understand how her conscience allows her to do this. I get the whole over use of antibiotics and agree with much of it but only twice in years I remember her giving it compared to Dr. Gallentine AND sometimes you get a second bill in the mail after the copay. My stomache sinks when she walks into the room. Your kid goes back to school sick with a sinus infection which started as allergies or stay home and you take a day or two off from work. Go to another Urgent Care because you are now forced to because they are getting worse and I don't like sending a sick child to school and you are given antibiotics for what is now a full-blown infection. I took my daughter to this urgent care because she was feeling horrible, but she came out feeling even worse. The doctor asked for a sample of her blood, but the medical assistant could not find the vein properly. After 2 attempts, I requested that she get the doctor, since she was not able to perform the task. Afterwards the doctor came in and poked around in her arm. This was her first experience in getting blood drawn and it was horrible for her. I finally told them we were done and we decided to leave. Before we could get out the door, they had pulled another person in from next door to try again. It was ridiculous. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER allow them to draw blood from your child at this place. read more

I'm not one to normally write reviews but when it comes to the safety of my children I am very cautious. We visited here several weeks ago with my 2 yr old and had a horrible experience. Unfortunately I cannot remember the doctors name, but they seemed more concerned with getting us out quickly than providing quality care. Fortunately, our regular pediatrician was able to see us shortly and could get our child on the proper medication. We will never be visiting this location again. Take your chances if you want, but we certainly won't. read more

We went last Friday to check on a rash my daughter has. When we first entered we were not even greeted but given some paperwork to fill out. The lady at the counter never even said hello. There was one lady who was filling out paperwork prior to me arriving and the receptionist wouldn't even process my papers until the lady prior to me was done. Makes sense if she is first she goes first but... Her son was clearly very sick playing with the toys smack dab right in the middle of the waiting room. The child was caughing like crazy. Most clinics I have been in either bring the sick kids in, bring the heathy kids in or have sections for sick and heathy kids. No one gave him or us a face mask. Nothing. Now... My whole family is sick because they do not take the proper measures any pediatric clinic should take for little ones. I don't shelter my daughter but there are certain things that should be done by any clinic. Once we were inside the doctor was very nice. However, she made a quack diagnosis. She diagnosed a simple looking rash as hand, foot and mouth disease. Harmless enough since it does not require medication but come to find out she really only has heat rash which looks nothing like the rash she described. I wish doctors who do not know just be honest instead of throwing out whatever thing they think I would be ignorant on. Anyway, never again! read more
